Day 2 of 28 days to lose all my weight
I copied this diet, the first week of a diet it's the worst for me but this was fulfilling.
Tumblr media
So here are the recipes
Breakfast (10am)
Matcha chia pudding (mine was a smaller portion than the photo)
500ml of water with lemon
-1/2 cup of almond milk or water (I used unsweetened almond milk)
-1 and a 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds
-1/2 tbsp of matcha
-A dash of Stevia because the matcha can be bitter
-2 toasted almonds
Mix the milk and seeds and leave overnight, before serving take half of the mixture and mix the matcha.
You can top it up with almonds and cashews or granola.
(the picture seems to have yoghurt too but I don't eat dairy, it seems as a layer of chia pudding with milk or yoghurt, chia pudding with water, matcha yoghurt with chia, granola, matcha yoghurt, granola, almonds and cashews)
Morning workout (10:30am)
I did the 30min cardio but y'all can do the 10min one
500ml of water + multivitamins after the workout (I got the care/of ones)
youtube
youtube
Lunch (2pm)
Pumpkin with stir fry veggies (I see some mushrooms in the stir-fry on the picture but I'm not sure what's the other thing... Some veggie or meat or something like tofu skin???)
A cup of green tea while I was cooking
500ml of water during the meal
-A quarter of sweet pumpkin
-1/4 cup of cabbage
-1 mushroom
-A quarter of onion
-garlic clove
-garlic powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce, coconut oil
So I put the pumpkin on a steamer with a bit of garlic powder and salt for 30min (it could be less just check when it gets soft)
I diced all the veggies and with coconut oil spray I stir fry them for a bit, after they cooked I added the salt, pepper and a bit of soy sauce.
Midday workout + Snack (3:30pm)
I needed to do some errands so I walked the whole time, it was till 5:40pm that I got home
750ml of water
10 green grapes
Dinner (9pm)
Miso soup Pak Choi with tofu instead of the egg
2 cup of green tea while I was cooking and after dinner
-1 small Pak Choi (you can use spinach)
-1 cup of water
-1 tbsp of miso paste
-1/4 cup of tofu (I believe I bought Sainsbury's firm tofu and cut it in 8 pieces)
Cut the leaves off the Pak Choi then the ends in quarters to boil in the water, when they get soft mix the miso paste and add the leaves and tofu just boil them for a minute or less.
Night workout (11pm)
youtube
youtube
I don't count calories anymore because it feels like a waste of time but I do control my portions that why I detail it more this time. I kinda have a vegan gluten free diet BUT I eat fish time to time so I'm not strict about it
I'm making this types of post because this was what inspired me the most and don't see it often..

Grocery shopping is done. It was more expensive than I'd liked ;-;
Tried the almond milk I bought and almost regretted buying it. Unsweetened almond milk is not drinkable on its own but it's only 15 kc4ls pr 100 ml so I can still find a use for it.
I think I can last a week w/o going grocery shopping again and not completely run out of food. I have lentils, rice and oats as back up foods/things I already own. My goal is to lose w4ight but also save money.

Many of my homecooked meals lately have been vegan or plant based and with locally-sourced ingredients! :-)
Ive made homemade eggdrop soup using backyard eggs and kale from the city market, for instance. Ive been using that kale for many meals. Also zucchini and squash and locally made siopao from Filipino markets. Very good stuff!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Left to right: homemade eggdrop soup w mushrooms, kale, and backyard eggs from a local farmer; steamed zucchini and squash from the city market and local chicken siopao with rice; Beyond Meat bratwurst and steamed kale from the market on ricebed).
My next goal is to buy some animal products from local (and preferably black and brown) farmers with humane practices for the animals. While I probably wont go back vegan again, the 5 or 6 yrs of being vegan in some of my formal yrs rlly changed my palate for the better. So i dont rlly crave meat as much anymore, and when I do, its cuz I know its a desire for unami flavors and certain textures of food, not meat specifically. That to say I will find such animal farmers for the bit of meat and animals products to supplement a mostly plant based diet I want to curate.
I just bought a nice blender from GoodWill, so I'm excited to start making homemade smoothies with the produce I get from the local market! I stay on the lookout at supermarket chains for cheap yogurt by remembering their sell-by dates since theyyre so perishible and going back to the store to take advantage of their discounts. I currently have almost a pint of unflavored, unsweetened almond milk yogurt to use so I'm really exited to start experimenting with my (relatively) new blender!

