in light of recent canon academic conversations, riz adaine gorgug study sessions have never been more real to me. gorgug helps riz + adaine get out of their own heads when they’re overworking themselves, riz + adaine help gorgug with alternative studying methods because he learns best through visuals + experience. fabian’s there occasionally when he has a particularly difficult assignment/test but he makes them all swear never to speak of it in order to protect his “image.” kristen has shown up exactly twice: once for advice on a group project that was two months overdue & once to just lay on the floor and relax for an hour before leaving. fig didn’t know the study sessions were happening until sophomore year & now keeps getting monthly bans because every time she shows up she ends up accidentally distracting riz + adaine. also, sometimes after/in the middle of really long study sessions riz adaine & gorgug go to basrar’s together to unwind but fabian kristen & fig Are Not Invited (they do still text to ask if anyone wants something brought back from basrar’s. they’re not heartless, after all).

booked a hotel and got the concert ticket aghhhh

I kinda hopped into the dc fandom by reading fics (I know I know lmao)

But as I've read more comics and looked into different characterization and analysis I now have a more developed idea as to how I view a lot of the characters and have preferences to how their written. I'm def the type to click out a fic if I find myself thinking 'he would not fucking say that'

#salty talks #linebecks been on this list its my tarnished whos the new one. bc i was playing elden ring earlier #with linebeck is jsut like. i think itd be hot if he were covered in blood. yknow. the whole deal #with my tarnished its more me toying with the concept and it just working well with how i play her #as extremely aggressive n intending to Do Damage n just fighting through poison of scarlet rot or just facetanking attacks to get a hit in #im kinda interested in the idea that a tarnished can get pretty mangled up and keep going before getting killed #and i can have fun visual stuff with her since her face is covered by the guardian mask so i can play with clothing/armor damage #today i killed rykard (ridiculously fun fight btw. extremely fun) and thought abt like. her fighting recklessly and with the bloodthirst #to fight even while in the lava around him to the point where it melts away the bottom of her greaves and chars and damages her feet #i play elden ring like i play pokemon i intende to do as much damage as possible so dual straightswords and bleed buildup baybee #and my girl is absolutely just covered in blood covered in muck making a beeline for every boss every enemy #i like the idea that she joined the recusants specifically because she was bored and wanted more stuff to fight #i started off with the samurai background so thats interesting to factor into her- like she was fighting in that civil war #before she was compelled by grace to travel to the lands between and is kinda stoked to find out that she cannot die permanently #and is therefore free to take on everything the lands between has to offer. shes also probably a lesbian #siding with ranni using tiche as the main summon eager to help rya and probably nepheli #she likes women in some capacity. royal knight loretta is a fav. anyways. she prob gets torn to shit but if she can keep fighting she will #morgott was a very quick and frenzied fight for me i imagine she takes bad wounds during that but still pushes to keep up with him #she is. fun. this got beyond the point but also this was kinda an excuse to talk abt my tarnished

Heya clock I need a bit of help,

I'm trying to figure out what sort of system that works for letting Lowblood & Midblood enter Highblood-specific areas without having to rely on a Highblood to accompany them or having a job at Highblood areas

Mmm that could be a tough one- like technically someone of lower caste can go to places that are designated for higher bloods. You still might get more than a few odd looks at the least, or course some asshole might get authorities involved if they want to get you out of the area. And like sometimes rozzers just fucking do that cuz cops can generally be pretty dick-ish. They’d probs come up with something like you loitering or making people uncomfortable or whatever even if your not causing any issues.

So while lowbloods can technically be in areas more designated for higher bloods it’s not always the safest for them and you can just get in trouble a lot easier. That and like you might be barred entry to any place that aren’t public property like shops, restaurants and hivestems- but like if your just walking round the open park in front of city hall that’s fine.

Again though tough question because this is like a very static form of communication and it’s hard to have a real conversation about how to make what you want to happen work. There are a lot of factors I just don’t know how to rule out because I don’t know anything about what you are trying to accomplish besides get an unknown lowblood character into a non specific higher blood area. All I can do is provide general blanket information.

so tired of feeling sick all of the time. I’m in the middle of moving, this time to an upstairs apartment, and just carrying one box up the stairs kills me 😰
