I think as much as Yor is kinda strange in the best ways of course and while drunk she was contemplating telling the girls her secret and then realizing she shouldn't.

I honestly do believe if there was an actual situation where her identity was at risk she would not act like the Yor she is around everyone, I think she will go into princess Thorn mode where she is suddenly amazing at lying and extremely good at making sure no one suspects anything. Because there is no way she's THE Princess Thorn and not good at lying ykwim? Like she's oblivious about most things in society but that's due to her past and also her job as an assassin but don't you think it would have made her lying skills better (sure her brother is oblivious) and even if her way of keeping her secret identity a secret was to live in isolation she has to have learned or picked up ways to disguise herself. Every person who sees her like that ends up dead so she doesn't really have to worry about that but she needs to know what to do if her identity is at risk cause like I said she wouldn't be THE Princess Thorn if she couldn't.

And while she goes into this thorn princess mode she kinda turns off her goofy innocent and kinda oblivious personality which definitely ends up throwing Loid off.

Like she is suddenly so into making sure nobody suspects anything and while in her Torn princess mode ™ she thinks like an assassin and in a statistical way which is very unlike Yor so Loid is just there like "so she has super strength and is super smart, huh I thought her strength kinda balanced out her obliviousness guess I was wrong 🤷‍♀️, guess my wife is just that talented" T-T

Spy x family is very very good because there's a bit where a far right terrorist group says that they want to start a war and a main character responds by saying to them "have any of you ever killed anyone before? Have you ever been killed before? Have you ever had a limb torn off by an artillery shell? Have you ever heard the sound of bones shattering? Have you ever smelled the reek of rotting flesh? Have you ever found the crushed bodies of your parents and siblings in a pile of rubble that used to be your home? Have you ever discovered a blown-off piece of your lover stuck to a wall? Have you ever been so hungry that you tried to eat tree bark? Or stewed a pot of human flesh? Have you ever convinced yourself that your enemy was subhuman so you could...slaughter them like animals? Have you ever been so haunted by shame and regret afterwards that you cried until you vomited? Have you ever had friends who did the same, and then took their own lives? Did you learn nothing about war at your university?!"

and that's the same volume where they adopt a dog that can see into the future