1177.
Have you ever bought a YouTuber’s merch? >> I haven't and I wouldn't.
Do you think oatmeal tastes better when made with water or milk? >> Milk. I like almond milk in mine, the unsweetened vanilla flavour especially.
Have you ever left a note in a library book? >> I have not.
What time of day do you prefer to wash your hair? >> I prefer to shower in the evening, so that's when I wash my scalp. Has anyone ever spread lies about you? >> Certainly.
Have you ever taken a photograph with a celebrity? If so, did it turn out the way you wanted, or do you wish you could retake it? >> I have. The one with Julianne Moore came out fine. I think my worst photo with a performer of any renown was the one with Pete Steele of Type O Negative, because the person taking the photo didn't wait for me to stop laughing before they snapped it. (This wouldn't have been a problem if I had a smartphone and could see it instantly, but this was 2009. I was still rockin with disposable cameras back then.) Which sucks because I will never get a chance to retake that photo and normally I would have been really happy to have it at all but it's ruined by how I look.
If you could move out of your home country permanently, would you? If so, where would you go? >> Most likely. I would want to go somewhere close to the Equator, mainly. I haven't researched specific countries because there's no point if it's never going to be possible, so that's as specific as my answer would get right now.
Is there a celebrity that everyone else seems to love, but you find totally overrated? Why is it that you don’t like them? >> I think that's just celebrities, period. The concept of celebrity in general is wildly overrated to me. I have favourite performers, of course, but I don't participate in any fandom/stan culture around celebrities or anything. If you could volunteer for any charity, which one would you choose? Do you think it’s more important to help humans, or are animal and environmental charities equally important? .
Do you prefer holidays where you relax, or actually do things? .
Do you think that after we die our spirit is still alive? >> I don't have a single solid belief about what happens to a sapient person's spirit post-death. I think many possibilities are likely.
Has anybody ever told you that you could be a model? >> I've had men say that to me as either a come-on or to try to get me to do sex work.
Do you use different kinds of moisturizer for different body parts? ie. hand lotion for your hands, face cream for your face. Or do you just use one moisturizer for all body parts? >> I have a face moisturiser and a body moisturiser. I could probably get more granular than that but that gets expensive so I think I'll stick to this unless I develop a problem area that demands special attention.
Have you ever felt like you were someone’s rebound? >> I haven't felt that.
Has anybody ever broken up with you over something really pathetic? What was it? Have you ever been dumped in a disrespectful way? (eg. through text, through a friend..) >> I don't think so.
Did you have a lot of role models as a kid? >> I don't recall ever having a role model. Do you feel like anyone looks up to you? Why or why not? >> I do not feel this. What do you mean, why not...
What was the last thing you found offensive? . Who is the nicest person you know? .
Do you feel safe in your country? >> Not especially. I mean, mostly, but also not. There's a pretty broad spectrum between "I live in an active war zone/a hellish fascist regime" and "I live in a free and liberal utopia" and when it comes to marginalised peoples the United States really likes playing around in spaces that are closer to the former than you'd gather from all the propaganda about it being the latter.
Do you feel safe where you live? >> In this city, specifically? More or less, although there's been stuff like racially-motivated police brutality/murder here too just like damn near everywhere in this country. Also, once you step a pinky toe outside the city limits the conservatism level skyrockets. So.
Have you been falsely diagnosed with something by a bad doctor? >> I don't think it's entirely accurate to say that all my misdiagnoses were because the clinicians were bad at their job. I mean, they might have been! But I also think that both autism and complex developmental trauma (and their intersections with each other and other social factors) are consistently wildly misunderstood by the exact professionals whose job it is to understand them, which is a systemic issue as opposed to specific individuals being bad at doctoring.
Have you ever had a doctor refuse to treat you? >> I have not had this experience. Name the strangest game you’ve ever played (video game or real game): >> lol "real game". There are some Twine games and Itch.io games that could fit this description, I think. That's where you're going to get truly weird, offbeat, occult shit -- in very small games made by one or two weird people who had a vision and nothing to keep them from realising that vision.
Do you know anyone who has been struck by lightning before? >> I don't think so.
Which cartoon character would you want to keep as a pet? .
