they will need to whipstitch the wound closed, but embroidery is a "woman's" task. they will need to eat and clean and mend clothes, but why learn basic things when you can have a woman measure out your life in beads. he will be the "head" of your house, but if you want him to act accordingly, you must assign him a list of all applicable activities. you will be otherwise constantly in charge of almost-everything; so he will lead the house he is absent from.
in movies and books, the "cool" girl will be more-like-a-man. she will be "less boring," more "fun". she will have masculine ideas and masculine talents, which means a man doesn't have to change in order to find her fascinating. she will disdain of something as simple as stitching. how boring!
she will kick open the door of a car and quip what, girls can't drive? and flip her long hair down one side. she will grill and shoot a gun and skydive. be a guy. she will be sexualized.
somewhere, working on computers becomes a masculine task, and now on tv a gen-z disney character throws her hands up in the air. i can't be a computer science nerd, i'm a girl! in the real life, she will be unable to sit through some of her classes, shivering when she realizes she is the only woman present in several of them.
how many times have you read this book and seen this show and watched this movie. the singular woman is allowed 5 lines because she's not just smart! she's also pretty! she is surrounded by 20 average men, but she is stunning. she is the exception to the bland, pale lives of women-at-home, who will never be shown. she likes dirt and motorbikes and blood and shows up in a tiny dress during the final scene, rolling her eyes at our male lead's incredulity - just because i like motorcross doesn't mean anything. i'm still a woman, okay? i actually like shopping.
it is almost never reversed, and you think about that often. it is vanishingly rare to have a single man in a cast of women. the male love interest does not show up at a feminist march and sardonically squint at our leading lady - what? you thought only women care about human rights? he does not know how to balance a checkbook or kickbox because i grew up with three sisters.
when he cooks he is a chef, which is sexy. when he cleans, he's being kind, genteel. when he nurtures his family, confetti rains from the ceiling. when she does these things: it is her duty and her identity. what do you mean she has other passions and hobbies? isn't her hobby and passion homemaking?
the other day a friend embroidered a seam closed on your jacket into the shape of ivy. every time you touch it, you think of her.
something about women's hobbies and art and skills. something about women's work.

i'm actually so pissed that i don't even know where to start..... i've been trying to ignore this for hours but i just can't ☹️
dear everyone on f1blr, i kindly ask you to take franco's name out of your mouth if you don't know him. do not talk about his story if you don't know it. do not call him a pay driver, do not compare him to drivers whose dads are the owners of an f1 team. do not talk shit about him if it's all going to be made-up rumors.
you may hate james vowles as much as you wish to, i don't give a fuck. williams are doing some real random and stupid shit. but is any of this franco's fault? no!! if you'd actually seen him and taken more than 5 minutes trying to learn about him, you'd see how sweet of a person he is and how much he deserves this opportunity, so don't go around spreading lies about it.

Constantly citing this article and the studies it uses.
Here's a quote:
"That study shows that transmasculine individuals were actually more likely to be victims of childhood sexual assault, adult sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking than were transfeminine individuals (as shown in the chart below).
The only category in which trans women were more likely to be victimized was by hate violence, and even there the difference was small: 30 percent of trans women reported having experienced hate violence, compared to 29 percent of trans men."

GUYS HERE ME OUT—
working at the community pool with steve and billy. you’re dating steve, but that doesn’t stop billy from relentlessly flirting with you whenever you cross paths.
it drives steve absolutely insane, despite knowing you don’t want anyone else but him. but it all comes to a head one night after you close down the pool.
he finally snaps after seeing you giggle at something billy says.
steve is like a wild animal when he pulls you into the men’s locker room. pinning you up against the tiled wall, all tongue and teeth smashing together as he lifts you in his arms. not bothering to remove your swimsuits as he starts plowing into you.
muttering a constant string of: mine, you’re mine, my fucking girl, as he claims you. your manicured nails dig into his sun kissed skin, raking them down his freckled back. your loud cries of his name are heard by an unsuspecting billy as he begins to head to his car.
and that next day when steve walks around the pool in just his swim trunks, he wears those scratch marks with absolute pride.
a way to show billy— and anyone else that you’re his.
and he’s yours.

To have little to no masking skills is dangerous
To have severe speech impairments, or be nonverbal is dangrous
To have higher needs is dangerous.
And yall want these so badly? Truthfully would do anything to be lower needs again. To rely on others to help you dress, shower, communicate, use the bathroom etc, can be dangerous. Because you can’t complete those task independently. If they (carers) forget or simply don’t care, all your needs aren’t being met.
That’s is dangerous and scary. Yet you want that?
To rely on Alternative communication forms. Communicate cards, pecs, speech generated devices, eye gaze etc. in an emergency, if you don’t have them, you don’t have a way to communicate. In a world that values spoken language over every other form, if you can’t verbally speak, or verbally speak good enough for them. You not only rarely get listened to, but they don’t try. In an emergency you have no way to say something is wrong.
That is dangerous and scary. Yet you want that?
Little or no masking skills means people just able tell is disabled. They more likely try take advantage of you, bullied. Seen as scary and everyone need back away, like contagious. You lose opportunities that can save or make your life better.
That is dangrous and scary. Yet you want that?
Honestly just shut up. If you claim want be more disabled. Or higher needs. Or severe speech disorder/ nonverbal. Just stop talking. Because no you don’t. You want to be seen.
And the thing is. Many with higher needs also aren’t being seen. Were just not being seen differently then those with lower needs.
Yall want the title. Not the bullying, neglect, danger, scariness of being higher needs. So honestly shut up.
