Treatment Of Scabies, A Safe and Effective Treatment Option
Effective Treatment of Scabies: What You Need to Know Treatment Of Scabies – Scabies is a highly contagious skin infestation caused by a tiny mite called Sarcoptes scabiei. The mites burrow into the skin and lay eggs, leading to intense itching and a rash with small red bumps or blisters. Scabies is often spread through skin-to-skin contact and is more common in crowded living conditions like…

Hello & Good day to all of whom may be reading this.
Tumblr media
My first actual written post on here is in honor of @alhabil and his gofund me. Muhammad Al-Habil, is a 30-year-old father of three from Gaza, Palestine meaning he was unfortunately caught in the war that broke out and is still ongoing because of Isreali forces. He is one of many innocent Palestinians who had no have time to prepare for the dere conditions that come with war-times. Even with this, he's done his best to spread the word of his conditions and garner attention towards his gofundme by navigating a new and unknown platform to reach out for help. Alongside his three children Mohammad's mother, father and wife are also his responsibility as he is the sole provider for the family. His father, 65-year-old Marwan Al-Habil suffers from diabetes and high blood pressure, his mother, 55-year-old suffers from third-degree diabetes, high blood pressure, a herniated disc, osteoporosis, and due to the lack of treatment due to the collapse of many hospitals, her health has steadily declined. Along with his wife's deteriorating health, aswell as their three children; Ahmed (8 years old), Osama (6 years old), and Mira (4 years old) have been suffering malnutrition from the lack of food and as of Aug, 18th contracted scabies.
I say all of this to remind you all not to forget the real life Palestinians who don't have the privilege of basic necessities . I myself am not in a great financial state to donate but it takes and costs nothing to speak awareness to even the people you know. There are free alternatives such as https://arab.org/ available for use, if you want to help further.
He is only halfway to his goal of 50,000 as I'm typing this 13 people have donated. In conclusion, I know we all lead busy lives and because of that donations may slow down but please don't stop donating, for that is essentially a death sentence to Mohammad and his family.

I'm making this post on behalf of @aya2mohammed who reached out to me.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Mohammed is a husband, and a father of three young children from ages 4-8. He is the sole breadwinner of his family, and he also takes care of his elderly parents. Since October, Mohammed and his family have been displaced 7 times.
Both of Mohammed’s parents have diabetes and high blood pressure, and his mother also suffers from osteoporosis and has a herniated disc. Due to the genocide, she has been unable to receive any medical treatment and her condition has deteriorated. Mohammed’s wife and kids are also suffering from malnutrition due to lack of access to food and clean drinking water.
His children recently contracted scabies due to lack of clean water and proper healthcare.
This fundraiser is verified, #166 of the spreadsheet organized by nabulsi and el-shab-hussein and has raised €25075 so far, which is 50% towards the goal of €50000 needed. They have been fundraising since April and need more attention their way.
Can we get the Al-Habil family to at least €30000 soon?

Hello! I am writing on behalf once more for @aya2mohammed, who I happily consider my friend, who has once again reached out to me to publicise their family's fundraiser.
This fundraiser is at 24.931 out of 50.000€, almost halfway to its goal.
When I first published this post it was only at 20.735€, which means they've raised over 4.000€ since August 7th! Good job everyone!
Unfortunately, it is still under halfway to its goal, which means it's still over 25.000 euros left!
Recently, after so much unbelievable hardship, their children have contracted scabies, due to the harsh and unclean living conditions, the lack of healthcare and due to unclean water.
Every donation truly makes a difference, even as little as 5 euros! Please do not hesitate to donate! Your help makes a lifesaving difference to the people you donate to!
The most recent update from the Gofundme, including a relevant picture, is below:

@trans-wolf submitted: I wanted to share this microscopic friend! I work as a vet tech and we had a patient today with scabies! They had the classic presentation of crusty ear tips that were very itchy. We took a skin scrape & lo and behold: our friend Sarcoptes scabiei.
The infestation was mild and it's a straightforward treatment so the dog will be fine. You bet I disinfected like crazy too since they're zoonotic (contagious to humans.)
Despite being a parasite though, I think these guys are so neat! Parasites get too much hate imo. I figured you probably didn't get too many microscopic submissions either. Sorry the mite itself isn't too clear with the fur strands in the way.
Sorry to the itchy dog, but you're right, scabies are cool and fascinating and so are all parasites! Here's a little bit clearer look at a scabies mite:

Israeli prison administration indefinitely cancelled all lawyer visits to Ramon and Nafha prisons, citing a major scabies outbreak among inmates.
The Palestinian Prisoners’ Club reports this decision is part of a broader pattern of neglect and harsh treatment, leaving prisoners without critical legal and family support as health conditions deteriorate.