Do you like marshmallows? >> I do.
What is your favorite flavor of candy cane? >> I don't care for candy canes mainly because I find their shape inconvenient and frustrating. Have you ever fostered an animal? >> I have not.
Do you still take hot showers when it’s hot out? >> Sure. When writing $ sign, do you draw one line through the S or two? >> One. What animal have you always wanted as a pet but couldn’t have? . List three people you’ve had crushes on: .
Have you ever thrown up from cramps? >> Way too many times. I can't believe we're just expected to live like that.
List three people you had a hard time forgiving. .
Who is the most spiritual person you know? .
Would you ever start a vlog? >> I wouldn't. I can't even be bothered to make TikToks.
Are your dreams coming true yet? .
Do you struggle with depression? >> I struggle with some things that do sometimes look like depression.
Are you haunted by your past? >> I don't think I'd use this phrasing, but the more I think about it, the more it maybe is accurate. What is the inner critic if not the ghostly echoes of all the people who mistreated and neglected me, for example?
What medical conditions do you have? . Do you use a Magic Bullet? >> Oh my god... I definitely was thinking of Magic Wand at first. Good thing my other brain cell kicked in and made me second-guess that, lmao. Anyway, no, I don't have a Magic Bullet (or a Magic Wand, for the record).
What does your apron look like? . What are your favorite spicy foods? >> Oh, I don't know. I just like foods in general to have a bit of spice.
Which do you like better: being an adult or being a kid? >> I would never, ever, ever in my fucking life want to be a child with no rights or agency that is subject to the whims of bigger people again. Were you excited to be a teenager on your thirteenth birthday? >> I don't know.
Did you feel insecure in high school? >> I don't know, man. I just felt bad. Generally bad. All the time.
Would you ever be friends with someone who was suicidal? >> The nuance required to answer this question is astronomical and I'm not doin that right now. Who was the biggest bully in high school? .
What was your favorite class in high school? .
Would you rather have a daughter or a son? . Have you ever written to an advice columnist? >> I haven't, although sometimes I wish I could write to Ask Polly.
Have you ever had a doctor not believe what you told him? >> I have rarely had any concerns to bring to a doctor in the first place.
If you’re female, would you feel uncomfortable having a male gynecologist? >> I'm not female and it doesn't matter what gender my hypothetical gynaecologist is. I'll be massively triggered the entire time anyway, it has nothing to do with the person who is (ideally) just doing their job.
Do you like Lisa Frank? >> Sure. Also, one time I saw a YouTube video about the whole drama behind the Lisa Frank brand and it was juicy. What gives you nightmares? .
Were you ever hospitalized as a child? >> I was not.
Did you get senior pictures taken? >> I did.
What color is your bicycle? >> Orange and black.
Did you ever have to take home a fake baby in health class? >> This was probably the highlight of my ninth grade year. I took the Life Skills (or whatever it was called... something like that) class specifically to get the computerised baby. I also angled to get a weekend instead of just an overnight. I did really well, too, lol.
Would you rather wear ivory or white on your wedding day? What color will your bridesmaids wear? >> Neither of us wore white and we didn't have bridesmaids.
Would you rather have a swimming pool or trampoline? >> Trampoline.
Do you think babies are cute? >> Sure.
Do you dream about the future a lot? >> I don't dream about the future at all.
Do you think about your past a lot? >> I don't think about it, like, consciously. It just informs a lot of my present. I'm always carrying it around with me.
How good are you at living in the moment? >> I am always in the moment. Even when I am actively in flashback I am still in the moment. That's the strange thing about it all -- being in this strange liminal time warp where I am clearly my present self but also clearly feeling and acting from another point in time. A disorienting tension, the illusion of linearity collapsing in on itself.
Have you ever questioned God’s existence? >> Sure, long ago. Vanilla frosting or chocolate? >> I am a frosting hater as a rule but every once in a while I hit upon some good frosting that I can appreciate (sparingly -- I still don't like it in abundance, just as a little extra flavour/texture boost). That could apply to vanilla or chocolate.
What’s your favorite foreign cuisine? >> My favourite cultural cuisine is hard to pinpoint, I just like many, many different kinds of foods.
Have you ever moved to another state? >> I have.
Did you do anything productive today? >> I made some progress in Control, I kept myself fed, I started a new anime, and I managed whatever's going on with my nervous system with some THC. Can you say the alphabet backwards? >> Eventually.
