And appl3jack responded like "Oh, really?"(in a angry/suspicious way) i remember me kid getting so mad with this, What you mean with that appl3jack💢,you don't think tw1light is capable of doing?💢,what its the problem with her using her magic?She is helping!💢Just because she can mess things up, you care more about getting things perfect than make your friend creates a memory with something (it wasn't a very good first impression of the show), another one, argh, this episode i/we hate it by itself, but oh god this moment made me mad, it was one episode where pink1e p1e volunter to babysit those fuckin mr and mrs cake babies, but everybody seems to not Support the idea (which it's okay), but i hate that the way they didnt support it wasn't like"oh, pinkie,you young and you're only Just one pony, taking care of two babies is hard", it was more like"OMG, NO,ITS PINKIE PIE,SHE IS TOO MUCH, SHE WILL HARM OUR BABIES,please, not her", Which this thing with p1nkie's way it's already another "t0xic"thing between the mane sixes in fim,in the show always has one of the man3 sixes that looks judgemental or bothered by pinkie's exagerated reactions/way(specially tw1light),and its kinda mean,like, that's just her way (Me simping for pony life)thats why i love pony life, i love that pinkie pie is loud and crazy as she is, but i dont feel any one of the mane sixes look down on her for it, she is their friend and they love her for it, i also like that pinkie is more than just character That appears to make things chaotic or come with a crowd,in pony life she has goals, she is responsible and sometimes she feels more things than just being the happy and social butterfly pony,(i mean in fim it has some ep that she's like that too💦, but i like more in pony life), Continuing talking about the episode, it has a moment that tw1light appears because she doubt pinkie's ability as if she is not responsible (talking like that doesn't seem that mean, but it anger me at the time) and also pinkie pie got mad by twilight comment, So mad that she even rejects twilight help and kick her out of the house, i feel so bad for pinkie pie in this episode, she cries, SHE CRIES, she cries of frustation, cuz everything was going wrong and she just wanted to prove to everybody that she is capable of doing it And twilight's comment Just made her wanted to prove more, i think it has more moments where the mane sixes are mean with each other in fim

he also kept mentioning some kind of god? but like in reference to you?? are u connected to them, u kinda know a lot of gods atp so ur not sure which he means, a god to rule them all??? Celestia?? yeah u guess u know those fucks-

Cue u looking down from ur perch in the stalagmites above, u found a ledge and Azdaha helped you,

only to see a very concerned and borderline nervous Zhongli down below, Azhdaha just greets him like nothing’s wrong, but as soon as he sees you’re uncomfortable, helps you escape (more like teleport) away

(the old geo archon was probably nervous just be around Azhdaha u assume)

and now ur on the islands of Inazuma

u know exactly what islands are all but abandoned, the ghost one, the electrocuting one, and the scary bird one, all great options 👍

Raiden and Yae Miko manage to find you on every single one, with Yae getting more and more exasperated, and Ei getting more and more concerened with every position they find you in

hanging out on the banks of the electro river that would kill you if it weren’t for the little electro trees fending it off (thank fuck u maxed that shit out while in game)

bc u assumed they’d hate to be around it, plus lots of ronin- nope Ei is almost… scolding you?? oh but she’s got her Musou no Hitotachi out fuCK-

(she was slaying ronins that were getting too close to you)

she also is constantly jumpscaring you on tsurumi island/ghost island bc while the ghosts are gone, the creepy atmosphere isn't, and it makes her all the more terrifying as The Raiden Shogun comes walking out of the fog into the cave you've hidden in, stuff of ur nightmares for weeks as u just bird box style try to be silent and stealth around the island to get to an abandoned boat,

literally her scary ass purple sword glowing silhouette wandering around in the fog as you paddle away 💀

getting to thunder bird island and Yae Miko is literally both running/teleporting as quickly as she can to you, as you jump from floating rock to floating rock to escape her, god its so unnerving to watch someone so lazy running after you

she keeps getting in this weird “praising the heavens pose” sometimes when you jump, oh shit she’s aiming hER ATTACKS AT YOU THATS WHY-

