The King's Soulmate

Jayce is royalty, or close enough to it. Viktor is a prisoner from the neighboring kingdom of Zaun. Several Zaunites are brought before them, intended to be slaves to the highest in Piltover. The slavemaster doesn’t think Viktor is all that important, and with his disability, is prepared to kill him once he is not chosen. Much to everyone's surprise, Jayce chooses Viktor and will hear no other argument. He has visions of other worlds due to him messing with the Arcane, so he knows that this man will be the most important man in his life. Viktor has no clue why the King of Piltover calls him Perfect, and he is both flattered and terrified.

Nobody from Piltover knows that Viktor and Violet are the eldest Prince and Princess of Zaun. Zaun royalty does not dress like royalty, so they were assumed to be just another couple of citizens. Tensions rise even further between the two countries, war on the horizon, and Piltover doesn't even know what they've done. Zaun has no proof that they are the ones who took their Prince and Princess, so things build slowly over time. Viktor and Violet assume that Jayce and Caitlyn know what they have done, the statement they are making by keeping them.

Viktor finds out how oblivious Jayce is when Jinx/Powder breaks in to rescue them and kill their captors. Viktor is in the middle of trying to convince the youngest Princess not to assassinate the King of Piltover when Jayce wakes up, sees the armed intruded fighting with Viktor, and immediately puts himself between them, shielding Viktor with his body. This makes the younger girl very confused since she had been expecting a gaudy and snooty man who didn't care for their lives. Viktor manages to talk them both down, and their conversation leads him to figure out how little Jayce knows. Jayce finds out that the assassin was there to rescue the slaves, and while he's actually a little relieved and will make no move to stop her, he really doesn't want Viktor to leave, and makes this clear in his body language and hesitant words. In the end, Viktor stays while Jinx/Powder goes to find the other slaves and bring news back to the Kings of Zaun.

In the end, after some sneaking around of Vi and Viktor's parts, Zaun proposes a peace treaty to Piltover. It is a bunch of normal politics stuff, along with a double-arranged marriage. The King and the Head Guard of Piltover would marry the eldest Prince and Princess of Zaun. Both Jayce and Caitlyn protest, both wishing to be with their partners, but in the end they agree to the terms.

Part of the treaty was also to free all Zaunite slaves, and while Vi and Viktor had been practically free already, this just made it official. They hadn't been expecting the two to actually leave, and both become even more stressed without them. But then the wedding day comes, and the Zaunite royalty arrives, and everyone puts everything together. The main characters are overjoyed and in shock, and they all get married and one day unite the kingdoms through their adopted children.

Okay, so. Palm reading. From the poor laggy tiktok live (thank you so much @follivora for recording ❤️) which is still much more than I ever expected! Disclaimer that I learned it from my cousin's grandpa who lived in a forest and was more often drunk than sober lol, so there's no science behind it. I do this as a party trick often and it seems to be more accurate than not so who knows 🤷‍♀️ maybe drinking selfmade alcohol in the woods does give some magic powers.

I got Bojan's and Nace's hands below the cut. Sadly Jure's hand was right one (I can read only from the left, supposedly it's closer to the heart so more accurate, idk). And I couldn't catch Jan's :<

Bojan:

He really has the softest babyhands because it was hard to see SHIT no matter how close to camera😬. What I did manage to see is:

Occupation line: Has many hobbies he feels strongly about and they all bring more or less good money.

Money line: (more like resources line) is nice and visible and will stay like that (so he can start subscribing to OF with no worries).

SOULMATE LINE: There is a soulmate visible who will be a very fulfilling relationship. Can't say if already met or not, but the actual settled down life starts quite later (made some +10years from now or so?). Oh! and the soulmate is met through the hobby that's bringing him the most money :) so.. :)))

Lifespan line: I think I saw something around 80+ years of life..? but really hard to say. Also when looking closely this line tells a lot about accidents and illnesses. I think.. I might have seen some accidents which are usually on a similar level like breaking a bone.. but then Bojan's health is not a secret to us (poor victorian boy).

Nace:

Jan was really fondling that hand :D so it's well visible (would love to see in person 🥲)

Nace has very clear lines which normally are for people who are confident about their decisions.

Occupation line: he has one set line which matches both hobby and job. So no surprise his hobby is his job. There are some breaks but it stays on the path (for example on Bojan's palm there are a lot more "side quests")

Money line: Actually seems to be doing a bit better than Bojan's :D Especially in the later life. Maybe Nace is taking tips from Jere and investing to real estate. Who knows.

SOULMATE line: y'all gonna love this one :D it starts very VERY early and it's the most visible one. I don't know what to tell, only that he already met the soulmate, they're already happily together, met through shared hobby/job line and it's going to stay like that to the end.

Life line: a bit hard to see but it seems appropriate long one (with a lot of slow illnesses for the last 15+ years which are usually associated with old age). Can't really spot any serious accidents, but he does seem a bit clumsy..

I can make a line graph if anyone is interested? Or if you want your own palm reading always feel free to dm :D (has to be left hand). But again, I've no idea how legit it is and for sure it's not science :D

yes dream's made his career by knowing the algorithm inside-out and with his skill in minecraft, but also so much of the reason why people stick around is his friendships and the way he talks to and about his friends and how they make each other laugh and how he's so openly grateful and appreciative and affectionate with them, especially when his videos/streams reach people who might not have that right now, he's a constant reminder that you can find good people in the world

Blind Channel advent calendar

Day 3: “My universe is empty without you”

„Okay, let’s just do this now“ Joonas said, jumping out of their bed.

„No we can’t. It’s barely after midnight“ Joel tried to argue.

