Pre-Wedding Preparation For Glowing Skin!
Your wedding day is the day when you will be the center of attention. All eyes will be on you, so it's important to look your best. Your skin is one of the most important aspects of your bridal beauty routine, and it's essential to prepare it for the big day. In this blog, we will talk about pre-wedding preparation for glowing skin. But getting glowing skin doesn't happen overnight; it requires a bit of effort and planning. That's why it's essential to start preparing your skin months in advance to achieve the perfect, radiant look you desire.
In this blog, we will discuss some of the essential pre-wedding preparation steps for achieving glowing skin.
Why is pre-wedding skin preparation important?
Preparing your skin before your wedding day is crucial for several reasons. First, it allows you to address any skin concerns that you may have, such as acne, wrinkles, or dark spots. Second, it helps to improve the overall texture and appearance of your skin, making it look radiant, smooth, and youthful. Finally, it ensures that your skin is healthy and well-hydrated, which is essential for maintaining your bridal makeup throughout the day.
Start with a Skincare Routine :
The first and most important step in preparing your skin for your wedding day is to establish a skincare routine. Your routine should include cleansing, toning, moisturizing, and exfoliating. If you have specific skin concerns, such as acne or dryness, you may need to add additional steps or products to your routine.
When selecting skincare products, it's important to choose products that are suited for your skin type. For example, if you have oily skin, you may want to choose a foaming cleanser, while if you have dry skin, you may want to choose a cream-based cleanser.
2. Get Plenty of Rest :
Getting plenty of rest is essential for achieving healthy, glowing skin. When you're tired, your skin can appear dull and unimpressive. Aim to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night to ensure that your skin looks its best.
In addition to getting enough sleep, it's also important to reduce stress. Stress can cause a range of skin concerns, including acne, eczema, and psoriasis. Find ways to manage stress, such as through yoga, meditation, or spending time outdoors.
3. Drink Plenty of Water :
Drinking enough water is key to maintaining healthy, glowing skin. Water helps to flush out toxins from your body, which can contribute to skin concerns like acne and dryness. Aim to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water each day to ensure that your skin is well-hydrated.
4. Use a Lukewarm Face Wash :
Using a lukewarm face wash is an essential step in your pre-wedding skincare routine. A face wash helps to remove dirt, oil, and impurities from your skin, leaving it clean and refreshed. However, using hot or cold water can be damaging to your skin, as it can strip away natural oils and cause dryness and irritation.
A lukewarm face wash, on the other hand, is gentle and effective, helping to cleanse your skin without causing any damage. It's also important to choose a face wash that is suitable for your skin type, as this will help to ensure that it is gentle and effective.
When using a face wash, it's important to massage it gently into your skin, using circular motions. Avoid rubbing too hard or using harsh scrubbing motions, as this can cause irritation and damage to your skin.
5. Use Lukewarm Glycolic Peeling Solution :
A lukewarm glycolic peeling solution is an excellent way to exfoliate your skin and promote cell turnover. Glycolic acid is a type of alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) that can help to reduce the appearance of fine lines, acne scars, and hyperpigmentation. It can also help to increase collagen production, which can help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
When using a glycolic peeling solution, it's important to start with a low concentration and gradually increase the strength over time. This will help to avoid any potential irritation or sensitivity. It's also important to follow the instructions carefully and avoid over-exfoliating, as this can lead to dryness, redness, and inflammation.
6. Moisturize Regularly :
Moisturizing your skin is the key to keeping it hydrated and healthy. It helps to prevent dryness, flakiness, and irritation, leaving your skin soft, smooth, and supple. Choose a moisturizer that is suited to your skin type and apply it regularly, especially after cleansing or exfoliating.
7. Use Lukewarm SPF50+ Sunscreen :
Sunscreen is an essential step in any skincare routine, but it’s especially important in the weeks leading up to your wedding day. Sun damage can cause premature aging, dark spots, and uneven skin tone, which can detract from your overall bridal beauty look. It’s important to choose a sunscreen that is suitable for your skin type and offers broad-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays.
