yeah I... don't wanna judge anyone... but it's more than that, it's downright terrifying to me. Blame my hormones bc I'm expecting irl but wow... I'm very sensitive and it feels dehumanizing. but ig that is kinda the point of the kink(?)

I'm completely vanilla anyway tho, so not surprising.

I've tried to pretend for a super long time that I'm into kink, but most of them are off putting and I consider them intrusive thoughts, not fantasies. I'm kinda fluctuating between sex-repulsed and neutral (aroace) even fictional... ig kink just isn't for me. I tried so hard to get over it. I know some people in my asks/requests are gonna be disappointed but I'm sorry💔

#Doodles #Original #Texture work is original sure lol #Went in hard on one of those Drawing Advice posts about ''Hey - literally just put pencil to paper and go no worries''#It was fun :D I Do still want to just doodle freely sometimes!#I still enjoy some structure to it so I ended making a grid of various like map-style textures to tell different biomes apart lol #But just general funsies scribbles were pretty good! I enjoyed the lot :)#S'good to just Make with abandon sometimes haha #I really like the hatching effect generally and it's something I want to improve at/implement more so the practice was nice there :)#Layering on paper/with only the one digital layer is always an interesting exercise in negative space and keeping things readable #I like drawing clouds with notably flat bottoms haha I think it's funny that they just sit there #I guess I'm used to cirrus clouds a lot so seeing cumulus big puffies with a clear delineation between bottom and the rest is just fun to me #They look like toys! Designed to sit! But they're just up there! How fun!#Squiggly branches/veins was something I did a tooon as a kid before I got into Drawing On Purpose y'know #Just pages and pages of branches on branches #And curls that curled away from each other - did a little bit of that with the circles and lines but not that much haha #I dunno if I still have any but it's interesting how that dwindled down to basically never over time #I definitely know what I prefer to draw these days but hmm still wonder a bit!#And loop-di-loops haha I was thinking of Erase quite a lot for that one honestly #And the way some Disney Princesses give autographs which one is it-#Belle! I remember when I got her autograph years ago and was really enamoured with the flourish :D #Grace and elegance in shape! Ah! So cool #That and RGB from TPoH haha - all these swoopies! I like them very much :)

had to relisten to 2.4 for my last drawing and got compelled to draw the scene of dani point blank shooting her own dead dreams so here we are

#rolling with difficulty #dani rwd #this was so much fun like i wasn't expecting to enjoy this as much as i did but like!! complementary colours go brr i guess #it's just.. such a cool visual like design choice? anyway #in hindsight this is dnd so i'm not sure if she's supposed to have an actual handgun but it's fine #i just googled pistol and took the first pic off google images #i should draw dani more her design is so much fun #every time i draw the hypnagoug i jsut choose to ignore more of its description but come on #i think sacrificing a bit of accuracy for rule of cool in this case is pretty understandable #as a side note the reason why i drew my last hypnagoug comic in greyscale was that for some reason that entire fight is just #greyscale. in my brain. idk why like genuinely that's how i imagine it #but for this one i really wanted to get the blue/orange contrast so here we are #ALSO side note to the side note but if you saw my demon possession au comic from the discord (which. no you didn't)#THAT ONE was in greyscale bc i was trying to save time bc i literally rushed that in more or less one sitting #and colouring in greyscale is just.. pretty intuitive for me for whatever reason so i just did it so i thought it would be faster #idk fun fact i guess #art I made

registered for next semester! this time im taking 3: marine biology, intro to programming [python], and web page design. after i'm done w the spring semester i'll be all done with the general education requirements, since is my last one i need to tackle. after that it's focusing solely on my major! im honestly so excited for the web page design course, and all the other courses tbh i really do like coding and im happy i get to learn it.

Man the thing about comics is that it’s SO hard to find the parts of fandom that aren’t like, policed. There is a truly absurd amount of people who decided that other people are enjoying the fandom wrong and that they should be really loud and sometimes aggressive about it.

#‘mandatory reading before you write this character in fanfics’ brother what the fuck are you talking about #’how can you claim to like this comic and not know this?’ because many of these characters are almost 100 years old do you know every #adaptation of Sherlock fucking Holmes????#’they only read the WRONG kind of comics 🙄’ …. how are YOU a fan if you think whole chunks of it are WRONG #’these people haven’t even read the source material!’ cool? We've been really struggling to settle on a character design for Alice in a Wonderland inspired/based project we're working on and we FINALLY landed on something we really like! - Nikkie

#I know she looks like she's scowling from a distance but I swear if you zoom in she is smiling!#She's supposed to be a more modern 2024 interpretation of Alice so keep that in mind #Also she's going to have different outfits for different parts of the project but this is her default outfit!#I think the bow pays perfect homage to the signature apron in OG Alice's design without being too much!#And ofc I wanted to incorporate some mushroom and butterfly motifs #The gold is honestly just for contrast since I don't want everything to be *too* cool toned #If it looks too homogenous it'll look boring so I wanted to add that splash of yellow and warm tones to make it more visually interesting!#Can you tell that we as a system really enjoy character design skjdfhsk #Also ignore the feet plz it's just a concept design and I didn't feel like drawing feet #Also fun fact Alice in Wonderland is one of our biggest Special Interests :)#Our best friend got us a physical copy of the original poems from both Alice's Adventures in Wonderland AND Alice Through the Looking Glass
