What ifs Sigyn's stories
Part 28
So many different universes, so many different possibilities. And in some loves Sigyn and their different stories. Pictures and brief information have been written about some of these possibilities. But what is her full story, we don't know. But we can spin them further in our thoughts ^^
The whole project here serves to show the possibilities and potential that Sigyn would have had within the Marvel Universe. How she could have been reintroduced, her story made new and more exciting. #JusticeForSigyn stands for creating Sigyn content because Marvel doesn't give us any.

Trickster's Toy story by @roruna
Sigyn Iwaldidottir has had a crush on Loki since she was a child. Even after Odin cast him out and Loki attempted to take Midgard or Asgard, she still remembers him as the boy who rescued her from her burning house. Even knowing that he's an unrepentant villain can't stop her loving him. She'll happily fight Thor and the Avengers so his dream of conquest will come true. And she'll protect him from anything that could threaten him, no matter the cost.
lies of passion
The young Sigyn lives alone with her husband Loki in a remote mountain hut. He is a special kind of person, as Sigyn has known since their first meeting. But that didn't stop her from marrying him. But when Sigyn discovers the mutilated corpse of a fox in the forest, she knows that the couple are not alone in the wilderness. Who – or what – emits those strange screams in the night? Whose clawed footprints can be seen in the snow around the cabin? When three strangers appear on the mountaintop and search the forest for a mysterious creature, Sigyn knows that the newcomers could anger Loki. And when Loki is angry, truly terrible things happen...
Mobius's daughter
One day a new girl came to kindergarten. Everyone thought she was strange because she only spoke in rhymes. “Why are you talking so strangely?” little Laura asked the girl. The girl replied: “I'm not talking strangely, that would be outrageous. Almost astronomical and kind of stupid.” Then she moved on. Laura stood there with her mouth open: "Astro... what?" she asked - but the girl was already out of earshot.
The more the girl spoke, the more children began to speak in rhymes. “Hello, kindergarten teacher, I have something in mind. I would like some more tea. Would that be okay?”
The kindergarten teachers were surprised at the children who now only spoke in rhymes, but they also found it funny. And so they joined in themselves: “Hello dear children, we are now playing a game. The inventor's things. Winning is the goal.”
It didn't take long before everyone in kindergarten was only speaking in rhymes. When the parents picked up their children, they were very surprised that everything their children said rhymed: “We were almost exclusively outside, I could hardly catch my breath. It was so much fun. Didn't even think about the time. Now you're here to pick me up, can I still play short and sweet?"
The parents found this strange. Laura’s mom asked Laura why she was talking so strangely. Laura replied: “I'm not talking strangely, that would be outrageous. Almost astronomical and kind of stupid." Lura's mom stood there with her mouth open: "Astro... what?" she asked - but Laura was already out of earshot.
The parents looked at each other in surprise. But then they began to rhyme themselves without realizing it: “I see my child playing there. One among many. But it speaks in rhymes. Will it stay that way?" Another mother turned around: "I can probably say no, at least I don't believe it. But you also spoke in rhymes right now - almost like a poem." Then everyone had to laugh.
Now a father also intervened: “What should I say to my wife when she hears the child talking? I don't want to complain, but I'm slightly confused." "Say it's normal - everyone rhymes now. If it weren't like that, it would be fatal, because then the child would be strange."
And so the parents started rhyming too. Then the parents' friends and it didn't take long before the whole country rhymed and anyone who didn't rhyme was strange.
Then one day she came to kindergarten. And suddenly it spoke without rhyming. Laura came and said: “You talk so strangely. That's incredible. Almost astronomical and kind of stupid.”
Then the strange girl smiled and said: “I am Sigyn. “Do you want to be my friend, even if everything I say doesn’t rhyme?” Laura thought for a moment. Then she took Sigyn by the hand and said: “Sure! Let's play. I’ll show you our really great play area.”
And so the children gradually stopped rhyming again. Then the kindergarten teachers stopped rhyming. Then the parents, the parents' friends and soon the entire country.
And what do we learn from history? So strange becomes normal and normal becomes strange. But no matter what you are like, it's good the way it is.
The Legend of the Blood Sword by @jonquilclegane
For centuries, Asgard and Vanaheim had waged war, their animosity etched into the stars. Battles raged across the realms, their forces locked in endless strife. On a day when stormclouds rumbled like drums of war, the battlefield drank deeply of sorrow. Among the slain lay Freyja, the goddess of love and war, and her brother, Freyr, god of harvest and peace. Their deaths left Vanaheim fractured, its golden halls draped in mourning.
In the shadows of this tragedy, a young goddess, Sigyn, knelt by the cooling bodies of her mother and uncle. Grief twisted her heart, but grief soon gave way to a burning desire for vengeance. She swore an oath that Asgard would pay a heavy price for their cruelty.
Sigyn’s father, Iwaldi, was a dwarf of unparalleled skill, his hands capable of forging marvels to rival the treasures of the gods. But the weapons of war had claimed his beloved Freyja, and now his forge lay cold, his hammer silent. Yet when Sigyn came to him, her voice firm with resolve, he could not refuse his daughter’s plea. Together, they conceived a weapon unlike any other: a sword not only of deadly beauty but also of ruinous power—cursed to sow chaos among those who wielded it.
