Tensura is…interesting, because I swear I haven’t seen anyone else talking about this, and for all I know it’s got a completely different explanation that I just don’t have the necessary context to make sense of, but like it GENUINELY jumpscared me when I watched the movie Scarlet Bond.

I wanna preface this just by making it clear that these are my own observations and I’m not trying to start a fight, because there’s every chance that I’m missing something really important here. And I also am not writing a formal essay, either — these are just my informal, honest thoughts about what I saw (especially as an academic who happened to have been studying fascist propaganda at the time I watched this movie). Take this with a grain of salt, especially because I’ve actually never seen anyone else mention this aspect of the movie or the anime. But also…I don’t think I imagined this?

Okay, so, the main villain of Scarlet Bond is Lacua who is 1) a greedy, scheming merchant, 2) heavily connected to gold and a plan to steal the gold of the kingdom of Raja, 3) part of an underground cabal that aims to control and corrupt the kingdom of Raja, ruled by the pure-hearted Queen Towa, 4) literally poisoning said kingdom from within via its water supply, 5) literally feeding off of the life force of said pure-hearted queen and planning to steal away her body in an effort to raise his status, and 6) secretly an actual demon.

And to top it all of, Lacua looks like THIS:

…Look, I’m not going to sit here and say that Tensura Slime is absolutely antisemitic propaganda. For one thing: I don’t know how antisemitic sentiments actually translate in Japanese culture, OR how the tropes above would translate to a Japanese audience. There’s every possibility that I don’t have all the information here, and I don’t want to make serious accusations if I’m not sure about it, ESPECIALLY when it seems like I’m the only one who saw it like this. —But from the perspective of a Westerner, and as a Westerner who has actually dedicated a good deal of time to the academic study of fascist propaganda, I mean: you can see why I might have found something like that a bit shocking, right??

And then from there, I couldn’t help thinking about this Very Shocking plot development within the context of the show itself, and suddenly a LOT of stuff got recontextualized in not-so-great ways. Like, 1) the main villains being an underground cabal aiming to control the world from the shadows, 2) the trend of victims of violent offenses (that often killed all their loved ones) forgiving and befriending the aggressors because the aggressors are Actually Alright People (like with the goblins and the Tempest Wolves or the kirin and the orcs), 3) Shizu coming from World War II-era Japan and having a whole conversation with Rimuru about the destruction waged against Japan and how Japan has since come back better than ever (which now I realized did nothing to acknowledge Japan’s role in the war, which had been acceptable BEFORE because Shizu was just a civilian — but then LACUA became a thing to take into account, and suddenly what side Japan took against Third Reich Germany was kind of important), 4) the fact that whenever the monsters get names and “evolve” they become more traditionally attractive in order to demonstrate their superiority to their previous forms, and even 5) the general vibe of the story being very conflict-averse, which I had already thought was a flaw, but I hadn’t considered it in the context of how the trends of German movies (with Germany and Japan being allies) at the height of the war had SPECIFICALLY aimed to be lighthearted and with very clear good guys and bad guys in order to pacify the public. (Hell, even the title “That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime” takes on a bit of a different tone when you realize that there was a HUGE trend in Third Reich Germany of stories being framed as flashbacks (long story).)

Anyway, literally nobody else seems to have said anything about this, and as stated above I likely don’t have all the information here — for fuck’s sake I started comparing this piece of Japanese media to old GERMAN movies, who knows how fair or accurate THAT is — so I’m giving the author the benefit of the doubt. Hell, maybe I only noticed it because I happened to be doing a serious academic deep dive into the propaganda of the Third Reich at the time of watching the film, and otherwise wouldn’t have given it a second glance. But like…I REALLY don’t think I imagined this?

To conclude: imagine the kind of whiplash I felt that night when I came home after a long day of studying the history of antisemitic propaganda, opened up Tensura Slime expecting some lighthearted fun in a rather conflict-averse story about a powerful slime making friends and forming alliances — and got slapped in the face with what sure fucking LOOKED like what I had just decided to take a break from studying with absolutely no warning lmao. It was certainly an experience.