Do you like flowers? >> Sure.
Have you ever thought you were gonna die? >> Sure. What kind of mood are you in today? >> I've been in some kind of fatigue-y dysregulated funk these past couple of days. Today was better than yesterday but I still don't feel fully out of the abyss just yet.
What are you craving right now? >> Nothing. Is there anyone you would seriously punch right now if you had the chance? >> There is not.
What is worse, physical or emotional pain? .
Have you ever walked in on somebody doing something… questionable? >> Questionable???
If you were to make videos on YouTube, what would they be of? .
Posting pictures of yourself in a bathing suit on the internet - ok or not? . Do you typically laugh when somebody falls down? >> Typically not, but every once in a while someone just eats it in a real comical way and I can't help but laugh.
What is the most disturbing movie you’ve ever watched? >> I mean, I've seen just about every movie that usually appears on those "10 Most Disturbing Films" listicles and shit. That's kind of a thing I'm into, movies that are just super fucked up and disgusting.
Your opinion of Katy Perry, please? >> I have none. Genuinely could not care less about this person or their art.
If you could say anything to your Mom right now… what would it be? .

My Safe Food Grocery Haul
A simple list of foods I recently bought and/or already have. Also this isn't everything I bought, I bought more so that I can make a Low Calorie Curry and some Low Calorie Breakfast burritos. So those ingredients will not be included on this list, but on different ones. Also yes, I do shop at Walmart.
Coffee
Tumblr media
Instant Coffee - 0 cal per tsp
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk - 30cal per cup
Vanilla & Caramel flavors - 0 cal per 2Tbsp
Pumpkin's Spice Creamer - 35cal per Tbsp
Stevia Packets - 0cal per packet
Coconut Whipped Creme - 10 Cal per 2Tbsp
I use coffee to suppress my appetite as well as boost my energy. Stevia for sweetening and I got 3 different flavors cause I like variety. The whipped creme I use cause sometimes I like to make things look pretty and fancy, makes me feel happy.
Fruits
Tumblr media
Watermelon - Roughly 46cal per cup
Peaches - 30cal per container
As I am not eating properly I still like to try and be healthy and get some fruit in my life. Plus these add bulk to my plate without the bulk of calories. Also I love watermelon <3
Sweets
Tumblr media
Hershey's - 32.5 Calories for one.
Max Mallow - 7.5 Calories for one.
I bought these to instantly satisfy a sweet tooth craving. I do have a snow cone machine where I can make 0 cal snow cones, but that takes up to 10 minute to set up and let the ice soften. So these are good for me to just grab at any moment ^^
Salty Stuff
Tumblr media
Sea Salt Veggie Straws - 65cal per 19 Straws
Screaming Hot Straws - 65cal per 19 Straws
Pickles - 5cal per spear
Salty stuff to instantly satisfy that salt craving. I use the pickles more so to suppress my appetite or if I crave pickles.
Food/Meals
Tumblr media
Strawberry & Peach Yogurt - 80cal per container
Hard Boiled Egg - 60cal per egg
Edamame - 90cal per bag
18.5oz Chicken Noodle Soup - 130cal
Chicken Microwave Meal - 180cal
A Yogurt and an egg is usually for breakfast, it's something quick I can just grab and make before work. Edamame is delicious with a little lemon juice and salt, adds bulk to my plate, and takes a while to eat. Chicken noodle soup tastes more like carrot broth soup, still tasty though, plus quick and easy. Herb Roasted Chicken meal is a Life Saver!! The most delicious food and my ultimate safe food! 180cals for something amazing and satisfying!! (I wont eat a single meal if its passed 190cal, even then for me that's cutting it close, and makes me uncomfortable)
Miscellaneous
Tumblr media
Gum - <5cal per stick
Energy Bar - 100cal per 3 blocks/1 serving
Gum I use to suppress my appetite and keep my mouth distracted so I wont eat cause I'm bored.
Now the Energy Bar. I once read on here that this girl was feeling faint (or she did faint) and shaking from not eating enough (or maybe she was fasting, I dont remember) and she ate one of these and she said it helped her. Something about a sugar or something being low and this quickly brought it back up. So I keep 2 of these in my bags should I ever feel scared and shaky and faint. So I treat this as an emergency item.

