In my interest to learn more about the #symbolic nature of #rings, I consulted with a good friend of mine, Google. The following information comes from @theartofmanliness and the writing of @rmrstyle and is not my own. . Wearing a #ring on your #pinkyfinger is associated with "the qualities of intelligence, discernment, and persuasion". . Wearing a ring on your ring #finger, besides the obvious #wedding or #engagement, it "is associated with the sun, a source of #creativity and #beauty as well as #romantic #relationships" . . The middle finger "is held to #symbolize structure, balance, conscience, and order". . A man who wears a ring on his #indexfinger is "believed to be unapologetic and confident". . A ring worn on a #thumb is "symbolic of strength of character, identity, will, and self-asuredness". .