Thinking back on my Naegami parent headcanon post I made while ago about Damon being Makotos and Byakuyas child, I posted it back when P;EG prolog just came out, I think

Anyway I wanna add another headcanon I have onto it :)

Basically I have a headcanon that after Makoto had risked so much to save them, the remnants started to be really close to Makoto. It’s to the point where it’s not rare to see Makoto with them whenever they all meet up, basically the remnants low-key adopted Makoto lol

So I imagine when Damon came into the picture, the remnants started to do the same with him. To the remnants, Makoto is their friend so that makes Damon their nephew, looking after him when ever Makoto was tired or whatever, one or a few of the remnants would look after Damon.

They’ve 100% stolen time from Kyoko, Aoi, Hiro, and especially Byakuya to be with Damon even tho he’s literally his father lol (Makoto had to make a chart so that the remnants can take turns looking after Damon and stop stealing everyone’s time with him (they still try sometimes lmao))

But if you remember, the remnants are ex-terrorists and literally insane, I imagine afterward they’ve gotten therapy and have gotten better but there still some crazy and unhingedness still lingering, which as time went on, slowly rubbed off on Damon

So now because off all that, sometimes Damon will say something, wether as a joke or seriously, so incredibly unhinged it takes you a second to realize what happened, it doesn’t happen often, only at random intervals, like a few times or going months without hearing it, it makes you question if it really happened or not

And Damon has NO idea cause all he knows, he’s not saying anything unhinged cause this is just how he was raised

I say this with 100% awareness that sometimes fandom likes to run with things based off of minimal subtext but I rlly truly don’t get. The majority of the arguments for why we wouldn’t get devil’s minion in the past? Lmao

Like the one (1) reason I can actually see us not getting it is just there not being enough screentime to go around. That’s not unthinkable to me at all; there’s a lot to potentially cover next season. But like, I literally can’t think of any other good reason for them to not do it.

And I think it’s worth saying that I wouldn’t be doing this kind of theorizing with any other show. It’s specifically bc this show likes to drop easter eggs and clues, likes to sew in little details, and also is not afraid of going all out, that I feel like I can take the things I pick up on seriously. Cause yeah, if this were another show, it might genuinely mean nothing, bc a lot of other shows just aren’t written with that enthusiasm or attention to detail or courage to Go Places.

And I also think it should be noted that like. While the show is certainly plenty different from the book(s), their modus operandi when it comes to adaptation is much more to add than to take away. They added old Daniel, added Loumand still being together, added a shit ton of extra small bits to Claudia’s arc. Their method of adaptation is not one of subtraction. They’re not taking away whole character beats and plot events. They’re adding, adding new situations, new settings, new contexts.

And that “adding” extends to character relationships as well. They built that danlou best friends/sexual tension out of the almost-nothing in the source material. Armand and Santiago (apparently) slept together. They’re not taking away interesting side dynamics that existed in the books, they’re literally adding more.

Like why wouldn’t they add past devils minion?? It only makes Armand and Daniel’s present relationship that much more complicated and insane, which is the exact thing this show loves to do.

Not to mention DM is only one chapter, by which I mean; if the argument against past devils minion is just screentime, like I personally think it is, we should also remember that. It’s only one chapter. It’s not that much additional material. And about a fourth of it is Daniel’s turning and the lead up to that, which we know would instead be in the modern day, not in flashback; and another several pages are Armand keeping Daniel trapped in a cellar, which 2x05 has already done. So like. It’s not that much material they’d have to cover to do past devils minion. Like, half an episode altogether at most, frankly, and they could easily spread that all out as they pleased. And this is after season 2 spent an entire episode just on the events during and immediately post 1973 interview. Which they did not have to do. It was a choice to add that material.

Idk sometimes ppl act like it’s soooo crazy for people to be theorizing DM happened in the past and I’m like I literally don’t think it is? And trust me I get that sometimes people get shipping goggles on, and it’s annoying when people make everything about a ship, etc, (but also that’s literally just how fandom is in general? idk what you expect), but. Idk man it doesn’t seem that wild to me in comparison to some of the places the show has been willing to go? And meanwhile like half of you keep insisting Raglan James is Marius. Because to me, gojo truly *is* a good person in his actions. he says crass things and maybe his mentality can be detached at times, but he always helps people where it counts. Even when he was taking Riko's body away and he asked geto if he should just kill the cult members and geto said no- I have a hard time picturing gojo actually going through with it even if geto *had* said yes. Because for all that gojo postures, I don't think he truly has that kind of bloodlust and rage in him, imo. Not even saying that I think killing those cult members would've been bad, or that Gojo would never ever kill anybody (simply not true), I just simply don't think gojo wouldve stopped walking, turned around, and killed allll those people in that instance (or if he did, I think he wouldve felt,,, off about it afterwards, despite what he said).

