AU where Leo is trapped in the Prison Dimension for months instead of minutes and the only way he gets by with his sanity intact is through recording himself talking to his wrist comm.

When they finally manage to get Leo back and make him rest up to heal, Donnie can’t help but listen to the recordings left behind.

He’s not sure what exactly he’s expecting, only that his subconscious is screaming at him that it has to be heartbreaking, that it has to be torturous.

Instead, what Donnie is subject to is a full thousand hours’ worth of Jupiter Jim and Lou Jitsu crossover fanfiction. More than one part in the series. Spanning well over a million words.

(The worst part is that it’s actually good.)

my Cool Hat tierlist fueled by my irritation about Yenisei's hat (playaple characters up to ver2.5 i1 uncluded)

#The extravagancy to rank ratio is pretty consistent until the S-ranks which got their place for silverwork #(also they look comfortable to wear).#Charlie's cyllinder is a bit gaudy to my taste but is serves its function #Willow straight up has a witch hat #so she's winning.#Erick's plush helmet isn't so funtional but I can respect the commitment to the bit.#Druvis' hat is cute but also barely funtions as a hat #so minus point.#Oliver's hat's hight can be justifyed by providing some recongnizability to a person on a thick fog #but the front stichings definetely take some points away.#(I like your hat Fog its a bit silly but you don't need it so much)#Nick's hat is just rather plain and just makes him look more human and Melania's hat is intentionally boring #While Marcus' hat is very similar to Melania's one its light decorations work quite good with the rest of her outfit.#Vertin's hat is iconic but lacks the structulal imagination of the more highly ranked hats.#Brimley is literaly sentient and his desing carries enough chatacter to put him to A rank #If you wanted to know why I'm hating on Yenisei's hat that's the ear flaps - why are the stitched *here*?#Why do they cover temples when the ears are 5cm away from them???#reverse 1999 #r1999

Wolfcat is sooooo funky to me esp now that it’s confirmed that Sora and Jordana were in school together and drifted apart. I don’t really see them as toxic yuri anymore and more as Jordana somewhat-joining the ninja and they are both confused as fuck about one another. Just exhausted from life and scared of AND for the other person. They have so many issues to fix between each other and themselves, and if it takes them like 10 years to actually get together then I am completely okay with that. Anyway, sometimes I like to pick out random moments like this from the donghua and think of Sunshot Campaign chengzhan spending what seems to be like months in this secluded fortress to hold back the Wen forces. Now and then, they meet up on this lookout post to have heartfelt exposition talks three feet apart.

If words turn just a little more heated, Lan Zhan could back away, quiet and cold, turn to leave into the shadowy part, and Jiang Cheng could follow, agitated and snarling, and slam him right against the wall.

Work has me scheduled as floor AND 1st backup cashier/front lead tonight and we have a new cashier who's working her first full cashier shift that's also her first full closing shift....... I get the feeling that I'm going to be training her tonight......on one of the busiest days of the week..... While we're doing an insane coupon promotion that everyone likes to misread and then get mad about when they find out they misread the terms.......

#the consequences of being really autistic about the register and being one of the most senior employees bc everyone else who started #at the same time as me (except for like 2 others) either quit or got fired.....#the consequences of being the responsible eldest child turned into hyper competence perfectionism #i'm literally not even a shift lead nor do i get paid like one. but i've been responsible for training every new cashier we've gotten #since the store opened 6 months ago #i am a regular associate with associate privileges being paid minimum wage #i dont mind training and helping new employees #(i enjoy making the process as positive and comfortable as i can bc i know starting a new job where you dont know anyone can be scary)#but its a little frustrating that i'm always given responsibilites far beyond my job description #and theyre still not promoting me or even paying me above the bare minimum #like i dont want to sound entitled or ungrateful. im very happy i have this job. but they expect so much and do not pay me like it #and they (the owners) keep hinting that i'm 'shift lead/assistant manager material' and might be promoted eventually #but they never specify if theyre seriously considering it or when it may be #the shift lead i worked with last night said it may be because i'm too young and they may be waiting until i at least turn 20 #i turn 20 in june and august will be 1 year since i got hired soooo lets hope