oh good- she missed and deflected some stray debris coming ur way, u gotta get to the bird area and see if you can glide away (u managed to get a glider at some point thank fuck)

the bird is luckily on ur side against all these mfs trying to hunt u down (for controlling their bodies u guess) and flies u back to mainland teyvat

sumeru u thought would have the most mercy on u tbh, maybe fontaine bc Neuvillette only rlly cares if u break “fontaine” laws, maybe he wouldn't care to chase down a mortal like u over this

and nahida bc shes just nice

which is somewhat true, as you are acting like tarzan swinging around on vines and shit to escape the forest rangers

but she does show up in ur dreams, but shes just all foggy or distorted, u guess bc ur not of this world or smth??

and so it just unnerves u more, and u try to make it out to the desert, where at least there's no gods to worry about

mf ur hunkered down in a pyramid and see the shadowy shape of Cyno walking thru a sandstorm at you 💀

U dont kno how u got out of that one tbh, smth abt “king deshret made a plan for this” and left it behind for ppl to use to escape underground, sweet

And while Nahida and other eremites, scholars like Alhaitham/Kaveh/Dehya were looking around the desert sands, u slip by them

And u make it to the oasis at the edge of the desert, and steal an old rowboat to cross to fontaine (if i had a nickel everytime u needed to escape a god via old rowboat, youd have 2 nickels- )

and getting to Fontaine is not much better.

U literally get to the clockwork tower, foggy, ominous, uninhabited except for treasure-seekers occasionally, its perfect

until Neuvillette himself just strolls in abt 3 nights of u making camp there

u nearly shit urself as he just fake-knocked on a wall, meanwhile ur like hanging from the ceiling (four limbs out suspending you type of fictional shit)

luckily, mostly bc u were trying to wait him out (which wasn't possible ur limbs hurt so bad) he was, finally, the first person around u long enough to be genuinely kind and patient and answer questions

(Neuvillette acc couldn't figure out where u were at first, and was very confused how u got ur voice to boom around this chamber of the tower, after a minute of talking u trusted him enough to tell him to look up lol)

just in time too, he was able to hide u from the archons a little longer bc u were nervous

(u were already intimidated enough by Neuvillette being irl himself, talking to you, let alone all the other gods/vision users, as u realized afterwards thinking abt all the ppl trying to “hunt u down”, that if they all counted as ppl actually wanting to see you, that was a rlly overwhelming amount, esp if their first instinct is to run at you??? what are you, a fan-abused/disrespected kpop idol????)

This one’s been in the ask box for a WHILEEE (sorry Anon), but I really needed to get my headcanons to a place where I liked them (even wrote some short fics about it- no, I won’t share ✨✨✨)

Leshy is completely endeared with all his lovers, but the way he shows his affection can be…unpredictable. Still, he’s easily swiped off his feet and even offering him a simple bouquet is enough to make him swoon. His biggest flaw is that he tends to forget that mortals are…mortal, fragile, and easily traumatized. He is very physical with his affection, and his feelings can sometimes take over him. Mortal bones are oh so fragile, and their minds so much more so…but come to the party, my sweet, enjoy the festivities, the taste of wine, and the burn of alcohol reserved to the gods. Ignore the maddening illusions and your heart in your throat, he looks so delighted.

Heket is by far the most terrifying goddess of the bunch. She intimidates her spouses and is quite dominant, but has shown to be easily charmed by spouses with a strong personality.

She’ll take her partners to watch terrifying things, such as public executions, sacrifices, cannibal banquets, or even torture sessions, either to show off her power, or intimidate her partners into obeying her. She is prone to violent fits of anger. Still, she does love to just lay around with her partners, and relax under the autumn sun. Deep inside, she cares for some of them, but her ways of showing affection are…disturbing. Now, dear, why haven’t you touched your dinner? She killed them for you herself…

Kallamar is the sweetest one. He spoils his lovers rotten, compliments them day and night, and expects just as much affection in return. He demands rich, elaborated gifts, and loves taking his darlings on swimming dates. He’s very, VERY easily flustered under all that sass. His biggest flaw is his insecurity, which can lead him to being…quite unstable. Surely, he is loved, and adored…isn’t he?