But I see so many stsg shippers who act like the only reason gojo was heartbroken about the situation was just because geto left him, and not bc, yaknow, geto committed reprehensible atrocities and became a supremacist. and i'm like,,, are we watching the same show? it's truly such a BAFFLING perspective of the relationship to me. like why erase their moral differences ? doesn't that make the ship more interesting? I’d save you from Twitter if I could, friend. Not saying other sites are free of harebrained idiots. I have Getou and satosugu blocked here for a reason, and I’ve seen screenshots of rancid fucking takes from TikTok and Instagram. Even Reddit—and I’m talking about canon discussion subreddits that generally ban ship talk—didn’t spare me from having to see people’s most reductive takes on this ship. But Twitter in particular seems to be where brain cells go to die.

Nothing in the world can make satosugu compelling to me, but objectively, it’s a ship with rich potential—for angst, for drama, for fluff, for toxicity, for love, for hate, for all of it combined. Like you’ve said, one of the most interesting facets of their relationship is how their bond culminates in betrayal. I’m personally quite interested in the fact that Gojou killed Getou despite loving him, after sparing him for eleven years because of the very same love. It’s not like Getou was ever harmless—he was a special-grade curse user, not the kind of threat you want running around. His cult activities and killings weren’t exactly subtle either. That angle—the fact that love makes Gojou turn a blind eye to Getou’s actions until he crosses a line even Gojou can’t abide—is very, very interesting to me as someone quite obsessed with Gojou’s characterization. People who have an equivalent interest in Getou would find plenty there to peel apart, probably. The two of them together would also offer rich, nuanced grounds for exploration, and I’m sure there are people doing just that.

But fandom spaces as a whole have become exceptionally sanitized recently. I’m not talking about people who generally simply prefer fluff and write that regardless of canon dynamics; there’s nothing wrong with that. We’re all allowed our self-indulgent tastes. But what you’ve described—a tendency to erase characters’ dark or grey morality, to think along black-and-white lines that put people into neat little boxes, to remove unsavory or unhealthy elements from relationships—has been plaguing fandoms more and more, especially fandoms with a large number of young(er) fans. JJK is definitely one of those.

I’ve seen similar takes on a lot of JJK ships as well as platonic relationships, like goyuu shippers asking why fic authors write Gojou as predatory toward Yuuji in canon settings with their canon ages (yeah, a real mystery why a 28 y/o romancing/fucking a 15 y/o would be written as predatory) and dad!Gojou truthers earnestly arguing that Gojou has paternal feelings toward Megumi (or Yuuji or his students in general) and is also such a good dad. I’ve seen it with even sukugo and tojigo, in the brief days before both wound up on my blacklist.

Basically, it’s a fandom-wide issue in the English-speaking JJK sphere (I’m sure the Eastern side and other language/region-specific sides have their own debates and issues, but I’m unfamiliar with those), and because satosugu is the biggest ship in this sphere, it has a significantly larger number of voices making themselves heard—as well as a significantly larger number of nuance-allergic dumbasses making themselves heard. The latter tends to be so fucking loud, often drowning out the other voices. It can feel inescapable, even with filters and shit.

I just finished your dollmaker Sunghoon fic and I think it has changed me irrevocably. I've always loved themes of innocence and its subtle corruption, especially because it is so defenseless against it, and the power dynamics it comes with when it's personified. I've also always been obsessed with dolls, lambs and bunnies in media representing this corruption (cats always seem to be true neutral), but dolls in particular.

You truly have a gift for writing. It's difficult to introduce a character's fatal flaw and portray their downfall due to it. I think Sunghoon, in his obsession and pursuit of perfection, is actually not evil, as he justifies his actions to himself, and you wrote it in such a way it seemed justified to the reader as well. The reader's inability to see past the her view of Sunghoon's perfection proved to be her undoing.

I sometimes struggle to relate to characters in second person, especially when they behave in ways I would never, but with your writing style, it was so easy to slip into her body and mind. I think if you wanted to, you could definitely become a published author (I'd be no. 1 fan), as your style is compelling without being saturating or too simple, and your effortless weaving of themes into a story ensures it stays in a reader's head for weeks. It's also what draws people into re-reading it time and again.

