I pulled my left pec muscle while sleeping. I don’t really know how one does that, but I did. It’s probably the stupidest injury I’ve ever given myself.

Now the weight of my left boob feels like a white hot ripping agony on my chest when I stand up too fast, sit in a bumpy car, or lay on my left side. It’s like my breast is tearing my muscles away from my poor skeleton. Like my tata has sworn vengeance on my meager rib cage.

I’ve been calling it my Red Hot Tit and it makes my fiancée laugh every time.

I think I learned very quickly that I couldn’t rely on anyone even if they relied on each other like for some reason it was like I didn’t deserve it?

my family individually tried to disown me. so different people were saying they didn’t want to deal with me lol. my mom put me in a group home that I eventually got kicked out of and sent back home with her, my dad protected my sister from my mom but never protected me. he was actually just very mean towards me. my grandparents threatened to turn their back on me at one point like you spend your life growing up thinking that people do not want you and then people are surprised when you act as if they do not want you lol.

like it is a theme in my life. it’s not that I’m purposely trying to be difficult bc it’s fun. i can’t do this hot and cold stuff with people and I’m very avoidant and reluctant to rely on anyone. bc everyone will leave anyway lol.

if my mom thinks I believed my dad and my grandma over everything, it just meant that I was susceptible to anyone who seemed warm. which was bad. and shortsighted. bc everybody was moody towards me lol. it’s just that my grandma and my dad never hit me.

Also increasingly aware that a LOT of people "manage" getting through the 40+ hour work week by sleeping less than is healthy and relying on stimulants like coffee and energy drinks to keep them going.

For people who are unwilling or unable to do this...work really does just dominate your life. Like we really should not have to rely on unhealthy practices just to have a social life or keep on top of housework or whatever.

I know I post about this a lot but I'm so TIRED all the time and it's just so depressing that this is how we're expected to spend the one life we have.