To protect your skin, use lukewarm SPF50+ sunscreen, apply it generously to all exposed areas of your skin. Protecting your skin from the sun is essential for maintaining healthy, glowing skin. UV rays can cause a range of skin concerns, including wrinkles, fine lines, dark spots, and skin cancer. Reapply Lukewarm SPF50+ Sunscreen every two hours, especially if you are sweating or swimming.
8. Eat a Healthy Diet :
Eating a healthy, balanced diet is crucial for maintaining healthy skin. Your skin needs a range of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to stay healthy and glowing. Consume plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Avoid processed foods, sugary snacks, and high-fat foods, as these can contribute to skin concerns like acne and inflammation.
9. Exercise Regularly :
Regular exercise is an excellent way to boost circulation and promote healthy, glowing skin. When you exercise, your heart rate increases, and blood flow to your skin increases, delivering oxygen and nutrients to your skin cells. This can help to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and dullness, leaving your skin looking radiant and healthy.
10. Visit a Dermatologist :
If you have specific skin concerns, such as acne, rosacea, or hyperpigmentation, it may be helpful to visit a dermatologist. A dermatologist can assess your skin and recommend a personalized treatment plan to address your concerns. This may include prescription medications, professional treatments, or skincare products.
In conclusion, achieving glowing skin for your wedding day requires a bit of planning and effort. Start by establishing a skincare routine, getting plenty of rest, drinking plenty of water, and using lukewarm sunscreen and face wash. Moisturize regularly, protect your skin from sun damage, eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and consider visiting a dermatologist if you have specific skin concerns. By following these steps, you can achieve the perfect, radiant look for your big day and feel confident and beautiful as you walk down the aisle.

prep and protect skin
nighttime: double cleansing with oil and cleanser, exfoliation, treatments, moisturizer

Face Masks + Treatments ❤︎︎
Face Masks -
typically done at home 1-3x/week
clay, gel, mud, cream, liquid
my fav masks at home:
aha + bha liquid mask by the ordinary: a literal overhaul of my pores. it’s refining and helps reduce texture and hyperpigmentation. 1-2 x/week
korean modeling mask: i use this after doing everything in my routine. it’s super cooling and smooths my skin out. the low temp of the mask reduces flushing of my skin and helps the steps in my routine absorb better. 2-3 x/week
Treatments -
done either 1-3x/week and/or exclusively at night
consumer grade Retinols, AHAs, BHAs at high strength
little extra things i like to use to enhance my routine:
gua sha, ice pack, rose quartz roller, however often i choose
Facials ❤︎︎
done every 1-2 months by licensed estheticians
often includes exfoliation and extraction
Classic Facial: cleanse, extract, massage, moisturize
HydraFacials: extracts pores while infusing serums to boost skin’s vitamin and nutrient content
dry, dehydrated skin
Microdermabrasion: microabrasive tool removes outermost, textured, damaged layer of skin using suction to reveal a smooth and refined new layer of skin
sun damaged, aged, textured skin or skin with hyperpigmentation
Chemical Peel: application of medical grade AHA, BHA, Lactic Acid, Fruit Enzymes, or Retinol to peel away top layers of skin over the course of 1-2 weeks
pore refining, brightening, and anti-aging
after care is crucial. skin will be peeling and sensitivity to sun is increased. SPF MUST be used. it’s heavily advised that clients stay home for the first few days.
HydroJelly Facial: facial made of electrolytes, algae, organic white grain oat flour, rice flour, and white willow bark powder. leaving your skin hydrated, plump, and nourished. forms a vacuum-like seal that compresses facial contours.