Here is my (probably very bad) Universal Monsters chatfic!! (There’s a bunch of context for my au under the cut, so if you wanna skip it you’ll have to scroll a bit :/ )

Here’s a crapton of context for my AU:

All the characters have access to modern technology for completely unknown reasons (probably due to time travel caused by one of the scientists or something?) (and it makes for funny scenarios). Dracula and Renfield have a healthy (if a bit crazy) romantic relationship (inspired by Gomez and Morticia Addams) because I can’t bring myself to write abuse/conflict. Franky (Frankenstein’s monster) and Bea (bride of Frankenstein) are very cute kind couple (and they are ace) they also both have the intelligence of 18-20 year olds (for the sake of the plot). Jekyll and Hyde are here even though I’m pretty sure universal never made a movie with them. Both Larry Talbot and Jack Griffin’s families think they are dead. Kharis (the mummy) and Gil (creature from the black lagoon) also have average intelligence (because plot) and Kharis speaks English and whatever ancient Egyptian language he spoke when he was alive. Gil speaks English, and gets sick when in saltwater because he is (as far as I know) lagoons are (mostly) freshwater. They are all roommates living and “living” in the same house, the mansion from Abbot and Costello Meet Frankenstein. Griffin is a menace, frequently pranks everyone, and brags about crashing a train. I’m 95.9% sure none of these characters are actually “in character”, this is as “ooc” as you could get lmao

Chapter 1: documentary

(Griffin pranks Larry Talbot)

Griffin: social experiment: I play a wolf documentary in a room in the same house as a werewolf. Hypotheses: all the howling will bother him. Expected outcome: either I prank him and he’s too tired to do anything about it, or I get my ass kicked.

Jekyll: ..I- what? Don’t do that Jack. It’s mean.

Griffin: do you forget that I crashed a train?

Jekyll: oh yeah, I purposefully ignore that fact.

Griffin: rude. your ignoring one of my greatest achievements >:(

Jekyll: It’s *You’re and yes. Yes I am.

Dracula: why would a documentary bother Lawrence? It’s on a screen? Fake?

Griffin: I have that answer in the hypothesis >:) also, wdym fake?

Franky: Dracula… do you think documentaries are staged??

Dracula: yes..??? Aren’t they?

Jekyll: No!

Kharis: we beat the living hell outta you when you ask us dumb questions.

Chapter 3: jello and insomnia

(Bea is eating jello at three am and gets “inspired”)

Bea: could you make jello out of ranch?

Franky: honey, wtf???? Its 3am come back to bed!!

Bea: I’m in the kitchen eating. Can’t sleep. Answer the question.

Franky: no????? It’s too thick of a substance.

Bea: sad. If I could I’d eat ranch cubes with carrot jello.

Franky: ew???

Renfield: what about ketchup jello?? Or pure mayonnaise jello? Or BLOOD jello??

Dracula: that last one sounds yummy ;)

Franky: please stop :/

Bea: babe it’s for science! What about sparkling water jello?? Like- the jello is FIZZY ya know?

Charlie is a VERY DAMN LOUD snorer whenever she’s at Phantasmo mansion. (She does that on purpose to annoy him hggfggfgfghfgg) however he actually doesn’t mind her snoring (too much at least) and when he does, he simply sleeps with some earmuffs. (Also, he does know that she does that on purpose, but he just pretends to be annoyed just to amuse her 🤭)

Usually Phantasmo doesn’t like to sleep because of his nightmares and bad sleeping habits. Charlie and T-oby have already tried to make the mad scientist sleep properly but he still insists that “sleep is for the weak” or “5 more minutes and then i’ll be already on bed” (spoiler: no, no he’s not going to bed in 5 minutes. It usually takes more 5 HOURS for him to sleep) or:

