author's note: hey guys! this is my first time doing one of these, and I'm still getting better, so forgive me if its a bit shabby. If you have any requests, feel free to send them in! I'm in a creative buzz rn lol. Enjoy!

🦌📻Alastor📻🦌:

The day that your attacker decides to hurt you is the day that they decide to die. Messing with the Radio Demon’s plaything is about the last thing you want to do. 

Alastor often sent his shadows to follow you into town when he couldnt be with you, so the second you were attacked, Alastor could sense that something was wrong. 

By the time his shadows had carried you back to the hotel, your attacker had already escaped, but luckily, his shadows saw everything.

When he rushed down to see you, he seemed rather indifferent at first. He carried you up to his room, immediately conjuring several healing ointments to heal you quickly.

He laid you in his bed, in which you almost immediately fell asleep.

He hears the whispers of his shadows, and gains all of the information he needs out of them. 

With a single snap of his finger, the issue was taken care of. Rumor has it that the screams of your attackers' seemingly “random” death could be heard about 3 rings down. 

While waiting for you to wake, Alastor conjures two steaming bowls of his mother’s jambalaya. Placing one on the side table next to you, he sits down next to your sleeping body and lightly grazes your head, singing soothing songs until you wake up.  

😈🗝️Charlie🗝️😈:

Would of course be so very angry at whoever did this, but her first priority would be healing you up and making sure that you’re absolutely 100% okay and comfortable. 

Would set you up in her bed and assure that you have anything at all that would make you feel more comfortable. Tea? Yup. Ice pack? Already got it. Cuddles? Of course!

Would definitely let you cuddle with Razzle and Dazzle for as long as you needed.

She would try her best to talk to you and figure out what happened - to figure out who did this to you.

As you told her, she seemed surprisingly… calm? She simply thanked you for telling her and left the room. 

Though Charlie doesn't seem like a particularly violent person… She can get protective over the people she loves. So, let's just say she got that issue taken care of real quick. How stupid to mess with the Morningstar family. 

🪽⚔️Vaggie⚔️🪽:

Anybody in her vicinity needs to watch out when she hears that her love is hurt. 

Like, seriously, heads will roll. But not before she checks on you to evaluate how badly she needs to fuck up the person who did this to you. 

When she sees you, bruised and bloody, she can't help but hold you so tight and cry, scolding you for getting yourself into a bad situation without her there to protect you.

Vaggie knows what it feels like to be beaten and dumped on the side of the street like garbage. She could never forgive herself if she allowed that to happen to anybody else, let alone the genuine love of her life. 

When she asks for the person who did this, you can only give her a vague description. That’s alright though, she will use her former exterminator skills to scan all of Hell and find the person who dared to do this to you. She will not leave this alone until she serves you justice. 

🕷️💖Angeldust💖🕷️:

Coming home from the studio to find you in his room, crying and bruised, he immediately drops whatever he’s doing and comforts you in the biggest hug ever. 

Angel has plenty of experience with being abused and left to fend for himself, so he doesn't immediately resort to asking questions. No, that’s not what you need right now. You just need to know that you’re loved, beautiful, and that this does nothing to affect your worth or value as a person.

He carries you from the floor to his bed, covering you in blankets and laying next to you with Fat Nuggets. 

“It’s okay baby. You can cry, it's okay.�� he whispers as you sob into his chest.

He allows you to initiate the conversation of what happened, not wanting to push you past your limits. 

Once he finds out what happened, he knows what he has to do. He waits until you fall asleep, and heads down to the club where your attacker happens to frequent. For once, being a famous pornstar will actually serve in his favor. He tempts your attacker to follow him, and immediately beats him to an absolute pulp. 

He allows the person to live, saying “I am only letting you live so you can know how it feels. You ever try this shit again, and I will find you. Except that time, you wont leave here looking so… whole.”

♥️♦️Husk♦️♥️:

Husk is used to all the residents of the hotel bitching and moaning to him about all of their issues. With Charlie coming to him and oftentimes crying about the many failures of the hotel, tears were no foreign sight to him.

But coming from the kitchen to the bar and seeing you there, looking an absolute mess, was different. 

“What the-What the fuck happened?” he yells. When you flinch, he knows that something happened.

When you explain to him what happened, he immediately needs a description of the attacker. He takes possibly the largest shot you've ever seen and storms out of the hotel.

He wishes that he could do more to protect you. Back when he was an overlord, he had power beyond anybody's imagination. He could've snapped a finger and your attacker would simply disintegrate (but not before he tortured him a bit first). But now that Alastor owned his soul, his powers were limited. 