More Facials ❤︎︎
Contouring Facial: sculpting, tightening, and lifting of facial muscles

Hair:
Hair Care ❤︎︎
Wash Routines:
curly textured: wash and condition every 2-3 weeks, deep condition every 1-2 weeks
straight: wash and condition every 2-3 days, deep condition every 2-3 weeks
Styling ︎❤︎︎
Hair should have a style everyday! At home hairstyling is limitless and really depends on your taste and lifestyle. The everyday woman does her own her once every 1-4 weeks using natural hair products, heat, or other tools.
Professional Stylists:
hair is styled every 1-3 months: uses heat to straighten or curl, extensions to lengthen and add volume, shears to maintain/attain a shape and length
trim ends: every 6-8 weeks
hair color: touched up roughly every 6-8 weeks (depending on how fast your hair is growing and how fast your color will fade)
Silk Press:
after a clarifying wash and deep conditioning, natural hair is straightened using flat iron and/or pressing comb, then usually curled in feathers or pin curls to preserve the style
lasts 3-4 weeks depending on maintenance
preserved by wrapping hair at night, keep hands out of hair, and using a wide toothed comb only
can be further styled with different kind of rollers, or with pin curls
Braids:
afrocentric hairstyles typically done to protect hair while maintaining beauty
lasts 3-8 weeks
styles include knotless braids, faux locs, stitch braids, french braids, etc
Extensions:
hair added to natural hair to enhance length or volume
can be done at home with patience and proper materials
sew-in extensions: (my personal fav) 1-2 months
your natural hair gets braided down flush to your scalp and the bundles are sewn on by the wefts in a flat pattern typically with a section of hair left out to cover the wefts $100-600
microlinks: up to 4 months
i-tip extension is added to hair using micropliers, clippers and loop tool. takes far longer than most extension methods but looks the absolute most natural $500-1000
tape-in extensions: up to a year, touch ups every 4-6 weeks
medical grade tape is used to attach extensions to small sections of hair $200-400
clip-in extensions: 3-6 months
extensions are clipped on by the wefts. the hair itself can last up to six months, but it’s not recommended to sleep, shower, or swim with the extensions in $50-100
Natural Styles:
all last roughly 1-2 weeks at most. allowing hair to completely DRY is crucial for these styles. your natural hair can be further changed in styles like buns, puffs, etc once dry
natural hair essentials: scalp oil, leave in conditioner, detangling brush, wide tooth comb, curling cream, styling gel, edge control and edge brush
wash n’ go
wash and detangle, then use leave in conditioner to keep hair moist. oil on the scalp and ends is recommended for growth and healthy ends
bantu knots
a traditionally african style where the hair is cleanly sectioned (usually parted in a cute pattern) and twisted into knots. style can be worn just like this or taken down for curls
braid/twist out
a specific pattern of curls is achieved after hair is twisted or braided with curl preserving products. end result depends on how big your twists or braids are
roller set
hair is sprayed with water and curl cream applied before roller of your choice is added. hair is left to dry usually overnight for springy well formed curls
Brows and Lashes:
Brow Shaping ❤︎︎
in salon or at home
Waxing - every 3 weeks
Threading- every 2-3 weeks
Razor Shaping - weekly
Brow Enhancement ❤︎︎
Tinting - monthly
can be done at home or by pro in the salon
Microblading - every 1-3 years + annual touch ups, exclusively professional work
cosmetic tattooing using a manual tool with nearly invisible hair-like needles to inject pigment in brows to create your desired brow look
Lash Enhancements ❤︎︎
*done exclusively by professionals
Lifts - every 6 weeks
basically a perm for your lashes to curl them semi-permanently for lashes to appear longer
Lash Extensions - new set every 6-8 weeks, fill ins every 2-3 weeks depending on quality and style
false individual strands of lashes glued to natural lashes to create semi-permanent length and/or volume
lash baths: wet lashes and apply a small amount of gentle cleanser or a “lash bath” to lashes. cleanse lashes and eyelids for about 10 seconds. hold a towel under your eye and use a nozzle bottle to flush soap and bacteria from lashes then dry with a disposable lint free towel. finish by brushing your lashes with a spoolie. daily.
