I know there's much more of a visual difference between Sora and Vanitas; but I thought I'd map out my own differences to add to that. I used KHII Sora, because that's the model Vanitas is based off of. Obviously Sora's hair shape is going to change between KHI, KHII and KHIII.

As with the Roxas and Ventus differences; these are just personal head cannons. Unlike with the Roxas and Ventus differences; there are more changes. The 'Technically taller' thing is true, and I thought I would demonstrate it here, because it's not something you expect to see:

These were imported at the same scale in Blender. Sora is from KHII, and this Vanitas is from DDD (I used them because they're quicker to set up texture-wise). And yes- I did edit Vanitas' eye texture; it's what he deserves.

And here's the differences with the models overlapped.

I'm not sure if it's because Vanitas is wearing platform boots, or because he IS just that taller; but I believe the latter- just so he has something to rub into Sora's face.