Shamura seems cold at times, but they do care for their spouses. Of the bishops (excluding Narinder), they have the least partners, but those they keep are highly loyal, and treated with respect. They can be a little overprotective at times.

They expect their partners to be incredible fighters, and highly cultured. And they won’t hesitate to put them in fights, intellectual or physical, against one another…and they only keep champions. She’s falling out of her faith and her friends are waiting for her to crack. She thinks playing DnD is so rebellious of her. She WILL become emo after this is over

Halsin was made by the secret nudist in attempts to live vicariously through his character but has now revealed ✨things✨ about himself, and is totally unaware of it but everybody else knows it and just love that he’s having a good time

Lae’zel was made by a dude (probably straight and cis) who just wants to play as a hot fantasy chick

Gale was made by the most nerdy autistic boy who just wants somebody to date. Anybody. He’s really not picky.

Wyll was probably made by a trans man with. Idk why but he was. He doesn’t even have trans vibes to me but his player does

Karlach was made by a lesbian with mommy issues who’s never played DnD before, didn’t know if she’d like it, but got dragged into it by her friends who “know she’ll like it” and they were 100% right (and she and Shadowheart’s player WILL end up dating)

And Astarion was made by a gay person who is infamous for torturing every single character they create. They kept his character under wraps during creation but then announced on the first day of the campaign that this would be their, quote, “magnum opus of fruity traumatized characters”

- When she's training, Diana listens to binaural beats claiming that it gives her the opportunity to train and meditate simultaneously. "It's an incredible time saving.", she'd say. Bruce would roll his eyes.

- Oliver and Hal would beg Batman to install a confessional in the Watchtower, like in reality shows. Because he obviously refuses, they'd stand in front of any security camera and use them as one, rambling on and on about the other members.

- Dick is a total extrovert. When he has some time to recharge in between day work and night vigilantism, he lets off steam in nightclubs. He took Tim (who-recharges-when-alone™) once : he hated it.

- Most of the time Dinah would show up at meetings with sunglasses to look "mysteriously cool". Actually, she can't sleep at night.

- Booster would definitely refer to himself in the third person.

- Clark being Bruce's personal masseur is one of their rituals. Whenever his super senses notice a specific tenseness in Batman's body, Clark would end up joining him in the batcave and giving him a massage session. Bruce would just accept it without a word (wrote a fic for this one : https://archiveofourown.org/works/56392753).

- When he's not the one leading the meeting, Batman is usually snacking on a bag of nuts.

- Alfred has a workshop in the manor where he makes pottery. He makes bat-shaped objects that everyone in the Batfam loves. He made mugs, plates, jars, etc.

- Booster would use Skeets as a soundboard to accompany his every actions and illustrate his jokes. Shayera lost her temper once and broke Skeets in half. No worries, Victor helped repair him, although it was still a traumatizing experience for Booster.

- Hal has a collection of Top Gun goodies. At some point, Bruce brought him the original G-1 jacket from Tom Cruise for his birthday.

- Batman is absolutely excellent at everything he puts his mind to, except the absolute purge that is the game Sekiro. It started when Tim was raging while playing the game. Bruce passed behind him and let out a fatherly "You should learn how to control your emotions better, Tim.". Cue Tim challenging him to play. Then, there remained Batman cursing at a screen, desperately replaying a boss fight for the nth time.

- Booster and Ted have this promise that if neither one of them gets married at a certain age, they'd marry each other. Although, Ted is still looking for love, Booster is satisfied with the idea he'd end up marrying Ted.

- Oliver's neck is very often covered in hickeys.

- Constantine and Alfred are actually good buddies. They facetime a lot when Alfred is busy in the kitchen and John has some free time. That's how John knows so much about Bruce.

- The batfam plays a game where they make up elaborate life stories for strangers they encounter in public. Using their detective skills, they later discover the real stories and the winner is the one whose made-up backstory comes closest to the truth.

