If you are parent, and you and your spouse quarrel a lot...(esp if you have children)

why I don’t like CaLeo.

first of all. Their relationship in a whole I dislike.

Calypso is a multi thousand year old goddess older than Apollo himself.

and I’ve seen people say before if I have a problem with the age gap then I should also dislike SolAngelo.

but Nico is mentally his age, physically his age. He was born in 1930s but he’s not actually that old other then in technical terms.

calypso is only in a teenagers body. She lived all that time. She’s SA’d a middle aged man (Odysseus) she’s really damn old. She’s a goddess. That’s pedophilia, at least in mental age terms.

then, Leo shouldn’t have gotten in a relationship. He still has to work on himself. He shouldn’t need a relationship to feel valid.

and neither should calypso. She also needs to learn how to work on herself. And not fall in love with every man she’s met on her island.

that’s why I dont like Caleo.

Percy being the only child of the big three to not have a sibling doomed to death says something but i’m not sure what

jason's whole 'fighting a titian with his bare hands' is hardly mentioned in heroes of olympus and i firmly believe its because rick didn't want jason to see powerful and we see that with hazel & nico to their accomplishments are pushed to the side to make percy seem better percy is extremely powerful and has great feats and accomplished many things even gods haven't but hazel literally took down gaea and jason fought a titain with his bare hands when he was 14/15 its like the seven (frank, jason, and hazel especially) never get to see there fully potential because no one can be better than percy

headcanon that jason grace has rosacea, so his cheeks always look like mild blush is applied, but at times when he gets stressed (which is... a lot) he gets flare ups and his cheeks basically turn flaming pink. he's slightly insecure abt it but his friends and basically most people always tell him that it's endearing and adds to his charm (bc it does) and that it adds to his 'roman statue' handsome look. he gets really happy whenever he hears that.

You know what would've been fun. If Gaea or one of her associates realized Jason hadn't retained his full memory, so they tried to use his ongoing loss as a way to sway him over to their side. Promising to recover it all, trying to place doubts in his mind about the trustworthiness of the gods, pointing out that Percy has his full memory back, why are they hiding Jason's, what don't they want him to recall.

Obviously it doesn't work. But he does end up getting back his full memory in the end and there's this notable shift. Not in Jason's own POV, but from the others - they realize he's different, stiffer, tighter. He doesn't think he's changed. He thinks he's the same.

But they can see it. He doesn't talk as much as he used to, doesn't interact the same way, he handles monsters and villains differently, he's more ruthless, lacks the same gentleness he had before, even with his friends.

Also, if he appeals to Juno to recover his full memory or simply interacts with her after it all comes back, it would be cool if she admits to leaving gaps because she didn't like what happened to him. That she had some kind of regret that this child she has chosen and adopted as her own struggled and suffered due to her own callousness and indifference on who he once was to her - just another bastard child from her husband, given to her as a placation. She left out or repressed what she could to make up for it.

And he just looks at her, blank and uncaring, like, "It's fine. It doesn't matter."

His indifference to his own pain just makes her more sad. But he was never able to recognize his own suffering before. Why would he be able to now?

dam my recent jason post is blowing up so hard and it's not even been like 5 hours since i posted it wow guys calm down (i appreciate sm tho thank you <33)

but the downside of having a post randomly get popular is that I have to brace myself the next morning to counter rude and petty arguments that people would sometimes reblog and comment (esp if it's a jason grace appreciation post like geez let me love him in peace without you biting my head off dawg) but I'm always happy for a debate (unless it's extremely rude or nonsensical nitpicky gibberish sorry)

can I also express how much i hate RUDE reblogs bc I can't even delete it ugh
