in other news I recently got this obscure uk-only sonic novel. it is the fourth one (and last one) in its series. It's so fucking weird I'm going to make a video summarizing + picking out my favorite quotes because it's actually nuts + there's a weirdly high amount of typos

So I finally finished the novel "Sonic the Hedgehog in Castle Robotnik" and it was quite a trip! lol

I won't go into too much detail, but the basic plot is that Robotnik is filming a big monster movie, with Sonic and Tails as the unwitting "stars" of the flick. Of course the goal is to ultimately destroy Sonic during the making of it, because Robotnik is using real monsters he created in his lab. It's all very silly and tongue-in-cheek. Robotnik even has a robot movie director named Spielbot in charge of the production. lol

What I really want to focus on though are the monsters.

So, this "movie" Robotnik is making, shot guerilla style in the hopes of catching Sonic off guard and killing him in any given "scene", has multiple monsters, all based on the classic Hollywood types like vampires, werewolves, mummies, zombies, etc. These monsters though aren't what you'd expect from Robotnik, being robots or even lifelike animatronics. They're actually flesh and blood, all genetically engineered by the doctor in his lab. And to make things even weirder, all of the monsters look like Sonic's animal friends, including a werewolf that resembles Tails!

Which brings me to this particular specimen, the predictably named "Frankensonic". This creature is what Robotnik has saved for the big climax scene of his "movie", made to be the ultimate weapon to destroy Sonic, his friends, and the entirety of the Green Hill Zone once and for all!

And though that image on the cover of the book does depict what is supposed to be Frankensonic, he's actually described looking significantly different in the book.

For starters, he's actually described as being about 20 meters (or 65 feet) high, basically a kaiju! Also, he's described as being green rather than blue, having unsightly scars/stitching on his forehead, neck, and wrists, bolts jutting out of either side of his neck, and shoes that do not resemble Sonic's red sneakers (being described as "the sort of footwear that gives rise to rhymes about old women living in shoes").

What's really interesting about this creature though is that, despite apparently being flesh and blood like the other monsters, it actually has what is described as a "bizarre, home-made robotic brain". It's ultimately defeated when, with the help of Tails and Mickey the monkey, its forehead stitching is basically "unzipped", causing the top of its skull to flip open, after which Sonic hops inside its gigantic head and uses a wrench to dismantle several cogs, gears, and mechanisms in its robotic brain, which causes it to topple over and crush what remained of Castle Robotnik.

All of this happened very quickly at the tail end of the book, with Sonic even breaking the fourth wall by mentioning that there isn't much of the book left for them to wrap things up, adding a sort of time element, lol. All in all, Frankensonic barely gets to do anything before being defeated (though I guess if he actually did get to do more the resulting destruction would probably have been too devastating). And despite everything, I do feel a little bad for Frankensonic, and I kinda like to imagine Mickey could repair Frankensonic's broken brain and reprogram him to be a force for good instead of destruction, since the tech savvy monkey did openly admit he had been studying its brain after its defeat. But oh well.

Here's to you, Frankensonic! We hardly knew ye!

AU story:

In this AU it kinda takes some ideas from the Archie comics. The Robotnik family worked with the Acorn kingdom, but upon discovering a hidden echidna temple under the castle, Eggman becomes obsessed with it, enraged that the kingdom has hidden what could be, ultimate power. Against his grandfather's wishes, he and maria run experiments, only for them to fail, leading to Maria and Eggman's parents vanishing, along with several mobians. Eggman escapes, but Maria is struck with a strange chaos ilness that seems to be nullified through contact with Chaos energy... but the Chaos emeralds are off limits. Eggman is exiled, but he vows to return for the emeralds and take the castle with his genious creations. Despite Gerald and Maria being under strickt watch, Gerald Robotnik tries to create a living emerald in secret, underground, drawing up the god of chaos and creating Shadow... But he's found out as Eggman attacks for the first time. He escapes with Shadow and Maria in the chaos, passing off Shadow as an orphan from the city. Suspicions arise as Shadow begins showing strange powers... it isn't long before the war catches up to them, and Sonic meets the mysterious hedgehog again, years later.