Long time readers of this tumblr will be familiar with my attitude towards dark chocolate covered almonds, as one of the symptoms of the cultural rot that is the very Satan-conceived concept of the superfood. If you aren’t, you can read my rant here.
Anyway, I saw this little packet in Trader Joe’s, didn’t read the label closely, and gasped. Had Trader Joe’s finally begun stocking, among the FOUR TYPES OF DARK CHOCOLATE COVERED ALMONDS they stock, one single tiny packet of milk chocolate covered almonds?
I was so ready to forgive. Reader, I bought one.
But no. I got it home, opened it up, popped one into my mouth, and bit down. Shortly thereafter, a demon of rage burst forth from my chest and leveled a city block.
Because as you have probably already seen but I did not, these are “Chocolatey Coated”. Know what that means? It means a chocolate-like substance coats these almonds. It’s actually worse than dark chocolate. It’s unsweetened baker’s chocolate.
Trader Joe’s now stocks FIVE KINDS of chocolate covered almonds that are not covered in milk chocolate. I’m going to lose my mcfucking mind.
[Description: A snack-sized cellophane package containing chocolate-covered almonds. On the front is a label reading “Trader Joe’s Amped Up Almonds” with an image of a barbell with almonds instead of weights. Below that is the subhead “Chocolatey Coated Almonds”.]

Valentines Day
Riddle - Strawberry white chocolate in the shape of strawberries, or, strawberry white chocolate truffles covered in cookie crumbs
Ace - store bought chocolate covered cherries
Deuce - Chocolate flan (for extra fun/cuteness, find a way to carve a little Spade on top so when there's chocolate syrup on it, it shows up really well)
Cater - diamond shaped chocolates, mostly unsweetened savory-ish flavors like spicy chilis, kinako (toasted soybean powder), and with salt flakes, with interesting patterns and textures on the tops, like there's some things you can use to make chocolate look holographic (look up “holographic chocolate” )
Trey - if you are up to it, make a mousse cake with soft purple colored glaze, topped with candied violets
Leona - one of those bags of dick gummies with “eat a bag of dicks” - honestly drawing a blank, he seems super picky about stuff cause he's a rich brat and would complain about most things. Maybe just send a letter to Cheka like “I was going to ask your uncle Leona if he wanted to be my valentine but he said he wants to be your valentine instead” and revel in it
Jack - white chocolate mousse with a whole poached pear
Ruggie - A fully decked out donut with chocolate glaze, frosting, drizzle, and various cookies. Don’t forget a bottle of milk
Azul - lament that you wanted to make him a deep fried candy bar but that would be like his whole calorie allowance for the day. Instead, Give him some nice healthy dark chocolates.
Jade - Filled Mushroom shaped chocolates, extra points if you use edible paint to make them really look like real kinds of mushrooms, especially toxic ones, cause it's fun.
Floyd - Make little sea creature shaped chocolates in fun flavors and additives, like rice crisps, potato chips, pop rocks.
Kalim - Would be happy with anything you give him.
Jamil - Reject Kalims invitation to a feast for once Would also be happy with anything you give him.
Vil - Dark chocolates with antioxidant-rich dried berries and almonds
Epel - A box of smoked meats, if Vil or Rook could find out, go “oh no, i had some chocolates for you, but there's only this box of delicious smoked beef instead, shoot, I guess i'll just have to give you this instead of the chocolates”
Rook - A big chocolate heart with “please stop stalking me” written on it - He would probably like any handmade chocolates you make
Idia - chocolates in the shape of a really bad, cringe meme.
Ortho - a handmade Valentines day card with lots of computer puns
Malleus - filled chocolates in the shape of gargoyles (make sure they are actually gargoyles and not grotesques) bonus points if you can make them look like ones that he likes
Silver - would be happy with any chocolates you make him.
Sebek - bag of dicks #2, chocolate bust of Malleus, would accept anything you give him, but don't expect him to be openly grateful about it.
Lilia - Tomato chocolate (it's a thing) bonus points if you make it in the shape of a tomato.

Here's what I ate June 9th, 2022:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Breakfast. Same as yesterday. What can I say, it's just yummy! I bought some unsweetened vanilla almond milk for my coffee now instead of cow milk.
