For the record, I'm leaning very heavily into the idea of Lucrecia and Vincent canoodling literally just a few weeks--maybe even a few DAYS--before she has a crisis of guilt and hooks up with Hojo. For all we know, being intimate with Vincent might have kick-started cold feet on her end. My idea is that if Sephiroth WAS conceived by Vincent, neither of them actually know because of how close the timing was. Sephiroth was an unnaturally-formed baby with all the stuff they pumped into him. If he was a little farther along than his expected due date predicted, I don't think they would have questioned that. It's very easy to line up the dots.

And no, Lucrecia haters. I don't think it being Vincent's kid makes her Literally Satan. I genuinely think she wouldn't have known. After what happened with Grimoire the last thing she'd want to do is hurt his son in such a way. There's a difference between breaking off a shaky half-relationship out of guilt and intentionally using your ex's kid as a science experiment.

If Vincent is his dad, I think they're both clueless. More tragic fuel for the fire.

Why tf am I so sentimental about my rental sax!? I got my own alto sax recently, before I was renting one for like, a full year now. Sunday is the anniversary. Like, it was a shitty horn, came with missing screws, but that was MY shitty horn! His name is Alberto! He kinda had bad tone and some missing screws, but we went to a parade together! We've traveled, we've soloed, and we've marched together! We played together for my first jam session! I told myself not to get too attached, but I did! Goodbye Alberto, we've done some crazy shit together, and I hope your next player loves you as much as I did! ♥️♥️♥️

He got sorta, maybe basically kicked out of his party (who consisted of two reds and his own older sister) bc he doesnt want to kill people cuz, guess what? He's a civilian! He got sent to blood gulch bc command couldnt be bothered to actually kill him! So now hes sorta just,,,wandering around trying to take down command on his own and sufferingTM, its gotten to the point where no longer carss what he looks like as long as he can get things done.

Also, he gets a cool new armour!

ALTO RAMBLES ABOUT INCONSEQUENTIAL CC THINGS:

While I still stand by the statement that I think the original Crisis Core was better in terms of character expressions, I DO really like that the new models now more closely resemble their cutscene counterparts. I think the character's faces are more expressive in the original, but it was always weird seeing how low energy everyone's hair is lolol Their new models give them a bit more fleshiness and volume, just at the expense of expression in the eyes and mouth.

Gen's hair in CCR more closely matches his hair in the AGS training room scene imo. And he's a lot less green lol

Sephiroth is a smidge more of a mixed bag because while I'm glad that he now looks more on model in CCR, you also lose how skinny and sickly-looking he appeared in the original game. And those eye bags. My beloved eyebags smh

His hair was so FLAT in the original game. It genuinely takes me out sometimes lolol.

Angeal meanwhile looks...older? Even more Daddish? I think he comes off the worst in terms of expressions in converting over to the new model. His face is really weird in CCR. I do appreciate them making him appear more serious and world-weary. And they made my man an actual TANK lmao they emphasized his lovely muscle chonkness. He thicc.

Poseidon encourages it just to get him out there. Zagreus and Melinoe are such great kids after fighting through hoardes of enemies, surely it will help Triton
