Shushbarak is a classic traditional middle-eastern dish! Mainly made in countries like Lebanon, Palestine, and Syria.

Its homemade "Stuffed Dough Balls" dumplings/tortellinis, They are stuffed with so-called hashwe, which is made from minced beef or lamb and "optional" roasted pine nuts.

Shushbarak is cooked in a yoghurt sauce and served warm after cooking, but after it is eaten cold. The yoghurt is often infused with garlic, and many people choose to top it with dried mint as well. My mum does top it with mint and roasted pine nuts, and so do I follow in her footstep

SOCIALISE THE LEBANESE WAY Hi all, I’m excited to let you know that from 01.12.2021 I'll be starting my home cooking/food business. . During the first lockdown I started writing about my food. Lots of people reacted and engaged very positively about my recipes. I got approached by online cooking schools and started doing cook-along lessons. . Now I'm taking it further.  I thought its time to make my passion into a profession.
