I personally think that's because he never really grew up. It was all a facade a defence against all the assholes out to get him. It's mentioned in Who is this boy Patroclus says "all his defences gone and so like a child again" also in every either 1st or 2rd interlude(I can't remember now) Achilles says how they're scared I to growing up

Therefore I think that he's like that in the underworld cause he has nothing to be scared of anymore and can be his true self

Same thing about Patroclus (for those who haven't read the libretto at the end we can see Chrion, young Achilles and you Patroclus together in the underworld)

Idk if it’s just me but every time I see a Chappell Roan edit to a gay ship it irks me.

It’s not that the edit isn’t good (Cherik my beloved) but it feels icky, to me, that a song written by a lesbian about Lesbian love is being used for gay men. The edits are great but like with “Good Luck, Babe!” So many edits were Maxley (Goofy Movie 2) edits. Where’s the Catradora (She-Ra) edits? Vi and Caitlyn(Arcane), maybe? And with “Casual”, I’ve seen so many. SO MANY. Cherik (X-men) edits. (Don’t even get me started on the fucking presidential casual edits istg) Just today I saw a TikTok that was “things that were casual before my bf and I started dating” and it was a straight couple? Idk if I’m reading too far into it or getting offended over nothing but it just feels a little icky.