Lash Styles:
Classic: one lash on each fan, thin lashes
Volume: fluffier lashes with more lashes on each fan
Hybrid: uses classic and volume lashes to make an alternated look
Russian: volume lashes made with very thin individuals, 5-6 extensions per natural lash, fanned out look
DIY Lash Extensions - lasts about a week (sometimes longer)
lash fragments or individual wisps are glued either under the lashes or on the lash line. KISS Falscara is a product that makes this concept simple and easy
Nails:
all these services can be done at home with the proper materials and KNOWLEDGE
Classic Manicure ❤︎︎
every 1-2 weeks
nail service that consists of soaking hands in warm soapy water then drying them. nails are trimmed, filed, and buffed. cuticles are pushed back before applying nail polish (base coat, color, top coat), then finally cuticle oil is applied.
nails can be enhanced with rhinestones, glitter, or charms and attached with uv gel or nail glue
my fav styles are pink, cream, white, black and any french tip using those colors
Pedicure ❤︎︎
every 2-4 weeks
sister to the classic manicure, but can be upgraded depending on materials. steps are similar to manicure, except feet are scrubbed and exfoliated before feet are washed and dried to apply nail color
regular polish, acrylic, or gel can be used on toenails
Gel or Shellac Mani ❤︎︎
every 2-3 weeks
same process as the classic manicure, but traditional nail polish is replaced with uv base coat, gel or CND Shellac polish, then uv top coat that’s cured in a UV or LED lamp
longer lasting and more strong/3d than classic mani and is typically removed by soaking in acetone
Apres Gel-X Nails ❤︎︎
every 2-3 weeks
my personal fav at home nails using the artme yoko matsuda nails. after doing a classic mani sans polish, you apply a dehydrator and primer to prep nail for gel. then you apply builder gel to your natural nail and cure. then you apply that same builder to the nail extension after etching it using an electric drill or acetone. marry the gel to your nail and cure. then just shape to your liking and top with uv top coat. tutorial here
Acrylic Nails ❤︎︎
every 2-3 weeks, nails are fully grown out after 6 weeks
manicure done with liquid monomer and acrylic powder to build and extend natural nail, then polished with color or just a top coat if desired
Russian Mani ❤︎︎
every 4-5 weeks
essentially a gel manicure, but more invasive. the eponychium is snipped away so polish can be applied more closely and flush to the cuticle. this aids in visuals and longevity
service is seen as risky because the skin is more susceptible to fungal or bacterial infection. this is actually how i do my nails at home.
Body:
Bathing ❤︎︎
2x daily
self explanatory, we all know how to bathe. i have other posts that talk about my shower and bath routines.
use a gentle cleanser then a scented body wash to complement perfume and smell fresh all day.
if needed, you can use body soaps with actives like aha, bha or retinol to exfoliate or treat skin at night
exfoliation - 2-3x/week. using scrubs, loofahs, bath brushes, etc.
Hair Removal ❤︎︎
shaving - 2-3x/week
waxing - every 3-5 weeks
sugaring - monthly
ipl device - a device that uses light therapy to slowly destroy hair follicles and unwanted pigment in skin. i use mine after every 5-6 shaves but i could really use it more often.
Vajacial ❤︎︎
1-2x/month
a “facial” for your lady area
the esthetician will first wax, then cleanse and apply an enzyme exfoliant. then they extract any blackheads or ingrown hairs from the area before applying a soothing mask usually in the jelly form.
Moisture and Hydration ❤︎︎
body cream or lotion - daily right after bathing to hydrate skin
body oil - daily to seal in moisture and protect skin from debris and dryness
masks - weekly to address particular skin concerns
ex. when i was having eczema flare ups on my back, i used a dead sea mud mask every 1-2 weeks to help treat it
done at home or at spa
glycolic, clay, mud, salicylic, etc.
Enhancement Procedures:
the goal is to look younger and balance facial features. all these services are exclusively done by professionals usually in a medspa and are widely considered luxury.