Fire and Water Au Summary- Thousands of years ago, the Sol dimension and Mobius had become one planet after a catastrophic event caused by Solaris. After hundreds of years of research and splitting the beast into two halves, Iblis reeked havoc on the planet and threatened to destroy it once again.

Under a time limit and the constant threat of Solaris's return, a baby Sonic was chosen by the royal family to be the vessel to inhabit the flames of disaster.

Present day, Sonic and Blaze's parents have mysteriously passed away and Sonic's coronation is closing in. Desperate, he escapes the castle to pursue a life of freedom as a pirate.

Blaze, with no one left, sets out to retrieve him at any cost.

Vampire Au Summary- Angel Island is the only life Sonic has ever known. Being trapped within the permanent barrier encasing the 8 islands isnt quite his style, so finding a way to destroy it and explore the world below has been his goal for as long as he can remember. Hes got a number of other things keeping him occupied however, trying to prevent the Robotnik Family from taking over total control of the islands. 

When he isnt fighting them off, hes hanging out with his friends, living his best life being a vampire both day and night. When he wants to get everyone off his back, and feed from his favorite vampire hater, Shadow, he uses his magic staff to change his appearance into an alter ego, Hoax the "Tenrec."

Barbie AU: Sonic the Hedgehog

Lemme elaborate.

(spoilers for Shadow and the Magic of Pegasus, and CW for kidnapping, unethical experimentation, and mind control/loss of bodily autonomy)

Sonic the Hedgehog is about the same age as Prince Shadow. He doesn't talk much about what his life was like before Eggman, but we know he's been an orphan for as long as he can remember, and grew up a drifter who took care of himself. He'd travel from village to village, living off what he could and enjoying life despite it all.

All that changed on an ill-informed venture into the Forbidden Forest when he was 15. What had started as a daring little excursion became a nightmare when it turned out an up-and-coming evil sorcerer was using the place for his underground lair.

The human, who Sonic would jeeringly call Eggman, took note of Sonic quickly. The strength, the speed... same species, same general build... yes. A fine test subject for perfecting the spell Lord Ivo planned to cast on that lab rat who thought himself a prince.

Sonic was snatched up and became the first victim of a curse that coats the victim in metal and gives Eggman control of their body.

Sonic fought back, of course. His will was so strong, the curse could only last for 20 minutes at most before Sonic broke free and tried to escape. Unfortunately, this cycle only meant that Eggman was given plenty opportunity to fine-tune and perfect the spell.

Then came the prince's birthday ball. Sonic tried. He honestly, truly, tried to break out of the spell this time. He got so close, but in the end, he still stole the magical Chaos Gem from the king's lab. He still handed it to Eggman. And Eggman still used his newfound power to remove Princess Maria from the line of succession.

The chaos caused by the princess going up in a burst of cyan meant the last portion of Eggman’s scheme could not be executed as intended. Ah well. If he could not steal the prized palace pet, he still had quite the consolation prize. And with a Chaos Gem, now he could make the metallization permanent.

Banishment did not deter Eggman. He merely set up shop in a newly constructed castle of ice, and set his warrior upon the kingdom. Over the course of 50 years (he hardly aged in his metal casing), Sonic took a backseat in his own mind and watched himself rip the Robotnik kingdom to shreds, and erect the wasteland of the Eggman Empire in its place. Eggman cursed anyone who disobeyed him, and further maintained order by magically creating an army of metal constructs.

Sonic’s will boiled deep within him for those decades, until finally, FINALLY he was able to overcome the curse by sheer force of will. Eggman left him for dead in the Forbidden Forest and immediately set about constructing a fully metal replacement that would heed his every command until he could finally get his hands on his first target.

Sonic, meanwhile, was found by a young fox who went by the nickname Tails. He took him back to his home, the base of an underground (literally) resistance movement called the Freedom Fighters. Warming up was incredibly slow, and it stung every time he saw people understandably flinch away from him.

