Though all the police officers in Glasgow/Gothem found each other’s mums, no one seems to found scottish batman’s :(

Why he ginger

I guess it reads as auburn. I can't say I don't like it

Bruce is very North-Western European (often said to be a mixture of Welsh, English, Norse, with a larger percentage of Scottish and French. Different runs/adaptations will vary but those are the most common ones which he's associated with) That being said it's not farfetched to say he could be brunette or ginger (you could also argue that he could be blonde but out of personal preference I like him with darker hair.)

For this specific redesign i did make him more ginger on purpose. I don't like to use black or grey in my art so i often opt for dark blues, purples, and reds. This is why I gave him a blue suit rather than one that's black or grey and because of his predominately blue palate I wanted to give him more pops of warmer colors. The colors I chose to accent his blues were a chestnut brown for his hair and a golden yellow for pops on his clothing

doing so gave him a split-complementary color palate

which can be tricky to pull off but are one of my favorite palates to use

Does anyone else auto block a ship they think should be a crime. I have seen 1 post 2day that was bruce x Damien ( vomit) and the latest is jason x dick ( again vomit).

Gonna play Gotham Knights for a while before we get back to XCOM

I need Bruce and Dick’s relationship as early, first Robin and starting out Batman to be like Scottish Batman and Scottish Robin from the SFTH Scottish Batman improvised play,

by which I mean Batman is willing to work with anyone and give up his weapons to save Dick at all costs, he and Dick will scream “NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA BATMAN!!!” at the top of their lungs while driving, and Batman does occasionally show up at the police King’s office to be rude and then Dick follows and repeats what he says in his child way and then they fuck off again. 

Also Bruce calling Dick tiny. 

“I gave you your own grappling hook!” “Yeah but its fooking tiny!” “You're fooking tiny!!!”

Now, I love the idea of Gotham having a tutelar/y deity - a village/town/city spirit, protector of the land - but did we have to popularise calling them Lady Gotham? Don't get me wrong, I love a woman in power, but 'lady' historically is a title bestowed to a woman who: is married to a lord, knight, baronet, Scottish feudal baron, or laird or is the daughter of a duke, marquess or earl. What I'm trying to say is that the spirit is at least a dame! Dames are the female title variant of knights, which people refer to Batman as commonly (the Dark Knight), and it would make sense for her to be of equal standing, if not higher, than the Bats helping stomp down the crime in her city. If we go by the British titles (which she probably would be British, given that Gotham City was made by British settlers), she could be (ascending order from 'dame') a baronetess, baroness, bishop, viscountess, countess, marchioness, duchess, archbishop or even a princess or queen. Why do we settle for something so low for her? Anyway, this was all written out for me to say that I can see, in a fic, the citizens start calling her 'Lady Gotham', when in actuality her title is higher than that, so she's just like: "NO CLEAR SKY FOR YOU! SUFFER WITHOUT THE SUN!!" and now it's gone on too long for her to stop giving them dark skies because they'll think it's the legitimate end of the world in True Gothamite™ style.
