When I am anxious I often rehearse worst case scenarios. Coming from that place is paralyzing and often results in getting more anxious. 😭 Try rehearsing success. Here are three questions I tell my self to get out of those moments of paralysis. 1. If I was successful what would it look like? 🧐 2. If I was winning what would I be doing differently? 🧐 3. If I was dominating what value would I be bringing the world on a consistent basis? 🧐 What you rehearse you will perform.