But he was able to find his own crew. Tails, who was different in his own way and empathized with Sonic’s sense of alienation. Amy, an orphaned tweenage hedgehog he saved from the metal copy Eggman had replaced him with. And Knuckles, who had left his home in Angel Mountain to stop the man who had destroyed it from doing the same to another nation.

In the year he spent with the Freedom Fighters, Sonic gathered a few skills such as blacksmithing (thank you, Tails) and swordfighting (a welcome change in combat style after decades of destruction with his bare hands). He met others outside of the Freedom Fighters who had managed to carve out a life for themselves, such as a certain hawk he found he loved to race against.

Things were starting to look up... until they weren't. Numbers began to dwindle more and more. Including Knuckles.

Morale dampened significantly, and Sonic couldn't help feeling eyes on him once more... He was test subject zero. He served the kingdom to Eggman on a silver platter... Now, what if his presence was bringing destruction once more.

Then Eggman got Tails.

It was the final straw. Sonic packed a sack of essentials (including Tails' old blacksmithing tools), his sword, and snuck off in the dead of night before he got Amy hurt, too.

He's been in the Forbidden Forest for the past six months, trying to destroy the constructs constantly spewing from Eggman’s oldest layer. If he's gonna bring destruction wherever he goes, may as well go where some good might come of it.

It's here where he sees a strange figure. Black fur, pink stripes... but what would that sheltered palace boy be doing all the way out here? It must be a new construct. Time to run it through!

How was he supposed to know the prince had just woken up to the mess his kingdom had become, and had struck out to save it?

Summary

Shadow is a vampire hunter. This life he lives is a lonely one, preceded only by a dark past. After slaughtering countless vampires, he's set his sights to his biggest target yet: the vampire queen. “You’re going in there? Really?”

Shadow stared silently at the young mobian before him.

Barely a teenager, he supposed. Awkward in the face and wide-eyed, old enough to walk around town by himself, but young enough not to realize that hunters weren’t as cool as his bedtime stories told him. 

He averted his gaze from the teen and refocused on pulling his heavy leather glove back on, the setting sun glinting off its gold accents. He rolled his shoulders and felt the weight of the leather jacket shift with him, its coattails fluttering for only a moment. His ear twitched as the teen started up again.

“You really think you're gonna find the Vampire Queen’s castle out there? It’s gonna be too dark to see a foot ahead of you.”

Shadow huffed air out his nose, glancing at the kid for a second before looking over to the dark forest on the horizon.

“She’ll love the dark.”

Bowser: Can someone tell me what happened to that Blue Hedgehog? I got that Egghead did some mad science nonsense I don't like but how did it go from annoying blue rat to some freaky monster?

So what we could gather, at one point Hero WAS Sonic, but then he lost a battle, probably the first one, to him and got captured. And then he was experimented on and tortured to become what you just saw.

To put it terms you understand, imagine if Mario fell in the first Castle, got captured and had Dark Magic done to him by Kamek to turn into some freaky humanoid monster.

Kamek: I-I would never do that! Yes we use Dark Magic to transmute living beings but its always to inanimate objects or statues, never into freaky monsters like that!

E-Erm do your forces practise Necromancy? H-how is that different?

Bowser: Because when my minions sign up, they have a cause they could sign that should they fall in battle, their bones are reanimated to serve them even after their game ends. But more importantly, they are not the same minion.

Kamek: Its also optional, not everyone has to go through with it, its only ones who want to keep serving us long after their bodies expire.

So you make sure your armies consent before you revive their bodies then.

I suppose it makes it better...whereas I'm pretty sure no consent was done for Hero's transformation.

Diamond Castle au- Maria, attendant of the Muse of History, Astronomy and Astrology + alt hairstyle

When Apollo made Shadow a god and saved Maria’s life, Maria asked if it was at all possible for her to stay by her brother’s side, the way he had done for her his entire life thus far. So she was made immortal as well and made the first of Shadow’s personal attendants

She still needed a cane to walk some days due to a tremble in her legs, but the ailment that was killing her was completely gone!