You know what wasn't limited on husk, though? His pure physical strength.  

He immediately finds the guy walking on the street adjacent to the hotel (dumb, right?) and absolutely obliterates him. 

As the attacker is begging for his life, he just keeps hitting, blind with rage and love for you.

When he wants back into the hotel bloody and exasperated, he sits in the stool next to you and wraps you with one of his wings. 

“It’s all okay now. I’m here” he says as you lean on his shoulder, so ready to go to bed. 

🐍⚙️Sir Pentious⚙️🐍:

Sir Pentious always loved coming to your room to show you his many zany inventions. Normally you welcome him in with open arms, a sweet smile on your face, but today was different.

When he knocked on your door, he was met with absolute silence, which isn't normal for you. When he listened a bit closer, though, he could hear your small sniffles. He trusted his gut and slowly opened the door, fully ready to be denied entry.

Instead, you looked at him shyly, turning away and crying. He could've sworn that he saw a… black eye?

He took this opportunity to come and sit next to you on your floor, placing his arm around you and letting you lean your head on his shoulder. 

When he noticed that you were calming down a bit, he asked you what was wrong.

You explained that while you were engaged in a turf war, some ruffian beat you up, and badly. The girl you had momentarily teamed up with had left you behind, and you were left to trek back to the hotel on your own, barely able to walk. 

You could see something change in his eyes. 

He curled his tail around you, his cool skin calming your nerves. He assured you that he was here now, and nothing like this would ever happen to you again. He then swiftly called his egg bois to entertain and comfort you while he prepared his airship. The idiot that did this to you was going to pay, and not just in turf.

😈🐣Lucifer🐣😈:

Bursting into Lucifer’s room, the only thing you could mutter is “Help” as you fell into his arms. 

He frantically carried you to a chair and tried to assess your injuries. Man, someone fucked you up, and badly. Too bad he would kill them before they could brag about their success. 

He rushed to find ANYTHING that could help you. Bandages, ice, your favorite food, a rubber duck, ANYTHING. 

When he finds you absolutely passed out asleep in the chair, he gently moves you to his bed and tries his best not to stir you. 

As he sits watching you, thinking of your beautiful smile (and how he’ll brutally kill the person who did this to you), he observes your features with great detail. 

When you wake up, you smile. Lucifer must have gone, but sitting on your table is a bowl of soup and… is that a rubber duck that looks like you?

Behold, my ugly sketches! These are random moments from my WIR AU (poorly explained here). I've been feeling a little drained lately, so this is the best I can do at the moment. Though I must admit, working on this silly project has been kind of therapeutic for me. It's not just the act of creating a new character, but King Candy/Turbo in particular is genuinely so much fun to draw (and I think you'll see that for yourself very soon lol).

Also, I cannot fully express how thankful I am for all your nice comments and tags 🥹. They really motivate me to work even harder.

Under the cut I included a bit of an explanation on Luna's character, if you want to read it!

As I said before, her name is Luna and she's been present in the arcade since the '80s.

Knowing that Fix-it Felix Jr. took inspiration from the first Donkey Kong, I wanted to do something similar with another great classic. And I'm a huge Zelda fan, so...

I know the first Zelda game didn't exactly release for the arcade, but the idea was too tempting for me. Later on I discovered Gauntlet, an actual arcade game very similar in concept to what I had in mind. And so I tried to design a character that could belong in an ipotetical adventure game but with a cute, simple aesthetic. I'm definetely no expert when it comes to retro gaming, so I apologize if my design doesn't look very accurate. All I can say is that AT LEAST I tried to make her design believable to the movie.

In her first sketches she looked a lot like Link, and while that could have been considered ok given my goal, I didn't want to simply make a copy. Ralph and Felix are inspired by Donkey Kong and Mario, but they don't look like them. So I tried incorporating new elements that could help distinguishing her more. She became less of a warrior and more of a mage. Her weapon went from being an ultra powerful axe to a magic paintbrush that could also serve as a broom to fly on. I'm still not sure on this one though. I like the concept, but I wonder if it isn't a bit too much.

On the topic of the game itself, I'm still debating a few things, but here's the core idea behind it: I'd like to explore what happens when a game just… isn’t played anymore. At least like it used to in the past. And its characters are are faced with the prospect of losing their home and purpose forever. The sound of the bell rouses you, forcing you to sit up groggily as you blink at the dark room. The heavily draped window is dark too, and when you look blearily for the digital clock on the bedside table, it confirms your suspicion. 

