I'm thinking about my boys a normal amount as usual, so here's a list of things Killer would be naturally inclined to do if Nightmare didn't put a stop to them early on (and why he stopped him):

Licking people the ways cats do to groom one another. I talked about it before, but I think Killer picked up most of his body language from his pets since they were the only ones he could safely study for prolonged stretches of times. (Nightmare didn't fancy getting licked)

Biting. Killer just looks like he would bite people. As a warning, as a show of affection, as a challenge, or even just because he's bored, he bites. (Nightmare didn't fancy getting bit)

Purring as a show of affection and contentment. He picked this habit up from his cats as well, but I like to think it's actually rather common among skeleton monsters. (Nightmare didn't fancy the positive connotations of it. He much prefers seeing Killer's bones rattle in fear)

Licking the samples he gets from the battlefield. He's a curious boy and the low-key cannibalism is justified if it's for science! (Nightmare was kinda intrigued at first, but then Killer expressed an interest in tasting his dust too and he was a coward about it)

Dying frequently. He has LOAD, SAVE, and RESET powers, that man does not fear death. Add that to the fact that he was conditioned to have no self-preservation and to enjoy pain and yeah, that's a recipe for disaster. (Nightmare doesn't really fancy looking for a new henchman every time the RESETs stop worrying. That's such tedious work. Keeping Killer alive is marginally easier)

Escaping with Color. I think this one becomes funnier the more new iterations of Killer come into the picture. There is not one version of this guy that will not fall for the pretty skelly with colorful fire and pronouns. Be that platonically, romantically, or in a secret third way, codependence. (It goes without saying that putting a stop to that is a work in progress and that Nightmare will never consider working on himself to make it worth it for Killer to stay as an alternative method. He is a pathetic man and he will forever be)

A SAW SEQUEL????

Hello, Killer Sans enjoyer. I would like to play a game. Before you are a variety of electronic devices, including a laptop, high-end cellphone, PC, and drawing tablet. For 24 hours, you must not post about shipping Killer with Color, draw it, or tag it in anything. Should you fail the challenge, swarms of parasites will descend from the ceiling, eating you slowly and whole. The challenge begins now. Good luck.

Killer would love playing Pokemon... there are so many possible pets for him to get attached to and they can't even die. His main objective would be to complete the Pokedex. Like, I can imagine him rushing through the story so he can get to the post-game content and just pick up all the ones he's missing while chilling. 'Cause there's less rush once you're done with the plot.

I'm now wondering who his favorite pokemon would be. There are plenty of cat-themed ones and I'm sure he loves all of those dearly, but I personally think his favorite would be this little fella:

Musharna is a psychic-type Pokemon that produces a thing known as the "dream mist". Depending on the iteration, said mist works somewhat differently, in the early ones it takes on different shapes and colors depending on the dreams it ate, while later on they make it a grumpy nightmare-bringer (very lame of the later games).

Anyway, in the game where it's introduced, the evil guys are literally mistreating a Munna (the Pokemon Musharna evolves from) and trying to kidnap it when Musharna comes in and scares the shit out of the evil guys with visions of their boss being angry, therefore saving the little one.

Now, I think Killer would definitely see Color and himself in that. And Musharna does kind of look like Color with the color-changing smoke coming out of its head on top of that.

Basically, Musharna is too best-friend-shaped not to be his favorite