Iwaldi forged the blade in secret. Its steel gleamed like moonlight, its hilt set with gems that seemed to capture the essence of stars. Sigyn whispered spells of vengeance into its forging, binding it with a curse so subtle and insidious that none would sense its power until it was too late. When the sword was complete, it was given a name: Veigr, the Doom Bringer.
Disguised as a wandering smith, Sigyn journeyed to the borders of Asgard, carrying the blade swathed in silk. Word of the sword’s beauty spread like wildfire, and soon it was presented to Odin himself as a gift from an unknown benefactor. Veigr dazzled the Allfather, who marveled at its craftsmanship. Without hesitation, Odin claimed it as his own, and Sigyn’s trap was set.
The curse worked slowly, unraveling the threads of Asgard’s harmony. Quarrels erupted among the gods, their once-united council descending into discord. Harvests failed, the Bifröst flickered unpredictably, and an ominous shadow loomed over Yggdrasil, the World Tree. Sigyn watched from afar, her heart cold with satisfaction.
But vengeance is a tempest, its winds unpredictable. One fateful day, as Sigyn roamed the forests near Vanaheim’s border, she encountered a figure unlike any she had seen. He was young, his hair dark as midnight and his smile sharp as a blade. He introduced himself as Loki, son of Odin, and his clever eyes seemed to pierce through her defenses. Their meeting was brief, but it set her heart racing, and for the first time since her mother’s death, she felt a flicker of something other than rage.
Despite herself, Sigyn found excuses to linger near the borders of Asgard, hoping to catch a glimpse of Loki. Fate did not disappoint. Their encounters grew more frequent, their conversations longer. Loki’s wit was a match for her own, and she found herself drawn to the mischief in his eyes, the warmth in his laughter. He spoke of his struggles in Asgard—of feeling like an outsider, of his desire to carve his own path. To her dismay, Sigyn’s hatred began to waver, replaced by something far more dangerous.
As her feelings deepened, so did her guilt. She had set a trap for Loki’s family, a trap that was already tightening its noose. Yet she could not bring herself to confess, for fear of losing the fragile bond they had built.
Meanwhile, the curse of Veigr reached its crescendo. Odin, sensing the blade’s true nature at last, ordered it cast into the void. But the damage was done. Asgard’s strength was diminished, its people fractured. Whispers of war reached Sigyn’s ears once more, and she knew her plan had succeeded beyond her wildest dreams.
But what was victory, when it tasted of ash?
Loki’s affection for Sigyn did not go unnoticed by Odin. Suspicious of the young goddess, he summoned her to Asgard under the guise of peace.
Before the throne of the Allfather, Sigyn stood, her heart pounding as she met Loki’s questioning gaze. Odin demanded the truth of her identity, and under the weight of his piercing gaze, Sigyn’s secrets unraveled. She confessed to forging the sword, to cursing it, and to her desire for vengeance.
The hall erupted in outrage, but Loki’s voice cut through the clamor. “Sigyn,” he said, stepping forward, his expression unreadable. “Was anything between us real?”
Tears streamed down her face as she answered. “Yes. All of it.”
Moved by her sincerity, Loki pleaded for her life, offering himself as her guarantor. Odin, though enraged, saw the potential for redemption and issued a decree: Sigyn would atone for her actions by forging a new blade, one that would mend what Veigr had broken. With Loki by her side, she returned to Iwaldi’s forge, where they began the arduous task of creating a weapon imbued not with vengeance, but with hope.
As the forge’s fires roared, Sigyn and Loki grew closer, their love tested by the weight of their pasts and the uncertainty of their future. Together, they forged a blade worthy of the gods, its light banishing the shadows that Veigr had cast. When it was presented to Odin, he named it Bjartskír, the Bright Flame.
Though Sigyn’s actions were not forgotten, her efforts to heal the wounds she had caused earned her a place among the Aesir. She and Loki were wed beneath the branches of Yggdrasil, their union a symbol of the fragile but enduring peace between Asgard and Vanaheim.
In the end, Sigyn learned that vengeance could never truly mend a broken heart, but love, though fraught with risk, had the power to shape a new destiny.
A scandalous mix-up
"You want me to marry, Amora?" Sigyn is stunned to hear what Amora demands of her. Her cousin was actually engaged, but she ran off with someone else. And because Jotunheim people are waiting for the next queen and the treatment of her seriously ill father a lot Costs money, Sigyn gives to the ruler of Jotunheim hesitantly said yes. This ice prince, whose fiery looks reveal his distrust - but also a frightening desire for her, his false, innocent bride!
The Story of the Traveler
Since her parents' murder, Sigyn has grown up with her foster mother Karnilla and learned from her the art of taking away the sins of the dead. But when Karnilla is also murdered, Sigyn is left with nothing - except for a cloth with an embroidered coat of arms that the murderer lost and the burning desire for revenge. Fully on her own, Sigyn embarks on the dangerous journey and unexpectedly meets the warrior Loki. He claims to know the bearer of the coat of arms and offers her his help. But can Sigyn trust the young man.