- Sometimes, Victor and Clark play football together. They both loved it in the past and they both lost the opportunity to commit and progress in the field. It's just the two of them, but it still helps heal their inner teen.

also ik maleanor fought alone bcs she was really out of soldiers and having lilia escape alone while she stops the Silver Owls is beneficial for Briar Valley (bcs remember that silver owls also ravage the land they trespass so if she escapes with Lilia then the damage Briarland couldve suffered would stretch to Maleficia's castle instead of just in Wildrose castle) but STILL i do want to see her being calculating because her position in Briarland military is that she's the commander yk, maybe she knew this was a bad decision (bcs of her scene when she was being sentimental ("im a mother thats why i must conquer) to lilia when he reasoned with her) i just feel like the story couldve portrayed it a bit nuanced and not just come off as "meleanor died bcs she was too prideful" i think thats just too easy/simple for the writer to write as her cause of death lol

Heartbeats in the Dark

The hospital room is a blur of beeping machines and hurried voices. The atmosphere grows tense as the hours drag on. The labor has been long and exhausting, and complications have started to arise. The pain feels unbearable, and it’s mixed with an overwhelming sense of fear.

Billie stands by the bed, holding your hand, but she’s visibly anxious. “You’re doing so well,” she whispers, trying to stay composed, though the worry in her eyes betrays her calm tone.

The medical staff becomes more urgent, voices overlapping. “We need to move now,” the doctor announces, and suddenly, everything speeds up. There’s no time to process as the decision for an emergency C-section is made. As the bed is wheeled away, Billie’s hand slips from your grasp, and for a heart-stopping moment, she’s gone, left standing in the hallway, helpless.

The operating room is cold, sterile. The weight of the situation presses down like a suffocating fog. Numb from fear and exhaustion, her body trembles uncontrollably. When Billie is finally allowed back in, she rushes to your side, her own tears barely held back. “I’m here,” she says, her voice shaky, brushing a hand through your sweat-soaked hair. “I’m right here.”

But the terror is real. There’s a deep, bone-deep fear that something might go terribly wrong. “What if…” The words choke out, barely audible, “What if something happens to the baby?”

Billie’s eyes fill with tears she’s trying so hard to hold back. “I’m scared too, baby,” she admits softly, her voice cracking. “But you’re doing everything you can. We’re going to get through this.”

Minutes feel like hours. The room is tense and quiet until finally, there’s a small, faint cry. Relief rushes in, but it’s fleeting. The baby is quickly taken away, needing immediate care. There’s no chance to hold them, no time to bond. Just a glimpse, and they’re gone.

Left in the silence of the room, Billie squeezes your hand tighter, pressing her forehead against yours. “I thought I was going to lose you,” she whispers brokenly, her voice hoarse. The fear of that moment is still raw, the helplessness cutting deep. “I was so scared. I should’ve done more.”

Your tears flow freely now, the emotional toll of the birth crashing down all at once. “I thought I was going to die,” you confess, voice trembling. “I couldn’t protect our baby. I couldn’t do anything.” The sobs come, wracking your body, and Billie holds on as tight as she can without causing more pain.

“You fought so hard,” Billie says through her own tears. “You’re still here, and so is our baby. You didn’t give up. You were so strong.”

But despite the relief of knowing the baby is okay, there’s an emptiness that lingers. What was supposed to be a joyful moment feels tainted by the trauma of the experience. Both of them struggle with the weight of it—the loss of those first moments with their child, the fear that gripped them for hours.

When the baby is finally brought to them, the room falls quiet. Holding your newborn for the first time, tears stream down your face again, but this time they are softer, a mix of joy and sorrow. Billie sits beside you, gently tracing the baby’s tiny fingers, her own tears spilling over.

“We made it,” Billie whispers, though her voice still trembles with the emotion of everything that’s happened.

But it’s clear things won’t just go back to normal. “I don’t feel okay,” you admits quietly. “I can’t forget how scared I was.” There’s a lingering sense of fear, a doubt about whether they can recover from this emotionally.

Billie’s hand tightens around yours. “You don’t have to be okay right now,” she says, voice steady despite her own pain. “We don’t have to be perfect. We’re still here, and that’s what matters. I’m not going anywhere. We’ll figure this out together, one day at a time.”

