This one houses just some red sakura and wild type shrimp.
I know a lot of people think the wild type is boring, but I really like the glassy look + dark stripes.

This recipe for Hibachi Shrimp and Vegetable Lo Mein brings the bright flavors of a hibachi grill into your home. Garlic, ginger, and a savory sauce are stir-fried with soft lo-mein noodles, crisp vegetables, and succulent shrimp to make a dish that will make your mouth water.
Ingredients: 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined. 8 oz lo-mein noodles. 2 cups mixed vegetables such as bell peppers, broccoli, carrots. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp oyster sauce. 1 tbsp sesame oil. 1 tsp ginger, grated. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Sesame seeds for garnish. Green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Cook the lo-mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Heat vegetable oil in a large hibachi or skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, saut for 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes. Return the shrimp to the skillet along with cooked lo-mein noodles. Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the shrimp, vegetables, and noodles. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy your delicious hibachi shrimp and vegetable lo-mein!
