Just read chapters 710-ish (ok, SPOILER ALERT) and I want to say that the Sealed God sounds absolutely like a spiteful, toxic ex who has terrible control issue and prone to gaslight (rip Choi Han) whenever he meet God of Death.

Like - just seeing the GoD's gift is already enough to make him so enraged that he threw whatever grace he has and spilled the beans of their failed marriage (aka what he and GoD was, how unfair he was treated bla bla)

And the funniest part is that GoD gave no fucks to answer him and only sprinted towards Cale like a lost puppy as if to convince his (imagined) son that he wasn't that terrible and the little guy can trust him

Aside from Cale's slacker life, this has to be peak comedy of TCF/LCF Season 1

Can I please talk about my weird little Warg from Lonely Light? My salt crusted Ironborn bastard whose definitely a Targaryen. Gwyndon "Gwyn" Pyke, my selkie boy.

We've started playing a little ASOIAF tabletop game set during the Blackfyre Rebellions (around 90 years before Game of Thrones). Our travelling party consists of two Targaryen bastards from the opposite side of Westeros and the Hedge Knight holding them for ransom (or so we thought).

I think my biggest takeaway with this outcome is that I now question why Predathos’ release was centered so heavily on the fate of the gods when you can (and ultimately did) just make the argument that keeping Predathos sealed in Ruidius is untenable. Because the players clearly couldn’t give the dilemma of the gods weight with the characters they were playing, try as they might - their indecision on the matter speaks to this. The decision to face Predathos ultimately ends up being a tepid "well, we can't just leave it here for someone else to get to." It begs the question of why every conversation up until this point centered on the gods when that really didn't even end up factoring into the decision to confront it?

To be clear, regardless, going in does effect the gods. If they can't control it or kill it now this will irrevocably change the pantheon of Exandria. But there's a decent argument that the detrimental effects of Predathos on Exandria, even sealed, especially exacerbated by Ludinus' actions now, warranted the risk of trying to get rid of it (though ideally with more, ya know, forethought and conviction).

Because yeah, the constant cycle of Ruidiusborn being made and drawn to it, Molyssmyr getting fucked through mere contact with it, the tyranny of the Weavemind on Ruidians, resentful anti god mortals trying to replicate what Ludinus did (to say nothing of Ludinus own lingering contingencies), even the decision to remove a chunk of Exandria with civilization on it to seal it up are all like reason enough to be like - ok, but what if we didn’t have this fucked up hungry void chilling next to Exandria?

Keeping it sealed might be the solution the Accord and most of the gods want (and they should've lingered on that thought more in game, even if it's clearly cooler to go in), but I would buy that Bell's Hells, party with two Ruidiusborn, who have been to the moon and met Ruidians trapped by it's influence, who suffered greatly during Ludinus attempt to unseal it, would want to stop this from ever happening again, even if it risks the gods should they fail.

Not to be like that but Clopeh Sekka is kinda a mad lad (like both in the sense that he's a lunatic and otherwise)

Let's see:

Like, we know he's not right in the head but he does have some cool moments

He's the reason most of the battles they fought during the wars are immortalized

-> imagine he didn't record them, who would believe this one guy who used to be trash shouldered all that responsibility and did all those deeds? *cough* in the eyes of the citizens a 18-20 years old *cough*

He also switches between sane and Caleism pope mode quite often and pretty easily if needed, sometimes even combines the two

For example, when the foreign kingdoms were 'having a discussion' about the damages done to Puzzle city with no Roan Kingdom representative, Clopeh barges in and puts them all in their places 🙏🙏

Or when they had the battle between the Mogoru Empire and the Whipper Kingdom, bro came in looking like a priest and preached everything he needed to without being told what to do exactly

-> now that I think about it, that must have been quite refreshing, imagine shouting at people from the sky about your hyper fixation and getting a pat on the back for it (not really, no pat in the back for bro, but still)

So, he should be given a bit of credit, he's not just a Cale fanatic, tho the most offended I've seen him was when he wasn't associated with Cale and his group, resulting in him not getting locked up or worse... So maybe don't tell him that