The temptress (AU Story)
"Do you think there are things between heaven and earth that we cannot explain?"
When Sigyn Johansen receives a ring as a gift from her cousin, she has no idea that it is made of magical silver. But then she unexpectedly ends up in the hands of the aloof Loki Odinson.
She is shocked to discover that she has traveled through time and is in the 11th century Icelandic Middle Ages.
Sigyn feverishly thinks about how she can get back to her old life in the 21st century, but her heart has chosen a man from another century.
Love me like you hate me
Gray, boring and uneventful probably describes Sigyn's life best. But when Loki Odinson kidnaps her, the confusion is complete. If Loki is to be believed, Sigyn is the lost princess of Vanaheim. Suddenly she finds herself confronted with demons, elves, gods and other mystical beings worlds opposite.
Sigyn suddenly becomes the target of the demons a centuries-old battle for the throne of Vanaheim. Who can she even trust in this new world? And then there's Theoric, a mysterious warrior who hates her for some reason. If that weren't enough, there's also the forbidden crackling between him, Loki and her.
Death by green magic by @jonquilclegane
In the golden halls of Asgard, where the light of the Nine Realms converged in shimmering splendor, Loki, son of King Odin, basked in the joy of love. The trickster prince, known for his wit and cunning, had found a rare peace in the arms of Sigyn, the radiant princess of Vanaheim. Daughter of the ethereal Queen Freyja, Sigyn embodied all that was gentle and pure. Her laughter rang like silver bells, a sound that had pierced even Loki’s guarded heart.
Their love blossomed quickly, a wildfire consuming the boundaries of their realms. Soon, the grand announcement was made: the union of Asgard and Vanaheim would be sealed in their marriage. The promise of eternal happiness loomed on the horizon, yet even the brightest of days could not chase away all shadows.
Loki’s obsession with magic—especially the forbidden, darker arts—began to cloud their shared joy. Though he was a master of illusions and spells, he craved mastery over the arcane mysteries whispered of in ancient texts. To him, this dark magic promised unparalleled power, a way to step out of the shadow of his brother Thor and claim his own legacy.
Sigyn watched him from the sidelines, her joy turning to unease. She saw the gleam in his emerald eyes, the way he secluded himself in the farthest corners of the palace, poring over forbidden tomes. She could feel the magic’s pull on him like a sinister undertow, and it frightened her. One evening, she approached him in his study, where the air was thick with the acrid scent of incantations.
“Loki,” she said softly, her voice a balm against the tension in the room, “why do you let this consume you? We have so much to look forward to. Must you pursue this path?”
His shoulders tensed, and his eyes, usually so tender with her, flashed with frustration. “You don’t understand, Sigyn. This magic… it’s the key to everything. To respect. To freedom.”
“But at what cost?” she countered, stepping closer. “I love you, Loki. I don’t want to lose you to something so dangerous.”
Her words, though spoken with love, struck a nerve. Loki’s temper flared, and with a sharp gesture, he sent a ripple of raw energy through the room. Books flew from shelves, and a candle’s flame extinguished with a hiss.
“Leave me alone!” he shouted, his voice cracking under the weight of his frustration. “I don’t need your pity or your meddling. Just… go.”
Tears welled in Sigyn’s eyes, but she stood firm. “I won’t leave you, Loki. I love you too much for that.”
Loki said nothing, turning away from her, his fingers clenched into fists. His love for Sigyn warred with his anger, but pride kept him silent.
Weeks passed, and Loki’s obsession grew. Finally, through sleepless nights and relentless study, he unlocked the secrets of dark magic. The power surged within him, a tempest of green energy that crackled around his hands. At last, he had what he had longed for. He summoned Sigyn to show her, to prove he had triumphed.
“Look at what I’ve accomplished,” he said, his voice brimming with excitement. “Do you see now? I’m more than Thor’s shadow. I’m a master of my own fate.”
But as he demonstrated his newfound power, something went horribly wrong. The energy spiraled out of control, the green light growing wild and chaotic. Sigyn, standing too close, was caught in the maelstrom. Her scream pierced Loki’s ears, and then… silence.
When the light faded, she lay lifeless on the ground.
“No… no, no, no!” Loki fell to his knees, cradling her limp form. “Sigyn, wake up! Please!”
The room seemed to tilt as reality closed in on him. His magic, his pride, had cost him the only thing he truly cherished. Grief and guilt consumed him as he rocked her body, tears streaming down his face.
Loki’s despair led him to the shadowy depths of Helheim, the realm of the dead. He sought an audience with Hela, the cold queen of that desolate domain. He pleaded, bargained, and threatened, but Hela remained unmoved.
You don't get them!
About a fateful pact with a fearsome demon...
Sigyn promised her mother three things: Eat never something that travel offers you. Don't tell anyone your name. And most importantly: leave under no circumstances agree to trade with the dark elf. This summer breaks Sigyn every single one of these promises. What would be if Sigyn would have summoned dark elves using black magic? And when a giant wanted much more from her than she did Firstborn? Namely also their memories.