Her job was to assist Shadow in his duties, help him with any needs, and tend to the castle. It sounded simple enough but, Shadow being Shadow, he insisted that he needed no help with his new job which, in turn, made those first two parts of her job… difficult.

It was a constant (lighthearted) battle between the two where Maria would sometimes be able to wear Shadow down and the times where Shadow’s stubbornness would win out in the end

But on the bright side it did allow her a lot of spare time to explore and tend to the diamond castle, like in placing the newly formed diamond in the castle’s structure, taking care of the gardens, organising books in the library, etc.

She was even able to explore the mortal realm like she’d always wanted to!

I have been wanting to draw Pony Counterparts of Mario and Sonic for a while so here I was thinking about what their adventures would be like?

"What if Super Mario Bros and Sonic the Hedgehog exist in My Little Pony"

Mario Jr Earth Pony: Mario, his younger twin brother Luigi and Youngest Sister Mara lived in New Hoofville with their family. They have childhood rivals like their Cousions Wario and Waluigi and Sometimes Sonic before he moved away. The Mario Siblings have been together through the years. When Mario the only one reasonable, always prepared and distain for a challenge with the outside world even when He and Luigi got jobs as Plumbers.

One Day, Mario along with Luigi and Mara decied to leave New Hoofville in able to see the world, but not before they soon met Yoshi the dragon and rescues him which Yoshi decided to tag along. Upon strange and unusual land filled with magic and even stranger people and creatures to a Kingdom. Where they were attack by Kirin part Dragon like Monsters they fought their way through to survive. They soon meet the Toads who‘s Alicorn Princess called Peach Toadstole was kidnapped by Bowser king of the Half Kirin Half Dragon called Koopas. Mario destine to go out and see the world with Luigi and Mara would then save Princess Peach from Bowser, They along the way with allies and enemies, gaining weapons, power-ups and more to rescue his brother and the princess. After which he goes to Bowser‘s castle and Princess Peach,

They defeated Bowser and becomes the heroes of the Mushroom kingdom with his brother and sister. Princess Peach and The Toads built Mario and Luigi a house to live in and with a thank you cake baked by Peach. Mario reailly enjoys his life now in the Mushroom Kingdom working as the plumber and espacilly got along with Princess Peach. Soon Mario and his sibs would fight against Bowser again who threatened any type of Equastria Terriories and would later crosspaths with The Mane 6 and The Freedom Clan.

Sonic the Pegasus: Sonic born with Sonia and Manic at a orphanage at New Hoofville. Scene Sonic was the oldest he done anything just to keep them safe, even up aganst The Mario Siblings before be moved to Mobius Kingdom at age of 15. It was then he had to step-up with the Freedom Clan when Evil Griffons Army arrived on Mobius Kingdom and started to take over using their deadly tatic. During the battle, Sonic learned that he was reailly fast and could easily defeat them in a flash speed combat. After the Griffin Army was defetaed, Sonic earned a reputation has a Hero of Mobius Kingdom.

Sonic's life have began to turn things around now as he became a very proud hero with pride. He became good friends witha few members there like Sally the Princess of Mobius Kingdom, Antonieo, Rouge, Hoofbot *Rabbot Pony Counterpart*, Rotro *Kirin*, Rouge the Pony Bat, Belle, Dr Robotnik before he gone mad and His new found love intrest Amy Rose. Sonic still likes to have fun and hang out with his siblings, he continued to help to use his power to help others.

This would be when those days when Mushroom, Canterlot and Mobius Kingdom would crosspatch's with each other and learned about their teamwork, Meeting Tails, Learning the Truth behind the Mobius King and Dr Robotnik ends up betraying Mobius Kingdom.

Rebuilding was boring. Sonic was terribly bored through the majority of the process. The actual physical action of rebuilding would not have been as bad were it not for the constant meetings and conferences that seemed to expand for hours upon hours throughout the days. After the fall of Robotnik’s Empire it was practically a madhouse around the Castle of Acorn and Knothole. Mobians of every corner attempting to find the answer to the number one question: “what now?” While the Freedom Fighters attempted to help get cities and kingdoms back in running order before the real chaos were to erupt.

