Since the outbreak of the war on the seventh of October we have been evacuating .Then the journey of suffering and separation began,because my children were separated and evacuated from our home without covering or clothes., From here they became infected with diseases, and what increased our fatigue was the constant upbringing due to the different areas in which we were displaced, as we were displaced 9 times, and this was very expensive, the last of which was the 9th of this August from Hamad Town. In addition to that, we have lived in the summer season in a tent that did not exceed three meters, closed with nylon, so it is like an agricultural greenhouse atmosphere. It is very hot. All in all, we live difficult days that no human beings can affordWe have no work because of the war, and we do not have any kind of money and this is accompanied by a crazy and horrible rise in prices.Although water is not suitable for drinking, this is the cause of many diseasesThe last suffering is that we are out of Hamad without taking our purposes or our tents and now we are searching the earth in the roads and our children and our elderly parents are suffering..So we use direct donation including what they can or share links fully so people can know our tragedy and pain. Maha’s @mahaibrahim13 daughter Joan is severely ill with dehydration. She has become very sick due to malnutrition, exposure to cold weather while living on the street, and unsanitary conditions due to the sabotage of Gaza’s waste management infrastructure by the IOF. She cannot keep any fluids in her, and has become lethargic.

Lethargy in dehydrated children is a highly concerning sign. Joan needs to get fluids in her very, very soon. There is a medical hydration solution (meaning a liquid solution) that can help replenish her fluids and nutrients, but it is expensive.

Please send Maha and her family some support so that they can treat Joan’s severe dehydration! Maha is extremely concerned and she has very few options to try to help her daughter!

Hello, My name is Ahmad Mohammed Hassan Salah, a 33-year-old man from Gaza, Palestine. Under the sky of Gaza, amidst the war and shelling, begins my story. I lived my life in the northern part of Gaza with my wife and three children, dreaming of a secure future for my small family. Nada, my seven-year-old eldest daughter, loves to draw, though her colors have disappeared amid the rubble 🎨💔. Mohamed, my five-year-old son, still dreams of playing in a garden untouched by bombs 🛝💔. As for Huda, my two-year-old, she has started uttering her first words amid the sounds of explosions 🍼💔.

The tragedy began one night of the war when I was forced to leave my home under continuous bombardment 💣😔. I carried my children and my anxious wife, running through the debris and darkness in search of a safe haven 🌪️. Our journey was fraught with dangers, as we left everything behind: our home, memories, and even our money and food 🏚️💔. After a long journey, we found ourselves in southern Gaza, where we set up a small tent as a temporary refuge ⛺😞.

The tent, small as it was, became our new world. Without mattresses to shield us from the cold nights or blankets to protect us from the rain 🌧️❄️, life was harsh. The children slept on the ground, and I struggled to provide any food to feed my family 🍞💔. But the war showed us no mercy. After only three months, we were forced to move once again, this time to central Gaza. The Israeli army described it as a "safe zone," but the shelling followed us like an unrelenting shadow 💔💣.

More than a year has passed, and my family and I continue to live under bombardment and destruction 🌋💔. Each day brings with it a new story of suffering. Food is scarce 🍽️, water is contaminated 🚱, and fear never leaves my children's hearts 😔💔. Nada has started asking, "When will this war end?" 😢. Mohamed tries to comfort his mother, who weeps in silence 😭💔. As for Huda, she knows no world other than one filled with terrifying sounds 🥺.

I also suffer from a chronic illness, and I have a medical report confirming my condition 🏥💔. However, the pain of my illness is less than the anguish I see in my children's eyes 💔😔. I try to be strong, but I sometimes break down when I cannot provide food for them 🥺. My wife stands by me, trying to bring hope, but even hope has become a rare commodity 💔.

Amidst the devastation, I want to send a message to the world: "We are human. Our children deserve a better life. We just want safety. All I want is to sleep one night without fearing that my children will wake up to the sound of explosions." 🙏💔

Israel's genocidal war on the besieged Palestinians of Gaza has entered its 400th day.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel has killed more than 43,500 Palestinians, 70 percent of them women and children, and wounded over 102,700 others, according to local health authorities.

According to a report published by the UN Human Rights Office on November 8, about 80 percent of the victims were killed in residential buildings or similar housing. The most represented of verified fatalities were children aged 5 to 9, between ages 10 to 14, and babies and children from 0 to 4 years old.

Analysts say the estimate is conservative and the actual death toll could be around or beyond 200,000, as thousands of Palestinians remain missing or buried under debris of bombed homes and shops. Another 10,000 have been abducted and jailed at Israeli torture sites.

Israel faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its military campaign in Gaza, where its has uprooted almost all 2.4 million people and continues to starve tens of thousands by blocking crucial aid.

Update on little Joan’s condition—more bad news

Joan’s doctors have determined that her severe gastritis—caused by starvation and poor living conditions—has eaten a large hole in her stomach. This is a very serious and extremely painful condition.

To treat it, she will require intensive long-term care, including weekly treatments, prescriptions, and an enhanced diet. This means that Joan’s care is going to cost the family $1750 USD/month.

I’m trying to find words to convey how devastating this is. This is a very serious and exceedingly uncomfortable injury. What’s more, the cost is astronomical. They have absolutely no way to pay for Joan’s treatment without your support.
