YESSSS EXACTLY, it would be so boring if everyone's stuff was exactly the same.... like without variation, there's no room for growth. I love looking at other interpretations bc it is genuinely so much fun to click the pieces into place and to see it from someone elses perspective bc without someone else's art, fics, essays or whatever it is they're making I never would've had the chance to see it that way!!

Idk I feel like any fan content is a reflection of the creator bc it is purely based on their own thoughts and interpretations, so to attack their ideas feels personal to me. Like, who am I to say that the way you see things is wrong? It's just a different perspective based on your own personal experiences. That's how art works

He jokes that his father, the Grand Duke of Baldur's Gate, can't spell. He calls Astarion "Mister Fangs". He makes up storybook chapter names for his own fucking adventures. As a child he got chased by the Flaming Fist for stealing fruit, nearly drowned trying to find mermaids in the harbor, and almost successfully broke into the Counting House. He reads monster erotica, and is not ashamed to tell you about it. He ranks eating pudding among life's greatest moments. He will, without shame and completely unprompted, meow at you.