 The bright numbers read 3:17, and for a moment you consider turning back over and going back to sleep, but the little bell next to your bed sounds again insistently. 

 I hate that fucking bell. It’s an antiquated remnant of the house’s past, from a time when your lavish bedroom was once part of the servant’s quarters, the bell a means to summon you. Now, however, it serves a somewhat different purpose. 

 Is it really different? He calls, I come.

 Andy’s side of the bed is cold, you note as you roll out from underneath the covers. You peek through the curtains out at the moon, a dark sliver eaten out of the bright circle. It won’t last, though—it’s due to be full tomorrow, maybe the day after, so Andy’s side of the bed will remain cold until then. 

 You hate that you miss him, a little. He is a good conversationalist after all, your man—your monster. 

 Andy is supposed to be with the pack—you know this from past experience. It’s strange he’s waited so long to leave, and you know that now he must have certainly missed his chance. You make your way down the long hall, the only sound the whisper of your long robe against the cool tile. He isn’t downstairs, not when you exit the grand staircase and into the dark living room. The house is intimidating in the dark, but you’ve done this enough times now that you could probably do it with your eyes shut if you wanted to. You go through the kitchen, pausing briefly before the cellar door. 

 When you open it, Andy is waiting for you on the other side. It’s easy to see the change is almost upon him. His bare chest is heaving, shiny with sweat. His eyes are fever bright, nostrils flaring from the scent of you. When he licks his lips, your pulse quickens, and you wonder if he can hear it, if he knows. 

 I should have seen it coming.

 You should have—but Andy had blinded you. Love blinded you. You had not noticed your friends dropping from your life like irate flies as you found yourself too busy with Andy Barber to see them, your family held at arms length by their disapproval of your wealthy, mysterious new beau. People falling like dominoes until you were alone—

Yeah I tend to like Raph centric fics and there isn’t a whole lot of em. I am wondering why would a Raph centric fic turn people away. Is it because he isn’t popular?

It does seem like Leo-centric fics are more popular in the TMNT fandom, especially for Rise fanfic. I totally get it, though. Raph is an awesome character, but it's usually Leo who gets hit hardest/most frequently with with the angst stick in canon, and that creates more opportunity for compelling fanfic...(not that fic has to be super angsty to be fun, but we do all seem to love it lol).

Raph and the others are awesome characters with tons of angsty arcs in canon, but it does seem like Leo serves as fandom's favorite punching bag more often than not. Just look at the different in the number of Leo-centric fics with these super angsty tags vs Raph-centric:

Reciprocity might be from Raph's POV, and we might have only seen bits and pieces of Leo so far in flashbacks and through Raph's dreams, but I can assure you that he is having an extremely bad time. Were your Durge/Tavs inspired by characters from other movies/shows/literature?

Lilla's neither; she's more of a "side character," but here are her biggest inspirations!

Judge Anderson (DREDD): Lilla is a Knowledge domain cleric - supported by her Patron Bane (introduced by Gortash, of course). Anderson can read minds, and Knowledge clerics have the same ability, as well as other Banite-adjacent abilities like Command, and Dominate Person. She's obviously going to be different than the other Banite cleric NPC's in game, as her job is to specifically protect Gortash (she protecc but also attacc).

I wanted her to be bookish, prim(in public👀), and an over achiever - essentially a prime example of professionalism, as the boss is trying to be a politician 😈

I really like Judge Anderson's innocent competence, so I wanted to keep that Lilla's front-facing demeanor; even when her arc does stray away from the good moral alignment after being hired on by Gort - in which her moral alignment clearly gets influenced by him, but she realizes later it's literally just in her blood to be a Banite!

Lee (Secretary) -I love the innocent-to-confident character arc, (as you can probably see by the Judge Anderson arc as well,) but let's be real, Lilla was originally created for a smut so I could waggle my brainworms, and the Secretary holds a special place in my heart.

The movie greatly inspired Awaiting Further Instruction, and I really enjoyed having Lilla go through an adventure of finding her nature, with the help of Gortash, of course. GoGo (Kill Bill): obviously vastly different from Anderson, so you can kind of see how the arc goes - and while I don't make Lilla nearly as sadistic as GoGo, she still does have a little streak of it when it comes to anyone who is threatening, insulting, or impeding Gortash in whatever way.

Lilla's demeanor can quickly switch from prim/professional/sweet, to taking personal pleasure in dispatching a rival for Gortash, depending on the level of the crime. Like him, she has a personal perception of justice that greatly aligns with his, and if she has been sicced on someone who has wronged him, she will sentence them accordingly. This can range from playful banter/underhanded threats and blackmail, to abruptly decapitating a goblin mid-sentence because he said something uncouth about Gortash.

