side note that you’re making me want to rewatch sweet tooth. Me n my dad watched the first season? I think? Together and I remember really liking it but I don’t remember SHITTT about it..

Oh you should absolutely go back and rewatch it!! At least through season 2!

Season 2 is my absolute favorite and I think the best when it comes to the complexities of the characters relationships and moral questions of the series, which is I think what the series thrives most on. I could talk about the dynamics between General Abbot, Dr. Singh, Johnny, and Rani in that season alone for hours I swear.

Season 3 was definitely my least favorite and felt fairly disappointing at certain points as a big fan of both the series and the original comics (I think they a) needed two more seasons instead of the one to wrap things up while maintaining the same depth the first two seasons had and b) were probably told to tone things down by Netflix, resulting in a weird tone and conclusion). But objectively speaking, even if I have my criticisms, it's a perfectly fine season of television and is worth watching if you're invested in the story and want to see how they wrap it up.

A lot of the stuff I post about or recommend on here is stuff that I think is silly, or only appeals to a particularly niche audience, or is so bad it's good, but the first two seasons of Sweet Tooth are I think genuinely a masterpiece of filmmaking and writing, and especially interesting as an adaptation, and I'd recommended them to just about anyone :]

Been working on some designs based on songs in my free time the last two weeks
