It was rather funny to study astrology and then read my birth-chart, including nodes and everything else, to end up realising that the thing that hurts me the most is indeed the theme of my life.

Generational trauma?

Yeah, makes sense (point at chart and it's all Cancer, Capricorn, Earth element related, including my north and south nodes, Quiron, Pholus, Part of Fortune, houses connected to karma, family, lifetime challenges and necessary lessons to learn so I can overcome this and finally live my life in peace).

Seriously, even palm reading, tarot, chinese astrology, numerology, EVERYTHING points to issues with my family and on how I am the person that has to break the pattern, for the wellbeing of my family's future generations.

Anakin loves when you read his palms. The feeling of your fingers gently trailing over the skin of his open palm. All laid out and vulnerable for you to see. Like a map to his very soul. He felt so vulnerable, like he was serving himself up on a silver platter for you. He looked at you through his thick lashes while you spoke. Your fingers lingering over his heart line.

“You have a strong heart,” your soft words echoed in his head. His mind racing a mile a minute. As a shy smile tugged at those lush lips of his.

“I do?” He questioned, his voice hoarse and cracking from his throat. That grew dry from the butterflies fluttering in his stomach. He quickly cleared his throat, trying to gather himself.

You nodded in response, “no fear.”

Those ocean eyes of his averted from your own, to look down at the floor. “No fear,” he whispered back to himself.

And if he doesn’t turn on his heel and leave, it has absolutely nothing to do with how pretty Eddie Munson looks in his costume, all gleaming jewelry and dark tendrils of hair spilling out from under a patterned headscarf. He lets Eddie read his palm, because why the hell not? It’s all bogus anyway! Except, as the summer goes on, Steve finds that Eddie’s cryptic predictions somehow, inexplicably keep coming true. As they keep running into each other, almost as if orchestrated by an invisible force, Steve can’t help but be intrigued with the other boy. He also can’t seem to forget how pretty Eddie’s eyes look in black liner, or the way his fingers feel on his skin, but that is an entirely different problem. Read the fic here.
