I SURVIVED THE HARDEST PART OF THIS WEEK !!!! I WIN !!!!!!!!!

#text #personal #oh my god I HAVENT SLEPT IN 2 DAYS #yesterday was unreal it felt like a living nightmare #my prof decided to examine us on our animation skills #which was SO difficult due to the lack of time #she gave us a little over 2 hours to do it #get this: she asked for A WHOLE MINUTE OF ANIMATION #our projects are usually only 40 seconds MAX #and it takes us 2 weeks to finish #she made us watch this Ted talk that was 17 mins long #and THOSE ~20 MINS are taken from the time given to us to finish it #anyway we had to draw the illustrations during those 2 hours #and ANIMATE #and oh my god I only managed like… 20 seconds LOL #since exporting animations takes ages to render… frame by frame….#she was truly insane for this #some of my classmate’s comupters froze during the process and lost all their work and she didn’t care #so they got a 0 on this exam #i did this w/o sleep btw #then I stayed up the whole day AGAIN to finish today’s submission #which was animation HA I’m so sick of this curricilum #it takes so much out of me #but I presented it finally I think I can SLEEP #after today’s online lecture ofc lol.#rip me #does anyone even read this idk but I HAD to let this out somewhere

I didn't even try to wake up early today. You know when you're so anxious and feel like you're so beyond hope that you feel there's no point in trying cause you'll flop either way. Yeah that's where I'm at.

After lying in my bed feeling sorry for myself (lol i'm only in this mess now cause my past self decided to be lazy but oops) - I did manage to drag myself out and do some last minute craming before the big exam tomorrow :

reviewed some stats and pharm

did some anki flashcards on infection

did some Gastrointestinal practice questions

some Pharm practice questions

did some general practice questions

read over some notes before bed

Going to bed earlier than usual. Here's to hoping the extra sleep will help whatever brain cells I have left tomorrow in the exam

#no i did not end up studying 🫣🤐🤥#the ibuprofen did help with the migraine but i still feel so drained like my energy tank is on 0 😞#and i'm tired of beating myself up for not constantly studying like why do i always have to neglect my health for school??#idk how other people do it bc i know others get way more done than me & have way more responsibilities but i just don't have that kind of..#energy i'm sorry it takes up all of my energy just to survive and exist in this world 😭#i feel like such an immature crybaby but once again that kafka quote comes to mind:#i could have built the pyramids with the effort it takes me to cling on to life and reason #also my mom recently pointed out to me that i have been studying for 21 years of my life & i just went shocked pikachu face 😯#like that is absolutely INSANE i've been in school since i was 6 years old it's honestly a miracle i didn't kms yet #and all of this studying for what??? you'd think i'd amount to smth but i'm an utter failure 🙃#literally haven't achieved anything the only things i got in my name are mental & physical health problems </3 #well this is getting depressing let me stfu #so instead of studying i ended up watching sailor moon & dragon ball while eating chocolate covered strawberries <3 #i actually wanted to take a nap but i just couldn't fall asleep even though i feel so exhausted #i need to survive 3 more weeks of exams before the easter holidays... i'm on my knees but i'm crawling...#i just need to pass everything... no need to have perfect grades just make it through these next 3 weeks alive #i just know i'm gonna have a breakdown soon & cry my eyes out bc it's all getting too much again 😮‍💨#☁️

#cw vent #this is bc i have a math exam tmrw I’M SORRYYY i feel some kind of way about that #this is the first exam where i am near confident i will fail. and its just kinda sucky #my mental maths is really poor and due to the fact i skipped grades (unable to afford Education) i don’t know a lot of things my peers know #my results as they are right now? theyre genuinely ok. not bad. but theres still gaps made by the years of missing out on school #this is one of them #its so embarrassing having my classmate look at me weirdly when i ask her about something that should totally be obvious or #something silly like that. i don’t know. its especially hard for me to be interested in maths because my old maths teacher has #literally fucked me up i’m so intimidated by every math teacher ever and i just hate the feeling of being stupid or whatever #i don’t enjoy being comforted by A+ students bc theyre like cmonn its totally fine!! i relate i got a 39/40 :(#or my friends who make jokes about how stupid i am and its just aghhh #its already been almost a year since ive enrolled in school again but i still feel so out of place #so miserable i could just die #so miserable i think i SHOULD die #and i'm just nervous about getting an absolute 0. failing my first test made me want to literally kill myself #sorry for being dramatic but when you have a sister whos awards and certificates fill your house shelf its kind of like........#aghhhh!!!! maybe i should just accept that i'm good for nothing at all!!!!!!#not that great with numbers or formulas. probably not that great at writing either. nor am i as eloquent as i'd like to be ～#not artistically inclined. science is a bore. not ~ naturally ~ adept with neither languages nor history! psychology! economics! sports!#forgive me for not being able to do anything good at all ... zzz

