Why is it every time I make bread with the amount of flour it says it’s still super soupy/sticky

If it's soupy, then you haven't added enough flour, or added too much liquid. Something is wrong with your measurements.

If it's sticky: good! Most doughs are supposed to be a bit sticky. You handle the sticky dough by coating your work area and hands with a fine layer of flour - not by adding more flour to the mix.

Sometimes doughs are sticky because they haven't been kneaded enough, and will become more matte once you've completed the whole kneading process.

Some types of doughs are just always sticky, and that's how they're meant to be. Focaccia, for example, is really fucking wet, ahah~
