Jason who feels like there is always blood on his hands.

Is it the blood from the Wolf House, where he helps Lupa to test the other children there and watches them fall dead, strongly happy it wasn't him. When he was starving and the only food was another person?

Is it the blood from the legion, where as a son of Jupiter, he was a judge, jury, and executioner? Where he had to uphold the rules, even if someone died?

Or is it his blood, from all of the abuse and torture to "build character?". Because he was the child of Jupiter, he was treated more like an asset and a tool, like a powerful sword.

Wherever the blood comes from, it's on his hands, and no matter how much he rubs clean, he will never run from the harm he caused (or the harm that was inflicted on him)

honestly? we were given so less to work with in their dynamic canonically so I kinda think they would be good too!! canon jeyna has such less interaction that I can't quite put my finger on how they would've been? But you have such good points, like i said, I'm actually pretty conflicted about whether they would work or not bc 50% of me says yes and 50% of me says maybe no. when reyna said that as kids they made a promise to only visit diocletian's sceptre together?? 🥹🥹 They clearly have so much history together that they understand eachother so well! when jason knew the EXACT spot that reyna would find his note that he hid there?? omg I'm sobbing uncontrollably I love them so much romantic or not :< they definitely had potential. the thing about jason is that he's so shippable lmao

MAYBE if rick were to pair up jason with either piper or reyna, if he were going to break them up anyway, rick should've made jeyna date and then break up (so reyna figures out her sexuality and the hunters of artemis thing + reyna thinking that by being with jason she defied venus and her warning but it came tru anyway?? atleast if they were together for a brief period of time they would've had so many moments that cemented BOTH their characters as a whole)
