Started a new save to get pics of my new sim, all the townies lost the face. This is your warning to watch what you download.

I ended up getting a Better Exception report for a broken trait mod, which was merged into a file just called "cc files"

This was the most disturbing glitch I've had in a while. Shane turned into this slenderman monstrosity after aging up from child to teen. (he's fixed now so it's fine) 😂

Okay, I'm asking this out of curiosity because while I can follow directions to fix bugs, I'm not a computer whiz by any means. So ...my graphics card is still recognized after the weird missing portions of code I found in my graphics sgr doc the other day, but my game has been bugging out!

I was playing in a save yesterday when out of nowhere there were constant error trap notifications popping up. I was getting them for Sims and SP which I have never seen before. And yes all of my nraas mods are up to date. So I finally figured that maybe I'd locked an inactive family out of their house by accident and switched houses to correct that. That cut down on the errors, but I noticed that while I was in live mode, not in map view I could randomly see the map tags for workplaces and the weather stone.

At that point I thought maybe a reload was needed so I renamed the backup I'd made and loaded back in. While I was at it, I cleaned caches like I do regularly and deleted the world cache just to be thorough. When I got to the menu, interestingly the correct save name was present, but the family portrait was intact despite having cleaned the world cache. I cautiously opened the save anyway and it was the day before I had last saved to ensure a backup file was generated. Everything else was fine, but I'm still bothered that clearing the world cache didn't remove the family portrait for my first load back in.

My suspicion is that something was indeed corrupted and for some reason the game just reverted to the previous save, but kept the name intact.

This is so bizarre...I did also have to update the EA app again last night so did some notification process for the app conflict with my gameplay? Is that even possible? Has anyone had a similar experience and was it resolved? I back up my saves after every rotation so they're safe, but I really don't want something to completely break my game, or worse, my computer...

why is the mother passed out trying to take care of 3 infants and not sleeping in her bed? are you really asking me that?

Sims 3 Glitch

Okay, this is going to be a whole rant. Like 9 out of 10 of my sim kids grow up into teens with super exaggerated body shapes. Is this just me??

No matter which body preset they'll have the sliders pulled all over the place. The waist/chest/hips all narrow, belly pulled out, really skinny legs

Tiny calves, sometimes big muscle thighs, and baby-sized (or giant) feet??

And why do the girls have pregnancy bellies immediately upon age-up???

Yes, I have a million screenshots because this makes me wanna throw things, haha. But like, is this a glitch?? I have never seen anyone else talk about this 😢 Pls halp

A series of events, involving a campfire, spellcaster, werewolf, and a vampire.

Ophelia was just lighting the campfire when she herself, had gotten burned, then it escalated. Gracelyn, who had come to save Ophelia from Grim, had then ran into the fire herself! (She has found out she is NOT fireproof.)

To save both Gracelyn and Ophelia, Kaila comes to the rescue! Saving Ophelia from Grim's clutches. She then cannot reach the fire department, so she extinguishes the fire by herself, getting caught in it a few times. (She MAY be fireproof.)

Here's where things went wrong:

The fire spread throughout the whole top floor of Ophelia's apartment. Better Exceptions made it so Ophelia did not live. Gracelyn could not have the privilege of dying or being save. Grim decided to dance on her body instead. Her body had then disappeared, but she lived. I then kept getting Exceptions, but could not exit the game without restarting my progress.

Kaila finished off the fire, but it was still burning, but invisible apparently.

I got frustrated and just quit this game. SO both Ophelia and Gracelyn live, and nobody knows of the catastrophic fire that happened. (there was also an earthquake, which is unrelated since it had no real plot)

I haven't had any luck on Reddit or Twitter so asking Tumblr... Anyone know what could be causing this glitch?

I already tried removing ALL CC / mods then clearing the cache and repairing the game and it's still happening. It only affects some of my Sims, like mainly ones in this bloodline (but not all, like the Sim in the middle has a daughter who looks normal but his sisters and son are messed up.)

Is it an actual glitch? I don't see how it could be mod-related since I removed it all. Anyone else experiencing this? So far I've only seen 2 other people say it happened to them on Reddit.

Hey, who else's Sims Reaper thing is already glitching out? Because I finished the first two quests, but it still says that i haven't finished the second one.

I have the Newsletter, but it still says i need to wait for the Newsletter.

This was all yesterday.

I dicided to leave the Sims for the rest of the day to see if it would sort itself out, but it didn't. And now I can't open the panel with objectives, however I can open the panel with the rewards, but it still says I haven't completed the second quest.

I even tried going onto another game save, and it just comes up with the same problem.

Or this could be completely normal, I don't know, it's my first year of playing the Sims4.

TLDR; I can't get the Reapers Rewards panels to work properly.