A Gift for Loki - Summary
Young Prince Loki of Asgard is the God of Mischief and Chaos, the wild and unscrupulous little brother of Thor, and the son of the King of the Æsir.
Being second in the line of succession, Loki meticulously performs his palace duties by day, but by night he can be found living up to his reputation as a hard-core partying playboy.
Alas, a prince of Asgard cannot remain a fun-loving bachelor forever. Loki's world is turned upside down when duty calls for him to take a wife. His parents have betrothed him to the daughter of the most prominent Lord in the kingdom.
Loki would rather be dragged to Hel than to the altar, that is, until he finally lays eyes on his bride-to-be. Meeting Sigyn cracks the foundation on which he built his hedonistic reputation.
Can Loki give up his philandering lifestyle and become the husband Sigyn deserves? The Nornir have brought the two of them together; will outside forces tear them apart?

Cant sleep thinking about tbi sigyn. Because can you imagine. Your wife gets executed and you watch her die in agony and years later you stumble across her and she's alive, she's been kept alive so she could be used to complete the train that she spent the last years of her life trying to sabotage, and her mind's been fucked with so severely that she's a shell of who she once was, and she doesn't recognise you, she's scared of you, and there's nothing you can do. So you leave, and then everything goes to absolute shit and you're certain that everyone here is going to die and now she comes back, now she remembers you. And the universe is going to be destroyed and you can't stop it, you can only postpone it. And you can only do so by killing her. So you stab her in the heart and you hold her as she slowly bleeds out, drop by drop. For eighty years.
#damn my girl can't catch a break in any universe#can we get a sigyn gets to be happy story please?#sigyn gets to live out her life peacefully in a cottage somewhere with her wife and kids and nothing bad happens to any of them?#she deserves it i think

Can I just say that, narratively, the season finale of Loki somehow feels like the Norse myth of Loki:
Tied in the cave in great pain till the start of Ragnarok and the end of time.
Yes, this time around he is in a position of power, no snake venom dripping over him, no writhing that cause earthquakes, but he is confronted to his greatest pain, his burden, loneliness, tied to it to protect everyone he loves and the entire multiverse.
Not even a Sigyn-character-type to metaphorically "hold the bowl" and alleviate the pain of his loneliness.
Unless...
Mobius, the only one of his friends who says that he will "let time pass" now that Loki has sacrificed himself for them all and the multiverse.
(This is not me saying Mobius is a Sigyn-Variant, far from it she would deserve her own character and so does he, but narratively, Mobius, like Sigyn in the myth, should be at Loki's side, together, for all time, always.)

Day 4: Show us how Loki and Sigyn would spend Halloween in fanart, short stories or cosplay ^^
I decided to do a short story! Its quite the old concept but perfect for the occasion nonetheless, smite addition since it's refreshing like one Hel skin !! :)
Loki, who had been minding his own business as his family dressed up, wandered into the room of his youngest children, Narfi and Nari. In a wooden crib, the twins lay sound asleep, snuggled up against each other but still stirring.
"Wake up, babies," he whispered softly, carefully not to startle them.
Narfi let out a small cry, while Nari, with his tiny hands, grasped Loki's finger as he reached out, emitting a barely audible yawn. Loki gently picked them up and carried them to their living room to join the others.
"Sleipnir, you should be a spider," Fenrir suggested, seated on the couch as he pointed to the scattered costumes on the floor. He looked rather comfortable where he sat, tail wagging.
Sleipnir didn't even get a chance to speak his mind before Jormungandr chimed in, "Because of your eight legs! Grand idea.." The snake murmured waving his tail excitedly, currently in his more humanoid form so he could join in on the fun.
With a sigh, Sleipnir stares at them, unimpressed. "I didn't come here to be reminded of my many legs, right now I could be in my stable with everyone else, but noo-"
Sleipnir shifts into a more humanoid form and huffed, his unique features still visible much to his dismay. Jormungandr offered an awkward smile and a hasty apology, "Sorry." He then resumed sifting through the costumes.
"So, how do I look guys?" Hel emerged from the bathroom, her costume or rather transformation finally complete after hours. She was dressed as an angel, floating gracefully while holding onto the wings that were going to be attached to her back.
Before Fenrir could express his opinion, one that wouldn't be a nice one. Jormungandr gave him an irritated look and held his jaw shut, straining his arm muscles.
"You look great Hel..!"
Hel's yellow eyes lit up and she beamed at their compliments. "I'm so happy you two think so, I worked especially hard on it." she exclaimed before dashing off again.
"I bet it's because she's matching with Morrigan, as per usual!"
Loki, ever the mischievous fellow, snuck up behind Sigyn and kissed her neck before handing her Narfi, who had been wanting his mother. Not too fond of his father's company unlike his brother.
Sigyn blushed and held the baby close to her chest, surprised at her husband's sudden appearance. "Ah! There you are..ugh did you really have to wake them up?"
Loki laughed, looking at her with a fond expression "Of course, we can't leave them out of the festivities, now can we?"
Fenrir, finally free from his brother's grasp couldn't resist interrupting their loving moment. "You guys are so weird," he scoffed, and Sleipnir lightly smacked the back of his head.
"Leave them alone, little brother!"