There’s no instant relief, no magical fix. The trauma of the birth will take time to heal. But as they sit there, Billie resting her head against your shoulder, their baby in their arms, they find a small sense of peace. It’s not the ending they imagined, but they survived—together. And that, for now, is enough.

inheritance cycle modern au in which all of the dragons are horses which makes eragon the underdog horse girl, saphira the underdog girl horse and brom the disgruntled and disillusioned horse trainer who doesn’t believe in the validity of this sport until he sees the ✨bond✨ eragon has with his horse saphira who is still as blue as she is in canon (don’t ask that‘s just how it works, if you question this, i‘ll track your ip).

and galbatorix is the aggressively eastern european horse girl dad who had some sort of hip injury that brought his eventing career to an abrupt end and now he must vicariously live through his protégé, murtagh, lest he kills himself. and thorn is the very expensive horse galbatorix bought for wish fulfillment purposes and murtagh and thorn are so horribly traumatized by all the stress and pressure of defeating little kids at the pony finals that they ✨bond✨.

oromis and glaedr are their direct opponents and galbatorix nancy kerrigan‘s them (oromis dies like he does canonically because honestly, hunters be like that) so murtagh can get his ribbon. and then there‘s the big final competition and eragon, underdog wonder magic horse girl, goes toe to toe with murtagh, tortured champion to be, and they have this epic horse battle (an 80cm clear round but the atmosphere is very intense) and eragon loses. but then brom delivers this epic speech about idk man like success and passion and whatnot and then he dies which gives eragon the final push to defeat murtagh but OH NO, thorn is HURT from being OVERWORKED and murtagh has an epic horse peril breakdown and tearfully tells galbatorix he‘ll withdraw.

so galbatorix goes „fuck the kid“ and gets shruikan (the very bad very big black warmblood stallion that shows up in every horse girl movie) to best eragon HIMSELF (but not before locking nasuada, the animal rights activist that murtagh has struck up a tentative romance with, in a porta-potty). and then him and eragon compete and it‘s INTENSE (meanwhile, roran and katrina have a sub plot about capturing a flock of runaway ducks that is constantly being cut to during that climactic scene) and shit is looking DISMAL for poor eragon until a vision of brom and also his dead mother, because this is a proper horse girl movie and not some bibi und tina bullshit, and that gives him the strength to defeat galbatorix.

and then he wins and thorn doesn’t die and someone frees nasuada from the porta-potty and she gets to punch galbatorix in the face. and fírnen (who is a horse but also still green) emerges during the post credit scene and meets arya and sets up a cash grabby amazon prime spinoff series and roran and katrina successfully capture the ducks and everyone is happy and there is no more horse peril.

the whole thing takes place in exactly one horse show afternoon. it makes such perfect sense actually you can fit everyone in. nar garzvog‘s at the grill and makes hot dogs. islanzadi does nothing but drink cheap wine and bitch from the sidelines. angela mans the beverage stall and tells everyone who wants to listen (or doesn’t) that toads don’t exist. solembum is the raccoon on her shoulder who violates all fda guidelines by simply existing. orrin is nasuada‘s bitter ex boyfriend who pretended to be vegan for years so she‘d like him only to be dumped for murtagh and his emo swagger in a heartbeat. orik is a shetland pony.

Okay, i/we played true colors this year, we waited so long(since 2021), it was long cuz first we needed to wait for the physical version on the nintendo switch, and then wait to find a version with a better price (was too expensive), but now we finally made it, and this texts that i will put now are my reactions and thoughts while playing the game

okay, getting a little out of the true colors conversation, the music thing has a very cool story, so, the spring party had some cool background songs, and i enjoyed one of them and with that marina tried to find it for me, but unfortanely she didn't find the song that i wanted, but she find two ones that were also cool, these were "you make me go crazy by jaco caraco" and "best i ever found by mitchell marlow", in the day after we finished the game, i listened to the songs, while i was listening to this "best i ever found" i was looking at the youtube recommedations and appeared a song called "we will always win" from the same person tha has something to do with this "best i ever found", the song name was familiar (past story, i used to like a song that played on tv in telecine premium commercial of the newest programming that would have on october from 2015, and i did find the song at the time, i wrote it in some notebook, time pass i forgot where i note the song(i never found) and since 2016 i tried to find the song again, i remember the sound of the song and that the name had something to do with win), my reaction was like "no, no, is that the song?", i click on the video and i recognized immedially the hard rock instrumental, i was like "OH MY GOD, IS THE SONG!!!, I NEED TO TELL THIS TO MARINA", the most cool part is that in this exactly year in the beggining we tried to find this song!!, we tried to see some old telecine commercials, but we failed, and now thanks to true colors i find the song, if we didn't get interested in playing true colors i wouldn't find the song, that's so crazy, i believe one day i would find, but it wouldn't be today