My vision for her was the "loyal sidekick of the mob boss," and I find it extremely fun giving her a more interesting role than "yes master, no master," specifically for smut purposes.

Scleritas Fel (BG3) : LOL Yes, my initial idea was: "Why can't Gortash have a little minion like Scleritas Fel?" And here we are 😅🫣

I didn't want to rip off the concept of Scleritas directly, but Lilla is still intrinsically tied to Bane because he made her - not like Bhaal made Durge - but more of a "secret, experimental ritual commissioned by Bane, conducted in the outskirts of Calimport where some Banites conceived a person designed to seek out and serve his Chosen, but she ended up being too loveable and the Banites couldn't stand treating her like Banites should, so they wiped her memory, sent her to an orphanage, and offed themselves in shame," kind of way.

Obviously Bane was also ashamed by his botched experiment, so they have a shaky relationship, but that's all been settled in the fic 😇

Ultimately I wanted to write something fun for Gortash - and give him something nice! Lilla is very nice, and likes him very much (bordering on obsession), and is actually very useful in many ways beyond smutty silliness! She does a lot of research, spies, transcribes, organises dossiers/blackmail material, and pretty much oversees his political campaign and businesses (legal and otherwise) while he does the big-boy-chosen work.

I'll do one about Destri (Durge) soon too 🥰

How do you think Usagi’s past differs in 03!tmnt compared to the Yojimbo comics?

HELLO this is an excellent question!!

In the Usagi Yohimbo comics, there's like..basically no timeline. Ages are never given, years are measured almost exclusively by Jotaro's age. So it's all a little wibbly and open to interpretation how old Usagi is and when events take place. The 03 timeline is not so forgiving!!

We know Usagi is a child and student at the Battle Nexus that Splinter attends when the turtle boys would have been 11 or 12. By the next Battle Nexus Tournament, he's a RONIN!! That's a lot to happen to the poor kid over just three years. Also incredibly notably, Usagi does not have his eyebrow scar in the 03 show. That implies that the battle at Adachigahara did not happen, which is REALLY SIGNIFICANT!! That's where Usagi became a ronin.

In UY comics, there are a few stories that take place in the time that Usagi is serving under Lord Mifune, implying that it's maybe a year or so that he's in the Lord's service before he's ronin'd. If you apply that timeline to 03 Usagi, he was just 13 or 14 when he entered his service, at MOST. Considering Jotaro's existence and the fact that Samurai usually did not come of age until 15-17 even in feudal Japan (which Usagi does not technically live in! He's very very early Edo/very late feudal), I think he was likely a bit older in the comics when he entered Lord Mifune's service. Also since it's implied that Adachigahara didn't happen, I like to think Mifune was probably assassinated in his home like his wife and child were in the comics.

But there's another thing. 2003 Usagi doesn't wear a mon, which is the little circle with dots that's on his kimono in the comics. This, in all reality, is probably because he's animated and animating that would have been a pain. BUT THE IMPLICATIONS. There's maybe an implication that he did not serve a lord at all, but maybe his sensei Katsuichi's death was what prompted his roninhood. That technically doesn't make him ronin, but it fits the timeline a little better and gives you a different set of angst to work with lol.

As for his personality, it's VERY different. We don't see too much of him, sure, but he's much more...calm? Level-headed? In the 03 show than in the comics. In the comics he had a sort of Samurai haughtiness at first. It wears off a little around the beginning of the IDW run (iirc I might actually be thinking abt Dark Horse and I don't feel like checking) but he's definitely arrogant. He's also just STUPID lmao. In 03 he has a sort of...ohhh I don't wanna say racist Japanese wisdom, but it's kind of That. He's presented as serene and put together and honor-driven.

If comics Usagi were the one faced with a Donatello that grabs his arm when he reaches out for a poisoned Leo, there would have been WORDS. Usagi would not have taken Donnie's skepticism and suspicion lying down. They probably would have thrown hands tbh. And actually now that I'm thinking about it I would love to see that.

I do like the 03 version of Usagi, but until I started reading the comics, I didn't love him. I prefer comics Usagi any day of the week, and I tend to write Usagi more like his comics version. Because he's a messy bitch who's way more interesting ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is a tough question. But I think I’d have to say no. Personally I’ve never thankfully pulled a star out of the sky, nor do I serve/work for someone like magnifico.