Phantasmo: it isn’t morning yet, so i’ll just work on a few more-

Ishi’li’s hobbies are messy because of his origins: they enjoyed solving Sudoku’s, and playing games, which I’d count as hobbies, but in Eorzea his old hobbies don’t hold up, cos…. Nobody makes Sudoku puzzles… and Games straight up don’t exist, to my knowledge. But he DOES learn to haggle and trade and help run business numbers. He actually genuinely enjoys math (it’s why he picks up Arcanist XD) ….. hm.. He picks up painting, after visiting the First, and subsequently Elpis, and possibly photography (Me and Zombiesock are toying with creation magic making essentially a Sheikah Slate, because due to how we shook out events Ishi is the only one of the cadre of WoL’s to actually be able to go to Elpis and they get frustrated at an inability to show it to everyone else, lmao.) … There’s not much of a common theme, they just like Learning stuff, especially if it can be applied to helping the team, (like Astrology, which is picked up, but kind of as a side gig to everything else that’s going on.) … and honestly it leans heavily into Magic, because it’s unique and interesting even if there’s a constant battle to keep up enough Mana to use it lmfao.

Tuesday likes reading (History, Cookbooks, Travel Guides, YA Short Story Romance), and cooking, even if he can’t like… taste the food he makes for some time (not sure when he gets taste but ah! He shall someday :) ) which means he’s always in need of taste testers- but not Chuu. Who is a walking nightmare for food. (If it’s not easily eaten one handed in some fashion she’s not eating it. She’s been TRYING to care more about what her food tastes like but mostly the fact that she’s gaining weight and eating 3x a day + snacks is an improvement. She LIKES archon loaf. Anyways-) he likes experimenting with textures and smells and spices, so finding people that will eat it and provide feedback is. Nice. He also finds lots of joy in little repeating tasks like, spinning/weaving, and learning to make his own fabrics and garments opens up a whole other world. He’s already out gathering stuff, or shopping, so. Making clothes is it’s own sort of rewarding (and it makes Keathan. So excited, actually. That Tuesday is creating something. For himself???) … I think most of his hobbies stem from a desire to. Find? He’s grasping for what it means to be an Individual and trying stuff and customizing himself in little ways.

🤔 Hobby lore… I’m tryna think if I got anything else interesting knocking around up here. Oh!

Tangy used to have a hobby doing whittling, nothing too crazy, cos she was v small, but it was practice using a knife so she could be more confident later in life when she’d need to skin+ clean game, y’know. …. aaaand then it got lost in the haze of everything Pre 1.0, so she hasn’t done it since, but I like to think if she picked up a little knife in NOT kitchen settings she’d feel some muscle memory kick in for it. Nowadays she likes bird watching, and sooometimes fishing, though there’s not much to catch outside the waking sands that’s suuuper worth eating, she catches lots of small fry… and sometimes a sunburn. Right across the bridge of her snout. Dreadful. I like to think sometime between ARR and Heavensward she starts making little woven jewelry pieces- bracelets and hair ties mostly, but, it keeps her hands occupied and she can always unravel them again and do it over later. So long as she doesn’t give it to someone- if she catches someone leaving she’ll tie a woven bracelet around their wrist and very seriously tell them to come back in one piece. (🤔 Training in hand-to-hand doesn’t really feel like a hobby in Eorzea, where it can be your whole job…. And sorta IS, her job… it’s her main class anyways ahaha. So I’m gonna leave that one off.) …. I don’t think there’s a common theme here aside from being time-fillers that a person can do anywhere without a lot of stuff to do it with 🤔

Being a poor fan is so hard 😭 I feel you, I’m broke too, and I live in a country that no one ever comes to but when they do it’s so fucking expensive for concert tickets, like entire paycheck expensive, not to mention hotel and travel because I live in the middle of nowhere and not a big city 🙃 like seriously, artists only come to one or two big cities and I don’t live near either 😑

the issue with me is not just not having the money for it but my dad. I still live at his house and even when I work he doesn't allow me to spend my money on anything. he whenever I spend money on "unnecessary things" in his opinion he will call me to talk about consumerism. my dad is one of the lucky foreigners. he has his own house (it's something really rare for foreigners to have their own house where I was born), he has a house in kyoto and he also supports my grandparents in other countries. he always sends money to his and my moms parents. he always says that he can do this because he spends his money thinking about the future and not the present. my dad is so good at finance stuff he is always helping his friends with it. one day a friend of mine who likes kpop was talking about photocard and my friend had the bad luck that my dad was nearby. because he had such a long conversation with her about spending money on photocard. i was just, dad its her money leave her alone lmao. for example, if I tell my dad that I'd like to go to more than one concert on yoongi's tour, he'll go crazy. he will ask why the need if yoongi will always sing the same songs that i have no reason to spend money on more than one concert. so yeah, I say that but deep down it's not something I would do because I don't like to spend a lot of money lmao