Keeping people safe was easy. Fighting robots and monsters and gods? A breeze. But politics? Truly were to be the end of the poor blue blur.

Sonic sat at the large table, full of other Freedom Fighters and stuffy old world leaders. The current discussion of the Kingdom of Mobius was the last meeting Sonic wanted to be at. However, as an heir it was required. If it was any other place on the planet there might have been a chance of getting out of it. But here? There was no hope.

Sonic tilted back his chair as he heaved out a sigh. The sound of discussion blurring to nothing but static in the background of his mind. He absentmindedly ran his gaze among the rest of the group. Finally landing on his elder pink sibling across from him.

Sonia met his gaze with a glare of her own. She held up four fingers before giving a sharp down point. Her message was perfectly clear.

Sonic groaned under his breath and let the front two legs of his chair fall back to the ground. The sound caused a few to look in his direction; which he ignored. Instead, he plopped an elbow onto the table before him, his cheek easily fitting into his hand. He sat like that for a good moment before he felt another hand gently take hold of his wrist.

He looked up to see his mother, giving him a gentle smile accompanied with a reprimanding raised brow. She moved his arm off the table and placed it back into Sonic’s own lap. She gave the top of his hand a pat before putting her attention back to the conversation.

Sonic bit back a sound of frustration. He snapped to attention when he caught the sound of snickering and easily traced it back to his younger brother. The green hedgehog beside Sonia stifled his humor with a hand over his muzzle, clearly having seen the previous interaction. Sonic retaliated by sending Manic an avian finger gesture.

His insulting hand towards his brother was cut short by the feeling of a hand hitting his arm. Sonic snapped to look at Sally on his other side.

“Can you please behave for five minutes?” she hissed out at him.

Sonic opened his mouth to defend himself but quickly shut it again as Sally’s glare turned venomous with warning. Instead, he crossed his arms and fell back into his chair with a huff. He momentarily questioned if running away to the woods was still an option.

After another long, agonizing moment of whatever the hell conversation was happening around him, Sonic noticed a castle worker walk in with a tray of drinks. He watched as they placed a cup to each person at the table before exiting in silence.

He took no real thought to the action ‘til Sally took in her own drink. Only a moment later Sonic noticed her place her hand to her head. Her fur looked as though her skin was paling underneath.

“Sal?” he whispered to her, attempting to both grab her attention and silently question the action.

Her eyes moved to him. The rest of her body seemed to attempt to stay still but began to waver. She shook her head as if trying to clear it. “I… I’m fine just… Dizzy all of a sudden,” she responded. Her voice sounded tight.

Sonic reached out to put a hand on her shoulder. He didn’t even get halfway before she was swaying right out of her seat. Sonic reacted fast, grabbing her by the waist over her chair. “Sal!” he yelled in surprise. The chipmunk’s body was limp in his hold. Her eyes open but dazed and foggy.

The rest of the room was shocked into motion. Most of them gasping or sanding in surprise.

Sonic pulled Sally backup and into her chair, pulling it out from the table so he could kneel before her on a knee. He took her face gently into her hands to steady her head. “Sal, hey. Can you hear me? Say somethin’ Sally,” he urged, hoping to get any sort of response from her.

The only response being a sound of pain and a weak hand grabbing at his arm.

Behind them, Nigel and Aleena were quick to rush over. Followed by Bunnie and Antione.

The sound seemed to come back tenfold as everyone in the room began to talk and shout. Sonic forced himself to tune it out best he could, the suddenness of everything becoming overwhelming. He didn’t snap back to the conversations till the word ‘poison’ slapped into him.

Sonic snapped to look over to his mother. Aleena stood with Sally’s cup in her hand, Sonia reaching for it herself.

“What?” Sonic hissed out to them. Wanting so badly for it to have been a mishear.

Aleena and Sonia looked back to him and the others crowding around Sally. “Her drink has been poisoned.”