Fenrir appeared offended by this. "Excuse me, little brother?! I'll let you know I rediate the older brother energy here, horse!"
"Sure you do, sure you do, second born~" Sleipnir started to sing, obviously mocking the wolf, even more by using his hand, Indicating he is talking too much.
Jormungandr gasped and attempted to divert attention away from his bickering brothers. "Anyways! Babies..what do we dress them up as..?"
At the sound of this question, Hel burst out of her room once again with a resolute idea.
"I was born ready for this! They have to dress up as the wolf and Little Red Riding Hood!"
Sigyn's brows furrowed as she gazed at Hel, her expression laced with concern. She didn't want to upset her daughter, especially since the suggestion was somewhat cute.
"Oh, I don't know, Hel," she began, her voice gentle but hesitant, "it's cute, but..."
Loki couldn't help but grin in response to Hel's proposal. He leaned forward, resting his chin on one hand as he regarded his daughter. "So," he said, a playful glint in his eyes.
"We are dressing up your baby brothers on something based of a little girl being eaten by a wolf? I don't know about that, child~"
Hel's enthusiasm didn't waver in the face of her parents scepticism. Yet, she pouted her lips slightly at the obvious rejection.
"Then what other ideas do you have?" she whined, crossing her arms like a child. "You know I'm all for the scary folktales!"
Just as the discussion seemed to reach an impasse, Sleipnir chimed in with a gentle voice. He looked up from where he had been quietly observing the exchange.
"Why not make them into two cute apples?" he suggested softly, before approaching his baby brothers with a caring touch, cooing at them. His suggestion was met with collective awe from the group.
"Awh, that's so sweet!" Sigyn exclaimed, a warm smile gracing her lips. "Quite literally~"
Lighthearted banter continued as the siblings weighed in on Sleipnir's apple-themed idea. Fenrir, though, couldn't resist a playful jab at his brother.
"Apples are all you ever think about, isn't it brother" he teased, seeking a bit of playful revenge for Sleipnir's earlier remark.
The room filled with laughter and camaraderie, as they started planning their two adorable baby brothers transformed into the sweetest of apples. It was moments like these that made the family really treasure being together!
Happy Halloween, may we fit in amongst the dead and monsters around the world!🎃👻🍬

What if Sigyn's stories
Part 24
So many different universes, so many different possibilities. And in some loves Sigyn and their different stories. Pictures and brief information have been written about some of these possibilities. But what is her full story, we don't know. But we can spin them further in our thoughts ^^
The whole project here serves to show the possibilities and potential that Sigyn would have had within the Marvel Universe. How she could have been reintroduced, her story made new and more exciting. #JusticeForSigyn stands for creating Sigyn content because Marvel doesn't give us any.
Inspired by @fauna-and-mythos @dailylogyn @dank-art @jonquilclegane @sigynthevictorious @thewitchysystem @shenanigans-and-imagines @sigynoffidelity @timeladyjamie @therese-lokidottir @puckwritesstuff @sigynappreciation @sigyn-obsessed @ellecaterina @roruna @sigyndottir @marvelentertainment @mistress-of-words
Queen of destiny
After the blood magic has destroyed Sigyn's entire life, she too sits on the throne as Queen of Vanaheim while Jotunheim declares war on her. She is determined to save her people and stop Jotunheim from taking the cities of Atlantia and Solis. But the fight against Jotunheim is just the beginning: Ancient powers have awakened in the shadows, bringing with them the horrors of times long past. Now the hour has come when Sigyn must accept her destiny and fulfill the prophecy. And she has to use her blood magic, but with that her secret is no longer safe either.
The witch's curse story by @roruna
Sigyn sat alone in her chambers. She hadn't left in days. At first, she was despondent, racking her brain for a way to get him back. But the sadness gradually reshaped itself into rage. Now she daydreamed of revenge, to get him back.
She arranged candles in a circle on her floor and sat down in the center of the circle. All the candles lit themselves at once by magic. Her heart was pounding hard and her whole body was shaking. Fresh tears grew in her eyes. She wiped them away with her index finger.
"Essence of fire, burn his skin and melt his form. Essence of air, spin him round so he loses his way, abandon him when he needs to breathe. Essence of earth, break his bones, bury him deep. Essence of water, become his tears," she said, writing the name on the floor with her wet finger.
Loki.
It wasn't a proper curse. Freya, the Vanir goddess of magic and Sigyn's mother, had taught her dozens of spells and curses. This wasn't in any of the spell books she'd read. The candles were just ordinary wax things with essential oils added so they'd fill the room with a pleasant fragrance when they burned. The air smelled of roses, vanilla, lavender and honeysuckle.
She didn't draw any runes. She didn't use any of her reserves of magic energy. She didn't even use any seidr to make his name glow dramatically on the floor. But she was crying when she lit the candles. She was crying as she spoke the words. And she was crying as she wrote his name in the circle with her tears. Intent and focus are what's important when casting spells.
Her body felt drained when put the candles out and stepped out of the circle. She wiped her face and she dropped into a dreamless sleep when her head touched the pillow. Just outside her chambers, servants were bustling about preparing Asgard's palace for Thor's coronation.