Botox ❤︎︎
every 6-8 months; between brows, smile lines, outer corners of eyes, etc
discourages muscle movement to reduce wrinkles
Lifts ❤︎︎
lasts about 10 years; face, neck, brow, eyelids
skin is lifted to desired look, then excess skin is removed
Fillers ︎❤︎︎
every 6-12 months; under-eye, lips, jawline, wrinkle sites, cheekbones
injects acids (usually naturally occurring) like Hyaluronic Acid and Calcium Hydroxylapatite to add volume to your face
Body Contouring ❤︎︎
every 2-4 months until desired results are achieved
non invasive liposuction to achieve desired physique
CoolSculpting - cryolipolysis freezes fat cells for the body to the metabolize and and remove them
SculpSure - essentially the same as CoolSculpting, but uses heat and laser technology to destroy fat cells
Laser Hair Removal ❤︎︎
every 5-6 weeks; bikini, underarms, legs, arms
touch ups done every 1-2 years
hair growth is inhibited by exposing follicles to light at frequencies that kill them
Building the Regimen 🗒️💕:
when making appointments with your “glam squad” you can stagger your services by week depending on what’s being done. for example you can get your mani and pedi done one week. then your facials, brows and lashes another week.
Things to Keep in Mind 💭💞:
these frequencies won’t be the same for everyone depending on personal wants, budgets, etc. but will most likely land somewhere in the ranges i gave. if you need touch ups or redos any sooner than i mapped out, then the service most likely was of poor quality.
anything done at home may or may not be up to the level of detail and longevity as salon or spa work. if you see yourself doing the majority of your beauty maintenance at home, this can save money but may end up taking more time than professional services. so it’s a give and take.

Beauty Diary
Chapter 2: Building A Maintenance Routine
Let’s girl talk about how to build a maintenance routine, how to schedule, when to book appointments + understanding medical esthetic procedures.
How to Build a Routine:
Understand yourself and your beauty needs/desires. Do you want to start getting manicures? Are there any skin concerns you want to address + treat? Any enhancements you want? Are you ready to start keeping up with your hair? Once these questions are answered you can start building a routine!
Know what services can be done at a salon or at home.
Research for the best salons and spas near you
Take note of what you learn about yourself from your appointments so you know how to keep up at home. Ex.) Your skin type, curl pattern, hair porosity, ingredients that work best for you + your skin undertone.
List out what services you want done, how often you want them done and what you’re looking to achieve after each service.
Set beauty goals and plan to save for special beauty services.
Facials:
Basic facials should be done every 4-6 weeks.
When it comes to medical spa procedures they should be done at least once a month!
Here’s a short list of my favorite medical spa treatments to gain an understanding of what they are and how they benefit you.
Hydrafacial: a non invasive procedure that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection by removing dead skin cells and impurities while simultaneously delivering moisturizing serums into the skin. (Skin type: ALL) should be done every 4-6 weeks.
Chemical Peel: a solution applied to the face to remove dead skin cells and stimulate the growth of new cells. (Skin type: ALL. Darker skin complexions can experience post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) should be done once a month.
Microdermabrasion: a minimally abrasive instrument is used to gently sand your skin in order to remove the thicker, uneven outer portion of skin. Best for light scarring, discoloration, sun damage and stretch marks. (Skin type: Skin prone to acne scars, age spots, unevenness, discoloration and sun damage.) should be done very 4-8 weeks.
PRP aka Vampire Facial: a procedure that involves drawing the clients blood, spinning it and injecting it through microneedling to increase collagen, reduce fine lines/wrinkles, improve moisture retention and enhance skin tone + texture. (Skin type: typically ACNE PRONE SKIN) should be done every few weeks and maintenance sessions are done 2-4 times a year.
Hair Removal
There are many types of hair removal procedures to invest your time and money into. Waxing, sugaring, threading, laser hair removal and electrolysis. It’s best to go in for a hair removal service when your hair is the size of a grain of rice.