#maths + CS + neuroscience profs got back to me at once and told me i can join omgggg #sjfjfn aaaaaaaa #personal #ONE OF THEM IS THE MANIFOLDS ONE #theyre not gonna let me take the exams bc i would be going over the credit limit by wayyy too much and also the department is rly strict #etc but i can audit it AKA it would show up on my records + i can attend the classes lectured seminars tutorials etc etc #but also he sent me an email abt how the exams work.. which suggests hes like. yh u can also do the exam #but also do i want to #bc on one hand it wont show up as a 0 credit module #on the other hand im already doing too much . so to say. if that makes sense. xoxo #anyway im so happy omg

i got my exam grade back for my electronics class. i got a fucking 26%. half the class got below a 30%. the average was a 37. my lab partner straight up got a 0 and left mid lecture to go drop the class. so now i dont have a lab partner

#literally the worst exam i have ever been involved in all around #honestly im upset but also not like its actually funny at this point #im kinda hysterical about it like i just keep laughing over the fact that my lab partner straight up dropped the class over this #like i feel bad for her but also like. oh my god #brot posts #ITS BC THE PROF DIDNT GIVE ANY PARTIAL CREDIT. AT ALL #if you got anything wrong he gave you a ZERO!!#so thats how my lab partner got a 0 without A. actively missing the exam or B. purposefully trying to get everything wrong #like im sure she had many partial things correct but this man did not give her or anybody else any partial credit #which is insane. and which is why the grades were so low #and also he fucking sucks as a prof he lectures in the most boring dry way possible for an hour #and then straight up LEAVES to make the TA conduct the entire lab portion of the class #LIKE OKAYY

first we got our social studies results - i got 12/15, A1 AND THEN the next period we got our amath results - 8/30, F9 LMFAO imagine how fast my mood pummeled HAHAHAHA

life is being real fucking funny w me failing physics and then having to miss my lesson bcs it got swapped w another one (which i was fine w skipping)... bcs yk i kinda can't miss my six hour bus ride to the other side of the country to take those fucking uni entrance exams

nothing hit harder in college than the realization that i’ve never been that smart, i’ve just been trying really hard this whole time

#literally everyone is like ‘you study more than anyone i know’#and it’s like. that’s not normal? i’ve been doing this for years bc i didn’t have anything else to do #i didn’t have friends or anything. i spent all my time studying.#truly growing up and actually interacting with other people #has been a lot of ‘oh ive been doing way more just to keep up this whole time’#i’ve been operating at max effort this whole time. it’s not gonna improve.#and so i’m afraid of when i hit my limit. because there’s nothing i can do about it.#no amount of studying more or better will help me #it feels like everything i’ve ever done has been an uphill effort #i’m ‘smart’ because i study for 6 hours a day #i can draw because i practiced so much my technical skill got better even if i have 0 talent #but maybe it’s like this for everyone and i’m just uniquely bad at handling it #which is probably the most likely answer #i am a massive complainer. it’s like my biggest personality trait.#zephyr talks #anyway i have my second exam of the week tomorrow 👍

#so i'm in exams season again #and i received my grade for the psychology exam #and believe me i was SO so so so confident that even if i wasn't expecting a 10 i wpuld get an 8 #but i got a 6 #and immmm #it has fucked me up like mentally #an awful lot #and it makes me feel a lot more insecure than i wish i was #well more than that it reminded me of my insecurities in general #and recently bro my family and i have been struggling hard #idk i just kind of wish this wasn't happening rn #i'm almost on summertime vacations #just one month left #but i feel so anxious and don't really know how to calm myself down #i know 6 isn't a 0 ik but it's just- it makes me feel so blue and istg only monday was a decent day this week #i also have been missing people that cannot come back so uh i think that adds up to these feelings