The information spun around Sonic’s mind for a millisecond before she shot up to his feet. His knuckles white from anger. “That castle worker.”

Before anyone could make another move, Sally’s form quickly began to fall without Sonic’s support. He rushed forward to catch her again. He held her against himself for a moment with a sigh. Much too close. A concussion would not do anyone any good. He set her back up, this time keeping his hands on her shoulder to steady her.

“I have to go after him. He has to know something about it.”

Nigel stepped forward this time. “No. You have to take my daughter to Doctor Quack. You’re the fastest of us all.”

Sonic moved to argue only to be cut off by Manic, “we got the worker dude. Just hurry!” The command was clearly enough to set the whole room into motion. Everyone began to run into their own task of finding the perpetrator as Sonic hoisted Sally into his arms.

He looked down at the princess. Her head lulled weakly into his chest. Sonic only pulled her closer into his hold before shooting off.

In the castle infirmary, Sally laid on the examination bed as Dr. Quack moved around at his tables. Sonic had no possible idea as to what the Doctor was doing but didn’t dare bother to ask. The better focused Dr. Quack stayed, the better off the situation would be, Sonic decided.

He was told to watch over Sally and the Doc. He was told to be there if they needed him and keep on standby. He looked over to Sally. His hands balled to tight fists in his lap. He hated being on standby. He hated just sitting there feeling helpless and useless. He should be out there finding that bastard that tried to pull this stunt in the first place. He should be with his mother and siblings and the King to make sure none of them are targeted next. He should be-

Sally’s head fell to the side to look over at him. She was still awake, but barely. He met her gaze as she reached out a heavy, trembling hand to his arm. He put his own hand over hers, keeping it steady. With a sigh and a forced smile he whispered, “I’m fine, Sal. You’re the one that’s on the gurney.”

Her eyes squeezed shut before forcing themselves back open. Sonic’s chest tightened at the sight. They’d been in worse jams than this and she wasn’t dead yet. That was by far enough hope to latch onto for him. His hand tightened over hers for a moment before placing it back beside her.

“Well,” Dr. Quack started up; catching Sonic’s attention. “It doesn’t seem like she’s going to die.” The duck turned to the other, a notebook in hand. “Whoever made this attempt on her life clearly had no idea what they were doing.” He sighed and put the book back down on the counter. “Which can probably rule out the possibility of any major threat backing it.”

“If this isn’t Egghead’s hand then why would someone come for her life in the first place?” Sonic hissed out angrily. He bit his tongue so as not to lash out at the Doctor. He wanted nothing more than to be pointed towards the correct reason for his anger to take it out on them instead.

“You of all people should understand how citizens tend to be,” Dr. Quack said with a disinterested wave. “I’ve definitely seen enough Wanted posters with your mug on them during the empire’s height.”

Sonic crossed his arms. “Yeah ‘n’ most of those were ordered by the ‘Buttnik himself. I don't see how that connects.”

“Maybe so, but you still had a poor reputation in the view of the populace.” Dr. Quack leaned back against the counter. “Unfortunately, there will continue to be a decent group of people who believe that staying under Robotnik’s rule is better. Whether because they believe it’s safer or more prosperous.”

“Prosperous?” Sonic shouted out in anger, jumping to his feet. “The planet was half dead! Healthy forests were fewer and farther between than ever.” Sonic threw out his hands and arms as he spoke. Getting louder and more upset as he went. “Most waterways were so polluted areas that relied on fishing were practically abandoned! The sky still looks like a constant storm cloud! How the fuck is that prosperous or even safe!” Dr. Quack raised his hand, stopping the blue hedgehog from continuing.

Sonic dropped his arms only to cross them back over his chest.

“You’re missing the point,” he started, dropping his hand back against the counter behind him. “Not all Mobians are like you and the others. In fact, a lot of them aren’t. They want what is safest for themselves and their families. Other consequences aren’t particularly in their minds. If being under the tyrannical dictatorship of Dr. Robotnik means a chance of survival, they’re willing to go along with it. Some are even willing to go further,” he said, gesturing to Sally. “Even your parents faced similar hardships in their days as the resistance.”