Waxing: every 2-5 weeks. face, underarms and bikini can be done every 2-3 weeks. hair length should be 1/4 of an inch.
Sugaring: every 2 weeks. hair length should be at least 1/8 of an inch.
Threading: every 2-3 weeks.
Laser Hair Removal: every 4-6 weeks done in about 4-6 treatment sessions. maintenance treatments can be done once every 6-12 months.
Electrolysis: every 2-4 weeks done in about 8-12 treatments. can take any where from 8 months, 12 months and 2 years to complete the treatment.
Cosmetic Injections
Cosmetic injections tend to be a yearly treatment routine. I recommend investing in packages in order to get more treatment sessions for a certain amount of money. They can also include a free treatment. Packages can be used for medical esthetic procedures such as laser hair removal packages, body contouring packages and tattoo removal packages as well.
Participating in Botox parties are also a good way to get a discount and purchase Botox packages. I used to assist hosting botox parties which included champagne, mimosas, cute desserts and discounts for clients if they brought a friend!
Botox: once every 4 months.

Reveal Your Bollywood Glow: Unveiling Celebrity-Inspired Skincare Secrets.
This blog is going to be all about Indian & bollywood inspired products and skincare tips. If you also want a blog separately about Indian natural and authentic skincare or hair care I'll surely make it. 🫶
Know Your Skin Type : Identify your skin type - whether it's oily, dry, combination, or sensitive - to tailor your skincare routine effectively.
Cleanse Like a Star : Use a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil or Neutrogena to remove dirt and makeup and a oil cleaner is a must if you wear makeup daily. Opt for micellar water for a quick and effective cleanse on busy days. (But I don't really recommend it).
Exfoliate for Radiance : Incorporate a mild exfoliator like St. Ives Apricot Scrub or The Body Shop's Vitamin C Glow-Revealing Liquid Peel to slough off dead skin cells and reveal glowing skin. And my personal favorite coffee scrub from The Bombay shaving company. Don't exfoliate more than twice a week.
Hydration Is Key : Use a hydrating toner such as Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray for an instant boost of hydration or toner + mist from pilgrim works like magic (my fav 😭).
Targeted Treatments : Include a serum with ingredients like hyaluronic acid (for hydration) or vitamin C (for hyperpigmentation) if you are under 17 or 18 like me don't use vitamin c or if you want to use in very less %, I use 2% kojic acid for my uneven skin tone from pilgrim, it's very begniner friendly. (Always consult a dermatologist for your skincare don't go around seeing videos on insta and YouTube believing them). I recommend Minimalist if you want chemical bases serums.
If you are above 23 or 25 Incorporate a retinol-based cream like RoC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Night Cream for anti-aging benefits. (Got this tip from mumma for y'all 😭✨️)
Sun Protection Essentials : Always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, such as La Roche-Posay Anthelios Ultra Light Fluid, to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. More affordable and effective sunscreens from brands — dot and key, aqualogica, Dr. Seth and wish care.
Overnight Nourishment: Use a hydrating overnight mask like Laneige Water Sleeping Mask to replenish moisture while you sleep. Incorporate a facial oil like The Ordinary's Rose Hip Seed Oil for added nourishment and radiance.
DIY Treatments Inspired by Bollywood:
- Try a turmeric, gram flour and yogurt face mask inspired by Priyanka Chopra for glowing skin.
- Use aloe vera gel like Deepika Padukone for its soothing and hydrating properties. (MY fav bolly actress btw 😭❤️)
Lifestyle Tips for Healthy Skin : Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day people are not stupid that they are going around telling you to drink water, IT'S A MUST!. Incorporate antioxidant-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, and green tea into your diet for overall skin health.
Some of my fav brands (mostly available in india) : dot and key, Foxtale, pilgrim, minimalist, st. Botanica, organic harvest and aqualogica!
Fav brand released by a bollywood actress: Hyphen by Kriti Sanon, their lip balm can even beat Rhode's lip balm istg- and their sunscreen 🔛🔝.