but about the artist going to your city is not always something they can decide about. sometimes fans need to get organized and start asking companies to bring artists to the country or city you want them to go. show that the audience will be large. sometimes the artist only goes to a country if a company calls them. and sometimes that company needs an answer that this concert will be worth it for them too. that's why sometimes fans go to these companies themselves and ask for concerts can help a lot. especially for a group like bangtan. bangtan is a very famous group. it's not cheap at all to bring them to do concerts. :/ I really hope you can have the experience of going to their concert. try to start saving money and plan it.

I’m really trying to get back into the swing of things with my mood and writing, but it’s a bit hard for me rn. I have to kick up the gear and work extra hard on studying since I will be going off to college next year 🥲 not only that but it’s just an extremely emotional time of year for me because I have seasonal depression, I’m back in a bit of a grieving stage rn since having three deaths back to back around this time last year and going into early this year so I’m kinda emotional about that rn and everything is just kinda a lot, BUT! I will power through it and work + update (me manifesting LMFAO) 😭.

When it comes to country lovin’(cause I know some of yall wondering when that’s getting updated) I plan on releasing those chapters when it isn’t so cold. IM SORRYY, but I just don’t have the vibes to write it like that rn because country lovin’ is such a summertime read and I associate it with summer so much that it’s kinda hard to write it when it’s cold, especially since the winter makes me sad and country lovin’ is supposed to be warm for the most part. Hopefully, I can get rid of that association and still write for it though cause I already have more plans for it and I really enjoy writing it. Killa hotline on the other hand, I honestly don’t think I’ll update it again. It’s a possibility, but I’m just not focused on that storyline rn sooo yeah.

As for the Halloween fics that didn’t come out, I’m not sure I’m gonna put those out at all actually. I might wait till next year spooky season or something idk. Or maybe if I get in the spooky mood I’ll release them lmao.

And finally for the requests, they are closed 😭 I write many projects at the same time and I kinda bounce back and forth from them and I’m just now finishing up ones all the way from spooky season which is crazy LMFAOOO I really apologize for that like that’s horrible. Overall this was just… not that good of an episode? Like it was fun and I enjoyed the battles but it really made me realize how far we’ve strayed from s1 and how the writers seem to just not give a shit about Din and Grogu and their arcs anymore

I’d rate it a 3/5 bc there were good scenes but overall it just isn’t that good anymore? Save for designs and acting the show’s gone seriously downhill and I’m hoping that if it gets renewed for a s4 (if it hasn’t already) it starts going uphill again considering all the other shows coming out that can set up future Star Wars projects

Just a side note, but I hate to say that TBoBF did a better job with Din and Grogu than Mando s3 is, and that is really really sad imo. But that just… did better with interactions and characterization, especially with seeing the two of them separated? I think it would’ve been better for Grogu to be seen in TBoBF, have Din give Ahsoka the chain mail, but then we just don’t see Luke give Grogu the option to leave or not? So that way we get to see Grogu hijinks while he’s on his own with R2-D2 and/or Din trying to rebuild himself without his son around or trying to get Grogu back throughout s3

YESS it could be so fascinating as a concept!! in sith i had it where the reader is the victim of a LOT of brainwashing/propaganda and she’s also a genius (i put my money where my mouth is though i don’t have characters just being like “she’s a genius” but then she’s consistently stupid like many ya novels do LMAOAO she’s emotionally dense but super super smart the plot twists that come about just because of the ideas she suggests have blown many minds) so she does a lot of villainous stuff while at war (she’s also like all of fourteen at this point #childsoldier) that emotionally fucks her up for GOOD like the whole point of the story was showing how “badass killer action girl” makes no sense as a trope given the human psyche so i did a ton of research into ptsd and coping mechanisms and wrote her to have a lot of struggles with mental health in between wars which i think is something that people really liked reading!! but anyways during the war at one point she ends up injured in enemy territory and gets taken in by a family that has a son about her age and they kind of fall in love before she returns to war and suggests burning their village down in order because it’s an obstacle in their way…i think that that kind of trope could work SO well with kunigami (where he’s the reader) just based on what wildcard might’ve done to him HAHA