At the mention of his parents, Sonic’s form slacked some.

“It’s part of the reason your mother is disbanding her kingdom entirely. Though,” he added, “There is much more to that choice than just the unruly crowds. Even so, this transition is going to be very difficult. The empire is gone but putting everything else back in place is not going to be easy.”

“Why am I not surprised,” Sonic mumbled, falling back to his seat and looking back to Sally.

Lucina : You think that were the ones who should feel nervous when meeting our dear friend Maka?

Ruby : Not exactly, we can do this. I wonder if there's any stone cold reasoning for our dear best friend?

Lucina : I felt the same way since she shares my voice with Laura Bailey.

Ruby : And do you know that why you sounded like that?

Lucina : Don't mind me. I get all talk and no action.

Seto : Gladly the Nintendo America Branch in Washington State manage to send you here to the castle.

Lucina : I see no hesitation, this is where Grim works here? They sure got food here, this is Grim the Hedgehog's Palace, It's more like a facility then a residential place, but being in a Castle kinda spooked me out, So how's the Cryptic Castle Defense Force coming along?

Seto : Everything's working pretty fine. Not to mention the surprise tho.

Lucina : Neat place you got there.

Ruby : Who built this enormous place, did Grim built this place for humans?

Seto : The one who built this entire place was actually a man who goes by the name Dr. Ivo Robotnik.

Ruby : Robotnik? That's the blue guy's arch enemy. He's the builder of this place!?

Lucina : What a shocking twist. That blue guy is also the world's fastest thing alive. I'd keep that in favor.

Seto : Yes, those were good times, good times, and I heard he had a show for Saturday morning from that Lupin Studio, what it is...Sonic X I think?

Lucina : We used to watch that alot you know.

Ruby : Practically good times. I gotta hand it to ya.

Seto : Heh. Mrs Hero here at the palace is doing fine with her studies, her intellect serves us all purpose to make Souls not that edible.

Maka : Visitors? What visitors are you talking about? Should you show them to me?

Seto : Absolutely.

Ruby : Hi there, Maka! It's been a long time!

Maka : Who are you supposed to be.

Maka : Ruby as in...Ruby the girl that I met?! What are you doing here?!

Ruby : I'm here to meet you. You did promise me that I wanted to be the world's greatest scythe Wielder.

Maka : Oh yeah, I remember, you were that girl that I met in the other day, I taught you the ways of becoming a hero. Maybe it's for the silver lining.

Ruby : Right. It happens to me when it comes to me being a little girl, I was only five when I first met you.

Ruby also : Say... you wouldn't happened to be friends with anyone by yourself would you?

Maka : Well, technically...I had girlie friends and homeboys. But then those boys ditched me here, and left me in the castle all by myself, except for the girls. I wouldn't exactly call them friends that wanted to be dead.

Lucina : Hardly, combing your efforts with two boys isn't planned as it gets, luckily you have some power with us.

Ruby : And it's called Girl Power! Trust me something that you did back then...I was left with my sister.

*flashback to nine years ago*

Maka : You okay there, young fella?

Young Yang : We're just mourning for the loss of our mother. Those things she fought against have taken her away. And now we're with dad and uncle now.

Maka : I see. Don't worry, you'll have a good thing that your dear sister will be there for you.

Young Yang : After all, she's my baby sister. And her name is Ruby.

Maka : Ruby, huh? Ruby?

Young Yang : She's the one who brought your scythe to you.

Maka : You are the one who did it for me?

Young Ruby : I believe that this belongs very important to you.

Maka : Thanks. You're too kind. I dedicated to you that you will be inspired by me, a hero like me. And then when you grow up, you'll be making me as a friend.

Maka : I did remember everything to you, that was you when you gave me scythe back. Those times sure do fly, hasn't it?

Ruby : Yeah! That was the day when I gave you that scythe. I was the one who made you feel like a real hero and that was an oath that I promised, but it's just so sad that to see this way.