For those of us who didn’t read the book and knew nothing of what was going to happen, we truly went on an incredible and surprising roller coaster of an experience.

We start the episode with seeing the guy from Hellboy and being like ‘oh yay, it’s the guy from Hellboy!’

… only for him to die three minutes later. And that scene is rough. It’s sudden and abrasive. And the sounds are jarring. The death is scored by tense strings. Then a moment of quiet. Then the AMAZING Ruth Gemmell begins taking us on Violet’s traumatic grief journey, which starts with her jolting Anthony (and us) out of the quiet.

And a thunderous heartbeat threatens him as he walks toward this entirely altered, unwanted life path. And that’s obviously the beginning of his PTSD.

In the other flashbacks throughout the episode, we continue to hear horrific, heart-rending pain radiate out of Violet while Anthony must not only attempt to endure it, but cover his own grief. Anthony and his siblings (and again, we the audience) all have to listen to Violet grieve while she’s giving birth! Screams on top of screams.

And the last flashback is technically quiet, but just as devastating because, like the moment of Edmund’s death, the quiet is weaponized. It signifies the death inside Violet.

It should go without saying that Jonathan Bailey is also a brilliant actor, but I’ll say it now anyway. Damn, he good! He and Ruth partnered perfectly in this grief journey. Serious props to them both because I felt this shit.

And then finally we come to the end. We had been immersed in the horrible aftermath of that striking tragedy. Between the flashbacks- in the present day- we had followed Anthony through the rooms and grounds where he had suffered silently. We had seen Edmund’s grave. We had learned that Anthony’s greatest fears and insecurities all stemmed from that tragic event ten years prior.

And then another fucking bee comes along.

And I swear to god, the first time I watched this, when Kate got stung, my heart was pounding, I was terrified, and my instinctive reaction was “oh my god, is she going to die?!” In hindsight, it’s obviously insane to think that she would be killed off at all, let alone in this scene. But the very fact that, for a moment, that was a legitimate fear I had is exactly why this episode is so god damn brilliant. I felt what Anthony felt. And I’m not the only one! I’ve seen other people’s similar reactions to this scene. The episode really is a roller coaster; easy, lighthearted moments (pall mall, drug tea), interspersed with the terrifying drops and loops that are Anthony’s painful memories which constantly haunt him. And then it brought us right back to that first traumatic moment. Because Anthony has PTSD! And that’s what PTSD does. Anthony is right back where he was, literally not far from the same spot outside Aubrey Hall, standing in front of a person he loves, watching them get stung by a bee on almost the same spot on their body. The tense string scoring comes back and Anthony panics because he’s completely helpless again.

And all of those elements- the setting, the scoring, the acting- combined to terrify us and make us forget something critical: most people don’t die from beestings.

And here’s where it gets really profound for me. Because it’s not just about how we feel Anthony’s fear. It’s also about how Kate completely obliterates it. Without knowing that history and without realizing the full extent of what her actions would mean, she does exactly the right thing. Rather than die and rather than also panic or shy away from his vulnerability, she meets it with her own in the form of care and steady assurance, which is true strength. And in so doing, she stops this cyclical moment in its tracks and completely alters the trauma. She puts his hand on her heart, and the heartbeat comes back. But this time, it’s not threatening. It’s inviting.

And just like in the first scene, the moment is over all too quickly. Just like in that scene, Anthony is thrust onto a new path. But where that moment was damaging, this one is healing. And we feel that too. And it’s the greatest experience that art can give us.

It’s catharsis.

And that’s why this episode is magic. 🐝✨