Channel your inner Bollywood diva and achieve a radiant, flawless skin with these skincare tips and product recommendations. Let your skin glow like a star!

hey! can i request #14 with kyouka jirou with either angst or fluff? i’m okay with anything lol. thanks in advance!
I'm so excited to write for her!! This is wlw for anyone in advance. enjoy!!<3🎗️
...........................................
Love through it all.
...........................................
Things used to be so simple.
A nice summer day where you and your friends would run around playing tag or with water balloons, eat popsicles and hang out by that one local hot spot for any and everyone to come by, when you all would sit around and talk about things that didn't matter and had no real impact on the world, when you'd mope and get all moody about your crush not liking you and many more things.
Those were the days, how you wish things could be so simple once more.
The government had set out a virus, it was supposed to be a temporary thing, like covid. Get people sick and create a vaccine. It was that easy, however, when people got sick it wasn't a normal sickness it was rather... Different this go around.
People started acting sluggish, the way they walked and couldn't form coherent words only moans and groans of what sounded like agony. These people began roaming the streets in limping mannerisms, slowly getting around, but what was more freakish about all of this, was the way these people had started to look, their skin looked like it was slowly peeling and or melting off in some way, skin becoming a diffrrent color, like some kind of hyperpigmentation.
The smell of the air, the way the sky slowly changed colors no more beautiful sunny blue skies, the sky was a rather burnt orange all the time now, the world has become rather.. abandoned. Yet still lived in.
These people were no longer people, just lost bodies wandering the former everyday streets, the way these helpless beings dragged their feet or bodies across the ground, growls and groans escaping their mouths, or what's left of them.
It was horrifying. To think our own kind would be the end of the human race, and eventually everyone saw this coming, yet no one seemed to ever really do anything to prepare.
It was a terrifying time to be alive.
You were looking outside to the rather bloodied streets littered with dried blood, guts, and brains. It was nerve racking, unsettling, gut wrenching, and terrifying.
You all strived to stay alive but was it all worth it?
"hey, you alright?"
A raven haired beauty asked you, you looked in her direction your vision now settling into her, the slight grin she bestowed upon you was beautiful, her soft smile making you relax instantly.
You scoff waving your hand to show her you were brushing everything off,
"oh- pfft! Yeah, yeah.. I'm.. I'm okay."
You said to her in an unconvincing tone, rather like you were trying to convince yourself more than her.
She sighed and walked to you, sitting on your bedside and offering you a bottled water, you took it happily and sighed heavily.
She grabbed you by the head and laid it on her chest as she soothingly rubbed the top of your head, you closed your eyes and became less tense, she looked down at you with loving eyes, the way you made her feel even through these rough and terrifying times is uncanny.
You made he feel safe despite everyone's lives being on the line constantly, every second of every day was a battle for you all to stay alive, killing the undead with heavy weapons, from hand guns to machine guns, swords bows and arrows ECT, you were all just trying to stay alive.
Despite these horrible times, she craved to be with you, all she wants is you. To hold and love you, to nurture and care for you in such loving ways, if you weren't here... She can't even begin to think about a life without you, it'd be so terrifying, so absurdly horrifying she'd rather be eaten by zombies.
"everything will be okay, Y/n. I promise babe, you and I, we'll get through this, as soon as we all gather all of the rations and aid we need we're getting straight back onto the road, and head to the camping grounds. We will make it, I promise."
She held you comfortingly, with a tight hold onto your body, making sure you understand she means it, you won't get hurt with her or any of your friends around, none of you were let that happen to your peers, you all have got to survive, and all you she'd is each other before you reach the station that's being held under heavy protection, sure you guys have these weapons, but the station is where everyone thats still managing to breathe is trying to go.
You both jump at the knock on the door to a room thats unfamiliar to you all, some random girls room, about the age of 5-10 unicorns rainbows and strays of pink littered this room, you could only imagine what happened to her.
"hey, tenya asked me to assure everyone was alright, are you ladies alright?"