But I mean as someone currently getting destroyed academically I’m feeling Asha’s frustration on a whole new level 😭😭😭

E: E: If you wrote a sequel to [kingdom of the stars], what would it be about?

I’ve punted this idea around a few times, I really have because I do think I have enough lore/material for a sequel and maybe a hazy ending in mind, but it would all depend on how well I think it could come together. KOTS sorta fell into place the more I thought about it, even though one huge thing did change in between planning and writing that I’ll tell you guys at the end of the story.

But for now I’ve always liked the one idea that the ideal sequel to KOTS would be like a treasure planet/the Odyssey esque crossover with Asha in space teaming up with Jim to retrieve an ancient star artifact while coming across all sorts of enemies. I honestly don’t even if Cepheus would be there- I know he should but uuuhhh (it’s hard to explain without spoiling stuff) this honestly feels more like a spin off than a sequel

Another sequels idea is honestly too spoiler heavy but just know that it involves Asha meeting Ceph’s family who are just as curious about her as she is about them. (That’s all I’m gonna say for now! The drama would be insane and there would definitely be a quest.

K: What’s the angstiest idea you’ve ever come up with?

Blame @yurikalonesome for this but the story would end with Ceph being stuck in the sky always there for Asha to see but never to speak too as she eventually grows old and passes away. That’s only one idea I’ve had- I’ve played with Rosas being destroyed, some curses being permanent, a bunch of stuff. the other ones are more spoiler heavy, but I honestly think I’ve got a weird definition of angst lol.

X: A character you enjoy making suffer.

Honestly? All of them😂😂😂 like my pain is rated E for EVERYONE IN MY CHARACTER CAST. They’ve all had pain trust me. But it honestly depends on the mood- it usually alternates between Ceph and Asha but it’s ok. I’ll make it up to them- I promise…. 😉😈

If/when Eggy finally scraps orbot and cubot for good, do you think he'd show them the superior bots that he's replacing them with (and bragging about the superior bots superiority while calling robot and cubot Useless), just before he scraps them, just to twist the knife?😈

He was clearly already very into threatening them with the idea of replacing them to immediately knock them back into submission and obedience all along lol

And now that Sage is a thing, I can imagine it's getting worse for them already as he practically already unintentionally replaced them as when she exceeded all expectations, he quickly expressed enthusiasm to assign her to many major tasks they would've previously managed

So they're almost out of a job already aside from like the awkward things like being called to the bathroom/bedroom to assist him or give his special massages etc where they have to see him nude lol with Sage in the picture

She's appealing to many of Eggman's needs and much more enthusiastically and earnestly than they ever did, so she's much more reliable to him and praised by him of course. Plus there's the greater appeal for all the pride he can take in her for being an impressive creation that he truly feels is reflective of his genius just like he longed for in the prequel comic

He could never say the same for poor Orbot and Cubot, who he feels put a stain on his image more often than not for how often they set off his short temper, disappoint him, and need much more forcing and threatening into doing a lot of things. Their typical antics are specifically what made him wish for something to be proud of above

Sage, seeing them as family, may hope that Eggman changes his mind on how he feels about them but he knows she'll still remain loyal to her beloved father, even after any disappointment if he did it. Not that it's not a concern to him in the first place anyway because he always does what he wants and that won't change for anyone at all XD

So he may already be very close to replacing them without even needing to make more robots first, the more he finds Sage and Metal cover most areas for him! Aside from those early things he still makes them do. I can imagine even if he's already immediately constantly putting them down in comparison to Sage every time he praises his golden child

He could make their replacements quickly because both quality and quantity matters and he needs some for those more awkward intimate tasks and he'd be sure to brag about how much better they are at serving him too, but especially Metal and Sage as his very best. Really rub it in to make them feel like inferior useless disgraces in comparison

Or maybe without even making their direct replacements yet, he'd tease by telling them he'll use their parts to make better and superior robots that replace the very last of their little purpose and use to him left, will reflect his genius, and treat him the way he should be. "I'll replace you with creations I can actually be proud of, like Metal and Sage!"

And he'd also cruelly emphasize that he's definitely not going to use their data banks/minds if he repurposes them to make these new robots he boasts of creating because they're only good for their parts. He wants to make it hurt, make them feel like the trash they'll become when they're torn apart and thrown away, unable to feel anything at all

Oh this cruel bastard. Him being proud and happy with his newest shiny toy makes him either totally ignore and abandon, deliberately treat his older obsolete creations like shit to make them feel inferior in comparison, and/or even scrap them entirely. You may be happy for Sage's promotions but poor Orbot and Cubot have to suffer for it!