The child of a thousand wonders
Sigyn returns to Asgard from Nidavellir. She is to study and live in a school for magic until her mother returns from Feuerrisen Krigen and has clarified all matters there. Meanwhile, Sara's father dies under tragic circumstances.
He dies and leaves behind her, her sisters and mother. Sigyn only survives the difficult times because she has so much imagination and imagines what it will be like when her life is back on track. What she doesn't know is that she has an unknown friend who will help her and stand by her to make her happy again.
Sigyn goddess of forbidden love by @jonquilclegane
Once upon a time in the realm of Asgard, Sigyn was not just an ordinary maiden, but a valiant Valkyrie. She possessed grace, strength, and a heart filled with compassion. Sigyn had dedicated her life to the honorable duty of guiding fallen warriors to their rightful place in Valhalla.
However, fate had a different plan for Sigyn. Unbeknownst to her fellow Valkyries, she had fallen deeply in love with Loki, the mischievous god of trickery. Their hearts intertwined in secrecy, for such love was forbidden, as Loki's actions had often caused chaos and strife among the realms.
Sigyn's love for Loki was a bittersweet torment, for she was torn between her devotion to her duty as a Valkyrie and the longing in her heart. She would watch him from a distance, her heart aching, as he played his tricks and schemes, always keeping her true feelings hidden away.
One day, as Sigyn ventured through the realms, she came across a group of fallen warriors who had perished in a battle. Her duty compelled her to gather them and lead them to Valhalla. As she approached the fallen, she noticed among them a wounded warrior, his armor tarnished and his spirit weakened. To her surprise, it was Loki himself, wounded and vulnerable.
The conflict within Sigyn reached its zenith. Her love for Loki and her duty as a Valkyrie clashed with equal force. Her fellow Valkyries watched as she stood there, torn between her heart's desire and her responsibility.
In that moment, Sigyn made a decision that would change her fate and the fate of Loki forever. She dropped her spear, a symbol of her duty, and knelt beside Loki. She cradled his battered form in her arms, ignoring the gasps of her fellow Valkyries. With each touch, her love for him grew stronger, and a wave of compassion washed over her.
Sigyn looked into Loki's weary eyes and spoke words that resonated with love and determination. "No longer will I deny my heart, Loki. I am ready to face the consequences of our forbidden love. For love knows no boundaries and can transform even the most mischievous soul."
As the Valkyries watched in astonishment, Sigyn, the Valkyrie who had forsaken her duty, rose with Loki in her arms and vanished into the unknown. The realm of Asgard fell into a state of bewilderment, for a Valkyrie had chosen love over her sacred oath.
In the realms beyond, Sigyn and Loki created a life of their own, where their love blossomed, unfettered by the laws of the gods. Their journey was not without challenges, but together they faced them with unwavering devotion.
Though Sigyn had forsaken her position as a Valkyrie, her heart remained filled with compassion. She used her newfound freedom to bring solace to those in need, offering aid and redemption to lost souls who had strayed from the path of righteousness.
The gods of Asgard, witnessing the purity and strength of Sigyn's love, reconsidered their judgments. Slowly, they began to understand that love could heal even the most broken of spirits. The forbidden love between Sigyn and Loki became a tale whispered among the gods, a reminder that the power of love could transcend all boundaries.
And so, Sigyn, once a Valkyrie bound by duty, became a symbol of love's triumph over adversity. Her story would echo through the ages, inspiring others to follow their hearts, even in the face of the greatest challenges.
Don't forget love
Young Loki, an adopted son of Odin, of unknown origin and the highest magic in Asgard, receives a dangerous assignment: he and his brother Thor are to free prisoners of war from captivity on Midgard in Garda. While fleeing, he falls in love with the women of Sigyn the freed, but she is already married. Nevertheless, over the years he becomes the confidant of the young woman and wins victories over victories with Tho. And the blemish of his birth is finally revealed. Whereupon Loki leaves Asgard. But Sigyn has to realize with horror that her most dangerous enemy is far from defeated, and when she and her husband leave for Asgard for Thor's coronation, both are attacked and her husband is murdered, but that's not all, this fate will have fruitful consequences...
All good and bad things come in threes
There are days that turn your entire life upside down. Do you know days like that? Even those days when you lose your job in the morning and own a magical bookshop in Ireland at night?
No?
Well, I didn't know that either.
What I learned today:
1. I am not a human, I am a goddess and no one knows what else I am.
2.I have magic, but I have no idea how it works.
3.I'm in danger, have a husband I never knew about and only the bookshop in Ireland can protect me.
This is Rose's (Sigyn) new life and this Odinson who's supposed to be her husband doesn't make it any easier for her either.
TVA File 775
The TVA is in a state of emergency and a group of Agents and Hunters are tasked with reopening an old case, TVA File 775 codenamed "Ferguson". You set to work with mixed feelings and even return to the scene of the action, the island whose rugged beauty still amazes you, but where Hunter S-16 spent a difficult childhood. Which she doesn't remember, she doesn't remember her life before the TVA at all. And the game begins and nobody's life is safe anymore!