Maka : I haven't forgot you haven't I...?

Lucina : Yes, we first met on that day, don't you remember?

*flashback to Washington State*

Lucina : Wonded what were those two girls doing in Washington State. They were wielding weapons, wearing clothes that are like warriors, oh yeah, Magical Girls. Magical Girls are in the U.S.

Maka : Like female superheroes?

Lucina : Those are just beings with superpowers, magical girls are beings that transforms into a magical hero that fends off the evil forces, and then only originated from Japan, the first one ever recorded a magical girl was Sally the Witch.

Maka : Nothing's a bigshot, but I've seen those two anywhere in Washington... It's, uhh...Sayaka? Sayaka Miki, the one that this "Madoka Kaname" called with.

Lucina : Yeah I remember! They were classmates back in the multiverse, until then...they were with me having a tour of the state. I showed them the mountains, the towns, the cities...Yeah, Washington State sounds like an interesting place for those two.

Ruby : But have you ever been to Washington before? I got this map right here.

*shows the map of Washington State*

Maka : So this is the map of Washington...

Ruby : Yep. Washington State, Not DC!

Lucina : Otherwise known as the Evergreen State.

Ruby : The 42nd of the 50 states of this nation. It's got a greenery on the west side and a little dryer on the central and east side.

Lucina : The capital of the state here is Olympia, that's when the Magical Girl decided to fish out on the water or even do whale watching. Not just the capital, but the biggest city in all of Washington is Seattle, home to one of the country's greatest of technologies.

Ruby : But they also make coffee and hot chocolate tho.

Maka Albarn : Can you tell me where on earth is this Kyouko Sakura.

Ruby : But if we go south from here we go to there, Apple Country Yakima.

*transits to Kyouko Sakura*

Kyouko : These apples taste great. Like when I was biting my own nails at the emergency exit, these apples are a fine delicacy!

Sayaka : You know, an Apple a day keeps the doctor away, but those doctors can keep the insanity from their selves.

Kyouko : Like in the final 30 seconds, quarterbacks and touchdown MVPs are scoring for the super bowl. Man we had a great time that night in the city.

Sayaka : Not far from Tokyo, little of it. Going to another touchdown, players gone back score them boys back home. Feels like that this state would be called home like you said, after your family got involved of a major incident, you were left out in here, all grown in this arid-like countryside.

Kyouko : Oh phooey, Seahawks are better than important to the 49ers from San Francisco. That Maka kid used to watch some Football in the country she grew up, I never thought she was a cheerleader, that makes you a cheerleader ain't it?

Sayaka : Be a good girl and let it fly.

Kyouko : Well, if you insist, hopefully this should be the last batch for Apples today. I could go for some juice made from the apple we did since we know how to make stuff from ancient times, it's like how to make wine at a fine age country in Sakartvelo.

Sayaka : Truly.

Kyouko : Phew! I'm beat! That's the last crop of Apples I planted, no more inspirational things from Johnny Appleseed, or his name Isn't Johnny Applesauce.

Sayaka : (giggles) I haven't felt like that one too. Even though, Appleseed aged find like wine as well. Although were too young to drink Wine stuff.

Kyouko : That's gonna be Appld Ciders.

Sayaka : Be right back, I'll go get the drinks.

Kyouko : Yeah, I'll just let my amigos know about the incident going with the gunk in the trunk.

*enters inside*

Kyouko : Alright, There's gotta be some drinks somewhere in the pantry. I just know there's gotta be some apple juice or something, but for apple cider, that's alcohol for ya or even wine stuff.

Kyouko : Now where could those bottles of apple drinks be? "Apples a day keeps the doctor away", yeah right. That's what they used to say all the time. Hopefully, I can Wait for a celebration of hot apple-

*hears something rattling*

Kyouko : Huh? Hello? Who's there? What's this on the floor? *Grabs an empty bottle of Ink* It's empty, a bottle of Ink. Why is there a bottle of ink doing here? Who would leave this at a place like this?

*wolf creature growling*

Kyouko : Huh? Woah! What the hell is that?!