Lunch. I ate a cookies & cream protein shake. It's 160cals, but has 30g of protein in it, so even though it's a lot of calories for just ONE food item, it's worth it to me. I bought some bunny grams for my boyfriend and ended up having some. I ate a handful but logged a whole serving (31 cookies) to be safe.
Dinner. Spicy hot V8 warmed up with a slice of toast. I put 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese on the toast and popped it in the air fryer to get it all melty. I sprinkled everything bagel seasoning on it and dipped it in the soup. I added 1 tablespoon of light sour cream to the soup to make it a bit creamy and added seasonings to flavor it a bit more.
I was took a picture......but I'm not good at taking pictures to be honest (≧▽≦)
Tumblr media
Snacks. Popsicles...because it's so hot already. 1 cup of cucumbers sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning. 1/3 cup of cantaloupe. Lastly, cherry-lime la croix...soo good.

GET TO KNOW ME TAG.
thank you for the tag, @pinkwohoo !!! i love these
𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬: BLACK. also pink, but ... separately.
𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: LMAO. i don’t read sdfkjgld i’m reading robin beck’s chiefdoms, collapse, and coalescence in the early american south for class. the “leisure reading” books i purchased recently are michael knox beran’s wasps (beautifully written, good inspo for my story / sims legacy, but also too much cold war foreign policy for my taste) and grady hendrix’s the final girl support group (we love a final girl, period). perhaps some day i will finish them.
𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨: well, i’m listening to my brand new beatriz playlist as i do this, so ... several 🔥 songs. :^)
𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝: i’m rewatching “community” (who have i become??) but the last new series i watched was “why women kill.” it’s incredible ! also story inspo, but you didn’t hear that from me
𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭, 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐲? savory ! spicy things don’t like me, though i like them, and i always think i like sweet things more than i do after the fact... me, side-eyeing the chocolate chip cookie dough i just bought sdhjfskgf
𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠: more sunchips >:^) the cheddar variety
𝐭𝐞𝐚 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞? both ! i drink coffee way more often, tho. unsweetened with almond milk, unless it’s a chocolate almondmilk shaken espresso from starbucks or an unsweetened (iced) latte. i’m a southerner, so my favorite type of tea is sweet & iced :^) but, i also like hot tea (herbal, w/o sugar unless there’s also mint involved; honey if it’s just black tea w/o mint).
𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧: erm... i SHOULD be queueing story posts & working on the wedding BUT i’m feeling a lot of inspiration today and might just do some storyboarding for part iii / iv instead ...................... ???? the drama rattling around my head needs to be released. recently learned all the cool kids are using milanote, so i reckon i’ll figure it out now !!!!!!!!!!!
i am tagging ... well, i don’t know how many of my favorites have done it already so dskjflhs let’s just say anyone of you who hasn’t done this yet & wants to !!
pls tag me so i can see your answers 😘

If you want sth like Zaziki just use low fat yoghurt. Right now I use low fat, high protein everything haha. If I don't want it to be so solid, I mix it with water

Would you be able to make a list of recipes for baking that are gluten/dairy free? I have a hard time finding recipes from scratch for things like bread, muffins, pies, or cakes.
Hi there! Thank you for submitting an ask!
This one was a fun one to do for me as I scour the internet for recipes...was a bit of a two birds one stone for me since I love baking for my friends and many of them have the same dietary restrictions.
So, a heavy post incoming. I tried to include both simple and involved recipes for variety. I like minimalist recipes, but I do prefer ‘fancier’ treats for birthdays and holidays.

~~~~tw photos of large amounts of different foods~~~
I won't list everything here as it is quite a lot but lmk if you're curious about anything!
I'm so drawn to liquids. I'm hoping I can replace some meals with them. The liquids I bought are:
☆ kombucha(turmeric ginger & blackberry hops), unsweetened almond milk, plain yogurt kefir, v8 healthy greens juice, bolthouse farms juice (daily greens, mango pineapple colada, blue goodness), core power protein drinks (strawberry, vanilla, banana), chicken bone broth, celsius peach mango green tea fitness drink, beet carrot orange juice
I'm so surprised and had thought I spent a lot more, especially because I was hungry and I tend to pick up whatever sounds good. I put a couple unnecessary things back, other than that I'm pretty happy with what I got!
♡♡♡ please suggest any meal ideas if you have any! Meal planning is so hard for me!