The broken promise
Loki: You give every one of your belongings to even the lowest scum or upstart
Sigyn: Everyone should be heard and understood
Loki: Understood, these are Sigyn low beings. They should not be understood but mastered
Sigyn: That's exactly why many fear you, because the way you think about them makes you unpredictable
Loki: You're talking about everyone should have a say
Sigyn: What's so bad about showing them is so bad about showing them respect for your opinions and ideas?
Loki: Enough of this discussion, you are my wife and you have to stand behind me in the first place behind all my decisions!
Sigyn: I stand behind you, but I'm not your puppet
The girl at the end of time by @jonquilclegane
In the wake of Ragnarok, the cataclysmic event that brought an end to the known universe, Sigyn found herself standing alone amidst the vast emptiness of the void. As the girl at the end of time, she witnessed the devastation that had consumed everything she had ever known. Her heart was heavy with grief and the weight of her solitude.
Days turned into weeks, weeks into months, and Sigyn wandered through the desolate remains, searching for signs of life. But the universe seemed devoid of hope, with no trace of any other survivors. She felt the weight of the loss, mourning the fallen gods and mortals who had once inhabited the vibrant realms.
As Sigyn reached the point of despair, contemplating her existence as the solitary being at the edge of nothingness, a glimmer of light caught her attention. In the darkest corner of the void, she discovered a group of individuals huddled together, clinging to the remnants of their shattered existence.
Hope ignited within Sigyn's heart as she approached the survivors. They were a diverse group, representing different species and civilizations from across the cosmos. Their eyes held a mix of relief, wonder, and exhaustion as they saw Sigyn, the girl who had emerged unscathed from the ruins of Ragnarok.
Among the survivors, Sigyn discovered a wise elder who held the knowledge of an ancient prophecy—one that spoke of a way to restart the universe, a chance to restore life and begin anew. Though the task seemed daunting, Sigyn knew that she had been chosen for a purpose beyond her comprehension.
Gathering the remaining survivors, Sigyn shared the prophecy with them, filling their hearts with renewed hope. Together, they embarked on a perilous journey, traversing the remnants of the shattered cosmos, seeking the pieces required to restart creation.
Through trials and tribulations, the group faced countless obstacles, but their determination was unwavering. Sigyn's love for the fallen gods and mortals fueled her resolve, and she became a guiding light for the survivors, encouraging them to press onward.
At the culmination of their quest, they assembled the shattered fragments, a mosaic of cosmic energy. Sigyn stepped forward, the catalyst of their endeavor, and with a single touch, she ignited the dormant energy, sending ripples of life through the void.
A burst of vibrant light enveloped the cosmos, spreading like a celestial wave, awakening the slumbering universe from its lifeless state. Stars ignited, galaxies spiraled into motion, and planets began to form. Life bloomed once more, breathing fresh energy into the tapestry of existence.
The survivors, awestruck and filled with gratitude, witnessed the rebirth of a universe they had believed lost forever. They celebrated their triumph, vowing to honor the fallen by cherishing the newfound life granted to them.
Sigyn, once the girl at the end of time, had become the harbinger of renewal. With her unwavering love and the strength of the survivors by her side, she had rewritten destiny, restoring hope and the promise of a brighter future.
Together, they set forth to build a universe where love, compassion, and harmony thrived. And as they shaped their new reality, the echoes of the fallen reverberated within their hearts, a reminder of the resilience of life and the enduring power of unity.
A relative conquest (AU)
The free-spirited Sigyn is on fire. Finally women are admitted to the university, she could study! Her parents, on the other hand, want to marry her off to young Theoric. Theoric loves the world of fragrances. He experiments with flavors and scents. He dreams of making perfumes in his own factory. Sigyn is enthusiastic and supports him against all odds. Energetically and skilfully she drives the founding of the company forward. But what about their own goals? Are her feelings strong enough for marriage? Because there's Loki, Theoric's friend. He threatens to drive a wedge between the couple. And that too, because if there's one thing Loki doesn't need in his life at all, it's a second wife.

