It is made by cooking whole wheat dough on a tava, and finishing off with shallow frying. We have many options for stuffed parathas like onion paratha, aloo paratha, dal paratha, paneer paratha, cheese paratha, keema paratha, gobhi paratha, mooli paratha etc. When we need something quick to cook and serve, stuffed paratha is the best breakfast idea.
 2.       Wheat Halwa: Wheat halwa, the name itself is mouth-watering. If you know how to make wheat halwa, you can make a sweet dish that is typically liked by all. Atte ka halwa is another name of wheat halwa. Praise the wheat halwa recipe, because it has only three main ingredients. These are wheat flour, ghee, and jaggery ( or sugar). When you are craving for dessert and for specially Indian dessert then you should try this halwa. Definitely,you would like this.

Take Wheat flour in a bowl add salt and oil in it and mix it well.
Start adding water, little by little until the dough comes together.
Knead to form a smooth dough. Transfer dough to a container, apply some oil on top, cover and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
While the dough is resting prepare the stuffing for paratha.
wash the mooli clean it properly and then peel off.
Ingrediants:-
For Dough:-
1 big bowl wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 Tsp oil
Water as required
Stuffing:-
1 large mooli (radish)
1 green chilli
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp kitchen king masala
freshly chopped coriander
Method :-
Take Wheat flour in a bowl add salt and oil in it and mix it well.
Start adding water, little by little until the dough comes together.
Knead to form a smooth dough. Transfer dough to a container, apply some oil on top, cover and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
While the dough is resting prepare the stuffing for paratha.
wash the mooli clean it properly and then peel off.
Now grate the mooli and squeez the grated mooli to take out the excess water from it.
Put the mooli in a bowl and add all the spices
Also add little bit of salt,(Note:- don’t add to much salt otherwise mooli again start oozing water)
Now add freshly chopped coriander and mix it well.
Take a ball size dough
Roll one dough ball into a round circle of Meanwhile heat a tawa on medium-high heat.
Put around 2 tablespoons of the prepared mooli stuffing in the center.
Don’t overfill else it will be difficult to roll.
Bring all the edges together and pinch to seal the edges. Flatten the dough ball using your hands.
Now using your rolling pin, roll the dough into a circle.
Transfer the rolled paratha onto the hot tawa. Cook the side for a minute or two and then flip over. Apply oil [around 1/4 teaspoon] on the half-cooked side and flip again.
Now apply oil on the other side as well. Press with a spatula and cook the paratha until both sides have golden brown spots on them. Repeat with the remaining dough
Serve mooli paratha with pickle or curd.

Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 45 mins Number of servings: 4-5 persons Ingredients To make Filling Grated Radish - 4 Ajwain - 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp Ginger - 1 Tsp Green Chilies - 2 Chili Powder - 1 Tsp Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp Amchur Powder - 1/2 Tsp Coriander Leaves Oil Salt To make Dough Wheat Flour - 2 Cups Ajwain - 1/2 Tsp Salt Water Oil To make Raita Curd - 400 Gms Salt - 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala - 1/4 Tsp Tomato - 1 No. Green Chili - 1 No. Coriander Leaves Method 1. Mix wheat flour, carom seeds, and water and knead it to get a dough 2. Kneading until you get a crack-free dough. A smooth dough helps in making better parathas. 3. Rest the dough for 30 mins 4. Grate the radish/ mooli 5. Take that in a bowl. Sprinkle some salt and let it rest it for about 15 minutes 6. After 15 mins, squeeze out all the water. Squeezing out excess water makes it easier while rolling out the parathas with the filling 7. Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot add ajwain, cumin seeds. Let them sizzle a bit 8. Then add chopped green chilies, ginger paste and grated radish. Mix well 9. Add dry spice powders and mix 10. Cook till mixture becomes dry. Make sure that, it does not have any moisture in it 11. Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool completely 12. After the dough is rested, knead it again for a minute 13. Divide the dough into equal sized dough balls. 14. Flatten the dough balls and place the cooled filling in the centre 15. Fold the flattened dough with the filling into a parcel 16. Flatten it again and roll it out 17. Roll out all the dough balls in the same way 18. Heat a tawa 19. Place the rolled out parathas onto the hot tawa 20. Flip the paratha once it is cooked on one side 21. Add some oil on the edges and cook on both the sides till they turn golden 22.