The green haired freckled boy asked, scars covered his arms as he leans on the door frame assuring you both are okay.
Jirou gives a slight smile and nods, as you do the same, nodding with a small smile that didn't meet your eyes, that worried him.
He frowned at the sight, humming before crossing his arms and staring deep into your eyes, it was kind of unsettling to see this soft guy look at you with such serious and determined eyes.
"are you sure, y/n? You seem kind of down, anything I can do?"
He offers, keeping eye contact with you before you break it to look up at jirou who peered down at you with very concerned eyes, she searched your face for an answer, or even an ounce of discomfort or the sense of you being scared and found nothing, you were pretty much expressionless, to be frank yeah you were kind fo sad, scared, and tired, who wasnt. Yet, that isn't what's bothering you.
You couldn't put your finger on what was bothering you but something was.
You laid your head back down on her chest and just shrugged to midoriya, not giving him much of an actual answer.
He sighed and looked down to the ground before getting off of the door frame, looking around the room before nodding slightly and giving a smile before heading off to check on the others.
You feel a kiss go to the top of your head, you close your eyes as the kiss was held for a while, not too long to where it was uncomfortable or awkward but just long enough for you to feel it, and feel loved from the small act of affection.
"y'know, if I were a zombie, I'd never eat your brains."
She whispers down to you, lying her head onto yours, you can hear the smile on her face as you chuckle lightly just trying to be one in this given moment, moments you longed for.
A breath came from the raven haired goddess above you as she closed her eyes, holding you close, it was moments like these the two of you rarely had, constantly fighting to stay alive you never had the moments to stay alive with each other, to hold one another, kiss, and just simply be.
You were always doing something that drained every ounce of energy out of the both of you, together that be cooking, cleaning, organizing everyone supplied, assuring everyone hadn't gotten bitten and was well aided, or just trying to catch up on a little bit of rest. Something was taking all of your time away from each other, you long for her to hold you like this, so much you felt tears prickling at the corner of your eyes.
A small sniffle left you before kyokas eyes shot open, lifting your chin up so you could look at her.
"what's wrong, babe?.."
She questioned you softly, her voice not coming at you with much of a threatening tone, just rather soft, whispery, like she hadn't talked in a long time.
You looked up at her, not saying anything as you captured her soft lips into an enchanting, passionate kiss you both needed, she put a hand to your cheek, holding it fondly as warmth began to look at that spot, bringing a nice warm feeling to your face, you sigh heavily into the kiss before sitting up straight on your knees to deepen the kiss, she straighten as well as her hands then moved to your back, pulling you into her more.
The miss had escalated rather quickly, you were instantly on her lap, just softly kissing her passionately, nothing major like tongue or spit swapping, just open mouthed kisses, as you two breathed heavily into the intoxicating kiss, your head began to spin from the soft kisses, it was dizzying, putting you into a quick fluffy haze, she grabbed at you waist, holding your hips fondly while kissing you.
A cough was heard near the door as you jumped, you both looked over your back to see who interrupted your kiss.
"uh... he- hey! I uhm,, just uh just wanted to let you guys know tenya was starting to cook if you guys wanted to come down for like an uhm... card game..."
The green haired boy was back bearing news, less important but still news, his sentence trailed off at the end, he was flushed red at the sight of you two kissing, only god knows how long hed been standing there, watching the two of you kiss in such a heated yet slow manner.
You clear your throat before standing and making sure you look decent and not like you'd been making out with your 'friend'.
"yes, we'll be down. thank you."
You told him, dismissing him in some manner as he nodded before walking away covering his red freckled face, kyouka laughed, before standing next to you and looking at you, just to assure once more that you were alright.
You smiled at her before grabbing her hand and walking out of the room with her, a smile on both of your faces.
If you two were going to fight, it would be together. If you were going to live, it will be together, if you were going to die, it will be together. The love you two have had no bounds.
Life nor death will part you.
She is your one and only and you are hers.
