i love spock with cats just like everyone and i don’t know how much y’all know about cat body language but i felt this would be important to share

this cat is extremely happy (understandable), she’s slow blinking (sign that she’s content/comfortable) and even making biscuits a little bit (the way she clenched her paws like she’s kneading, another sign of comfort/that she trusts the person she’s with)

and i can’t find any other clips but you can tell the whole episode that the cat actor is just so excited to be there

anyways that wasn’t really important i just think it’s nice

We need more Ghost Hotel Aoinene angst. There’s so much potential here, with them being friends (or even girlfriends) while Aoi was alive and then Nene going through the whole process of mourning her, only to find her again when she stumbles upon the hotel. People usually focus on Mitsukou, HanaNene, and Terukane(aoi) when it comes to this au and I totally get that but c’mon, Aoinene shippers!! We need to get our heads in the game

Bringing Up Baby is my absolute favorite movie ever (that’s why I have it as the picture at the top of my blog :)

Well, just imagine how excited I was to learn that there was an episode of Golden Girls inspired by it!

And, let me tell you, it did Not disappoint! Besides being absolutely hilarious, it had some great golden wives moments.

They plan on raising a baby the three of them together? And then they plan to use the money to buy a car together? And then this is their reconciliation…

I’m liking Guarded overall so far, but I have mixed feelings about the writing for Ash. On one hand, I actually like how stoic and serious about his job he is. He’s basically everything they tried to make Agent Gray from TPA out to be, but (unintentionally) funnier and sexier. Like I didn’t even need a chapter from his POV to know that he’s lowkey into MC.

On the other hand though, they’re pushing the “I need to protect MC at all costs” thing way too hard. He’s not even her personal bodyguard yet, so some of the things he was saying/doing/thinking just ended up making him almost sound like the stalker to me. And then him constantly thinking about how he can’t pursue her was just annoying. Like we get it, it would be unprofessional and you have some mysterious bad experience from the past. Let’s move on 🙄

I feel like the dual perspectives thing could be really good in this book, but PB has got to learn how to write internal conflict and show instead of tell. They also need to give these characters things to focus on outside of each other