„There is no rule saying that advent calendars have to be opened at a certain time“ Aleksi chimed in, siding with Joonas.

„Honey, how much sleep would you get, if we decided to wait until the morning?“ Joonas asked Joel with a teasing but warm smile on his face.

„Don’t call me honey. And none obviously, but we still can’t…Hey don’t leave me here alone…“

Quickly climbing out of bed, Joel made his way to the living room to join the other two at their selfmade advent calendar. It was actually Joonas idea to start this new tradition now that the three soulmates were complete. And Joel actually liked the idea, until he realized that he actually had to find presents for it too. And it wasn’t that he hated giving presents, he just didn’t know what to give, and those two were the most important people in his universe which made it even harder.

„We really don’t need to do this now…“ Joel tried again.

„Yes we do. You are obviously way to nervous about this. And I don’t want to imagine how many horror scenarios your mind will make up about this if we leave it until the morning.“ Joonas replied with Aleksi adding: „This could just be a part of the tradition, I bet no one opens their couple advent calendar at midnight. Also what are you so nervous about?“

Well… There are about 1000 things that Joel could argue with now. But for some reason his mind and mouth didn’t cooperate at the moment so he just stayed quiet only saying: „Just open it, you will see“

Joonas and Aleksi did as he said. They knew that no matter what they said, the nervousness wouldn’t leave until they saw what he got them.

Joel could hardly stand still seeing them both unpack the third (and first he packed) package of the calendar. When Joel first got the idea for this particular present, he was really excited and also already nervous about it. He knew he could never give Aleksi his soulmark back, but maybe this could show him just how much he belonged to their side. How much he was needed in their universe. Or maybe Joel just horribly overstepped and they will both hate him forever…

Joel was so caught up in his own head and nervousness that he didn’t even notice that Joonas and Aleksi had unwrapped his gift until he felt two bodys hug his own. „Our universe would be so empty without you too Joel“

Joel’s present: Three dog tag necklaces, that on one side have a star, a moon, and the sun engraved into them. Joonas one says on the back: My sun to light up even my darkest days. Aleksi’s one says on the back: The star that finally appeared on my starless sky. And Joel’s one says on the back: My universe is empty without my sun and my star

Ich wollte dir nur sagen, dass ich dankbar bin für dich, vor allem diese Tage, in denen es so schwer fällt seinen Weg zu finden, und nicht an Niederlagen zu erblinden, aber du warst es immer, die mich fing, und die niemals von mir ging, egal welche Fehler ich auch tat, du bist es die mein Herz hat. 1. What’s your dream trip/adventure look like?

this is rather difficult to me, as I don’t plan trips in my head, I follow along when others have planned it and love it then. I guess I still want to go to scandinavia, we had planned to go to Denmark this summer but had to postpone it due to covid. travelling is more about the company than about the place for me, I wannna relive the trips I had with friends

2.A song that you can not get out of your head these days and listen on repeat?

I’m not really listening to songs lately, just the car radio when I’m driving

3.What is a dream that you used to have as a child but forgot/gave up on that you wish you hadn’t?

I dreamt of writing a book. I wish I could get the feeling back of taking a notebook and writing what I believed to be amazing fiction, while in fact it was garbage. now I am so perfectionist that I usually don’t start. even more so with poetry! I write a poem maybe once a year? and then it really feels good but I need to actually start writing it down

4.Is there a hobby you’d like to pick up? Something you’ve never tried before?

I’ve tried crochet but there are some steps I don’t understand, which made me abandon it. I’d like for someone to explain it to me so I can actually make things instead of just rectangles

5. What are some of your favorite fics in the 100 fandom or other fandoms? Like top 5 picks that you could always reread?

omgomomg, so my forever number one is In love and war and politics by centuriesofexistence, I can’t explain how freaking good it is, it’s the one fic that I waited for updates for years and aahhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Strangers on the phone by Rochke11 is the very first clexa fanfic I read and it is forever in my heart (it has been deleted from ao3 but I have it saved). She by thefooliam is a classic which I’ve reread too. the rest of my faves is pure smut lmao, I’ll go with don’t wanna be your girl by faithtastic and Picking up what you’re laying down by verbaepulchellae (also deleted I think, but I have it saved). so yeah four clexa fics and one bellarke fic

6. What’s your favorite drink (alcoholic and not)?

water. sounds boring, but I drink a lot of water during the day and I get a headache when I don’t

7. What’s your favorite plush toy look like/what are they called/do you still have them?

I’m gonna mention more than one. ZEEKOE is a manatee plush toy that my best friend crocheted for me in my favourite colour and it is so sooooooooft!! LANDHOND (it’s name is wordplay with five insiders) is a highland cow plush toy that I bought for my boyfriend last Christmas. Moefwitje is a white rabbit plush toy that I often still sleep with, pressed against my stomach. I have the same one in brown, called Chocomaantje, at my dad’s. and lastly, honorary mention to Bruin, the plush toy that I used to sleep with as a pillow for yeeaaaars until it became super flat. I still have it stored away in my room

8.Favorite fanfiction trope?

in drabbles, I love the soulmate trope, and being linked by tattoos or some feeling or when everything changes by a touch. in longer fics, I absolutely live for moments when a lot of friends are together and joking and having fun

9. What did you plan to do this year that you didn’t get to because of circumstances and you really wish you could’ve?

oh, this hurts. this music festival for mentally disabled people that I volunteer at every year, where I met and got to know my boyfriend, always have so much fun with friends and look forward to the entire year. but, we met with eight and rented a holiday home for a few days at the time when the festival would have found place, and it was wonderful in a different way

I wanna say beach but nope not our Belgian beach with all the negative media attention right now, not the beach cities, simply the beach and the water and the waves
