The criminals are terrified into surrender from The Red Hood just laughing hysterically at seemingly nothing while Batman just Stands There

Damian ends up being the only one still functioning enough to continue arresting everyone, though he is privately amused and strangely proud

Tim and Barbara have saved both the com recordings and cowl footage to at least three different servers and sent it to absolutely everyone before Batman even recovers

Duke finds out second hand the next morning and is furious he missed the chance to see it in person. He declares he is moving to the nightshift so it doesn’t happen again. (He is all talk and goes to bed by 9 pm)

Bruce bans the phrase for life and promises swift and server punishment to anyone who dares to use it again

Monster Hunter Pocket Edition 2024: Rathalos

Back in 2020 I made some pixel art for a hypothetical Monster Hunter fighting game that would has been put on the Neo Geo Pocket Colour and I've wanted to do a remake of those pieces for some time now. Starting off, we have the king of the Skies, Rathalos!

Now, I know it's often said in art circles that you shouldn't put down your own work, and I still somewhat happy with the original... but I don't know about you guys, but the new version is such an improvement. And I'm stoked with how it came out. I'll be doing a bit extra with these ones too as each "in game" sprite will be accompanied by a "character select" sprite and 18 x 18 pixel portrait. On top of that, the original 6 monsters will be joined by 4 new ones.

I hope you guys like it and I'll see you next time with the next monster... or something else... not gonna lie, since I have the animation done now I'm not too sure what to do but we'll see!

finally got around to watching hbomberguy's plagiarism video and i. don't even really know if i have so many thoughts. i loved it, obviously, it's such an incredible and fine toothed combing through of who deserves to be credited for everything james somerton has stolen. it's not his work and he didn't have to do it, it's going far above and beyond what's necessary–except that it isn't, because the video isn't about the drama or the fact that somebody else Did A Wrong. it's about the people plagiarism hurts, between the creators and the audience and the plagarisers themselves.

i feel like i went into the video with certain expectations based on the way i saw tumblr react to it, and there was some of that, too, and i'm sure i was viewing those reactions through my own biases but. i think it's really cool how different it was from what i expected. i really loved how much of it is dedicated to just. showing why and how doing this hurts people, and it's wrong because of that, not because someone decided it is.

i dunno. it's a very poignant and well stated and researched video, and i can't wait to watch some videos from the creators he recommends. and it really made me think about how even the pieces of art i make that i think are silly or ridiculous are some little part of figuring out who i am, a little bit of myself drawn out and pinned to paper, and in exchange i think i get a little closer to, like hbomberguy talks about at the end of the video, filling that little bit of nothing inside of us with something.

and i think that's really cool.
