Kibbeh in all its forms, raw, fried, boiled, stuffed, baked, and as vegetarian/vegan is a defining dish for the Lebanese, Syrians, Palestinians and many more Arab nations. It is very popular in the middle east. 👉So I had this idea why no as a burger⁉️ 👉Have you had kibbeh as a burger⁉️ 🍔Bite into a taste of Lebanese heaven with these gourmet kibbeh burgers topped with yoghurt tahini dip and spinach halloumi cheese salad was a delight to eat. This "I will call it " Middle Eastern burger is a great way to add new life into a pound of ground beef/ lamp but although turkey can easily be substituted for a more variety. So, hier it is. What did you have for breakfast1⁉️ Manakesh, manakeesh or Manaeesh is an Arabic food consisting of a dough similar to a pizza dough, topped with zaatar, cheese(Akaawi cheese), keshek for breakfast or minced meat for Lunch (Lahmacun). It's used widely in many Levante countries such as Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Palestine. Similar to a pizza, it can be sliced or folded, and it can either be served for breakfast or lunch. A very tasty and healthy dish which should be served best with a cup of tea. For all those of you, who are not much aware of Zaatar and Manakish,  “ZAATAR” is a traditional Middle Eastern herb mixture popularly eaten in countries such as Palestine, Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon.