Ballad of Sigyn ( a norse Myth poem )
People told of the tale of the Old Gods of the North
Thor with his hammer
Sif with her grain
My husband Loki with his tricks
And I was most known for me standing by my husband in the Twilight of the Gods
But what if I told you my story
As I treated ye listeners to honeydew tea and raspberry cake in Valhalla
My story is not of common nature, nor of the faint hearted
I've seen just as much moons as much as any other gods
Some have called me ' soft '
How mistaken they are
Once I was a member of the Seidr order of Asgard,
Taught in the ways of pagan priesthood
Whisper in the ears of royals, handling library paperwork, call upon the spirits of nature
That was amongst my duties
My guardians would like to marry any of Odin's sons
Yet Thor, Baldr and Bragi are already Wed
So that leaves Tyr, Hodr and Hermodr ( I can't count how many children Odin had )
Yet I was not interested in any of those bachelor brothers
For a volva is selective with her mate
Then came Loki, a jotunn from another world, so tall, so handsome
His stride stood out from his other Aesir counterparts,
His smile charming and alluring
And when he first kissed my hand after our first dance,
I fell, and I fell hard
We began courting,
Rendezvous in the Palace gardens,
Him and I showing each other magical tricks
How wonderful it is to find someone
Who feels a similar sense of ' otherness ' in Asgard as me
He made me feel more confident of my Elven ears
I made him feel more at home in Asgard, even as a Jotunn
After much negotiation, he and I are wed by Frigg,
And I became a new Princess of Asgard
Years went by,
My sons came, and got along with Loki's other children from his 1st wife
I understood his past with Angrboda
And focused on mainly be a good wife to him
We understand each others' storms in ways several others can't
He would often go to battle with the sons of Odin,
And I would often stay behind, handling diplomatic and sorcery duties
And when he returns, he would rush to me and our children
Embracing us all and showing the world how much he loves us
And I would tend to his wounds as we tell more stories of each other
Our magic is unlike that in Asgard,
And I suppose that what's makes us frightening to some over there
Then, tragedy struck
Baldr was slain,
And my husband is to blame
Yet my husband was influenced by the Norns,
It was not like him to recklessly kill one of Odin's sons,
And I knew it
Yet nobody else seem to listen
And I watched as my husband was banished before me,
My sons killed before my eyes
And I raged, I raged, I raged
All the Nine Realms are cursed with wars against each other
My step daughter Hel, all grown up to be a fine young woman,
Now leading Loki's army against Odin,
After my banishment, I steadfastedly stood beside him,
And helped shield the poison with my bowl
While I cursed all those who killed my sons,
And entrusting Hel to have the final stroke of justice against my sons' deaths
Because hell hath no Fury a volva enraged
And some have to learn the hard way
Fenrir later swallowed Odin whole,
Vidar has slain Fenrir
And I gifted Hel Loki's magical archery set
As Hel delivered a final below at Vidar
And my soul feels at peace, at finally, my sons' murderers are slain
But what of the survivors? How Will they recover?
Only time will tell
At my husband's death, he smiled up at me with his devilishly handsome smile,
And said, ' Love, you've done enough. I will see you in Valhalla.....and hopefully, in another life. '
He smiled a satisfied smile and closed his eyes
Ans for once I could not scream, or say a word
I could only weep
Exhaustion crept through my body,
And days later, my eyes closed
I opened my eyes, and here I was in Valhalla.
The murders of my sons are not there
In first came my sons, who embraced me
And I embraced them in turn
And Vali and Narvi led me to their father
And there he sat, with mead in his hand, and Fenrir and Jormungandr with him. ( Hel took over rulership of Nornheim after Ragnarok )
And beamed at me in welcoming, my Prince of Mischief

ANNOUNCEMENT: ✨I’m so happy to announce that my short story inspired by the Norse Myths has been accepted for publication in The Mythic Circle by The Mythopoeic Society! 🤩
This tale about Loki and Sigyn that I wrote is really special to my heart and I can’t wait to share it with the world! ☺️♥️
Here’s a moodboard that I made to capture the story’s aesthetic and aura and here’s a short blurb:
the story’s blurb: Sigyn, the wife of Loki & goddess of mercy & loyalty, considers whether she is being admirably loyal or foolish for staying by her husband’s side. If she stays, she loses the future of her eternal life. If she leaves Loki, she risks losing him forever.💔✨
I’ll keep everyone posted about this publication and when & where you can get your copy! 📚
Thank you all for your support! 🥰 My (published) author adventures are just beginning! 🌟

My attempt to draw Sigyn, or a version of her
Thoughts below the cut:
[poor paraphrasing of Norse Mythology incoming]
Been looking up the Norse myth of Loki and he had two wives - an ice giant who was his secret wife and when Odin found out about her he forbade him from being with her, and a second wife, Sigyn who theres not much on but when he murdered a god and was punished by being burned continuously by a giant snake, she stood over him and caught the venom in a bowl so it wouldn’t burn him but occasionally she had to go and empty it, so it would burn him again. In conclusion, she was a very devoted partner
Anyways I don’t know where they’re heading with the rest of Loki this season, but in my head I’ve decided they’re going to go through all the timelines to defeat that timeline’s version of He Who Remains to hopefully prevent another war
So…what if Loki, Mobius, and co bamf into one of these timelines, are taken captive, and when Loki is brought to the throne room of that timeline’s ruler, bam, it turns out to be Sigyn, his wife in this timeline
Only in this timeline, Loki became a very well-loved king of Asgard with Sigyn as his queen and they had two kids who wouldn’t remember Loki, cuz, gasp, this timeline’s Loki was killed by this timeline’s version of He Who Remains, and they were barely toddlers when it happened (let’s say now they’re fully grown adults)
So I have this reveal scene I can’t get out of my head of Loki, as we know him, and the rest of the gang being brought to the throne room to answer to the person in charge (who are you and why have you attacked my men, etc etc). They’re brought in bound and with hoods over their heads so it’s very dramatic when Loki’s is taken off. Everyone gasps cuz Loki is supposed to be dead in this timeline
This theoretical episode is Sigyn getting to know the Loki we know and Loki getting to know that in one version of himself he had a family and was a beloved ruler of Asgard
Wish I had the patience to write this story so I may just do random drawings if I can muster up the motivation