The Palace didn't say anything when little George was mocked so I expect the same. To be frank I want it to be the same. If the Waleses talk or even as much hint about the hysteria the stupid media created, they'll feel validated. Give the press, especially the ones that stepped on their heads when they were down the Omid Scabies treatment. Ignore, move forward, live, love, laugh and get lotsa hugs as possible from the adoring public. Remember, the opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference
That last part 🔥

Scabies proudly boasted about the special reception the Harkles got from the Jamaica's PM but he doesn't want to talk about the special booing they got in Whistler? Twice? The same day? Oh and also someone said F you to them in Jamaica as well so...
It's because it doesn't fit the Sussex/Omid narrative that Meghan and Harry are much more beloved and popular worldwide than Catherine and William.
The Jamaica thing was ridiculous. They met the PM on the "red carpet" at a movie premiere for a set of photos. How can you even quantify a brief 5 minute interlude on a red carpet with a royal visit with multiple meetings and conversations.
Let's be honest, if H&M were still part of the monarchy and had been the ones to tour Jamaica for the Jubilee, they would have gotten the same treatment at W&C.

Trappido, a severely neglected puppy, was rescued by Danu Colombo after being found in a dire condition—dehydrated, malnourished, and unable to stand for more than five seconds. He suffered from fleas, scabies, and infections that caused his eyes to ooze. Under the care of Myvit Maria Hermita, Trappido received medication and treatment, showing signs of improvement after just a week, including weight gain and a decrease in diarrhea. In 11 days, he began to regain his strength, and by day 25, his eyes were almost healed, allowing him to receive his first vaccination. Seven months later, Trappido has found his forever family, marking the start of a joyful new chapter in his life.

Resistance News Network Prisoners: Telegram
The occupation's prison administration in Ramon and Nafha prisons informed the lawyers organizing visits for prisoners that all scheduled visits had been canceled indefinitely, citing the imposition of a quarantine on all prisoner sections due to a large outbreak of scabies among the prisoners, according to the Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Club. The disease has spread extensively among prisoners in several prisons, particularly in “Nafha,” “Ramon,” “Megiddo,” and the Naqab, as a result of the retaliatory measures, and as part of the systematic and escalating policies of torture imposed by the prison administration which represent one aspect of the ongoing war of genocide against our people in Gaza. The prison administration has effectively turned the disease into a tool of torture by deliberately committing medical crimes against the prisoners, depriving them of treatment, and failing to take necessary steps to prevent the disease from spreading. The Commission and the Club confirmed that several prisoners, on rare occasions, were allowed visits long after contracting the disease, with their bodies showing severe deformities due to the disease, blood, and sores from intense itching. The Commission and the Club pointed out that the prison administration's policies, including the lack of sufficient cleaning materials, those necessary for personal hygiene, reduced water supply, limited shower time for prisoners, and the confiscation of prisoners’ clothing. Most prisoners today rely on a single set of clothes, and some have been wearing the same clothes for extended periods, being forced to wash and wear them while still wet. Additionally, the severe overcrowding in prisoner sections, with the daily escalation of arrests, compounded the situation. Poor ventilation and the isolation of prisoners in cells without sunlight further contributed to the spread of diseases. The prison administration’s most egregious crime is the deliberate transfer of prisoners with contagious diseases from one section to another, exacerbating the number of infections. Among the infected are child prisoners, especially in the children's section of “Megiddo” prison. In this context, the Commission and the Club reiterated their call for the international human rights system to overcome the ongoing state of international inaction in the face of this war of genocide and to take clear actions to hold the “israeli” occupation accountable and stop the comprehensive aggression against our people, including the crimes committed against the prisoners and detainees in the “israeli” occupation’s prisons and camps.
Hamas: Telegram
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The widespread outbreak of infectious diseases among Palestinian prisoners in the occupation's prisons, accompanied by the decision of the prison administration in "Ramon" and "Nafha" prisons to prevent lawyers from visiting the prisoners, is yet another testament to the catastrophic conditions in which the prisoners live. This comes as part of the ongoing series of abuses against them, depriving them of even the most basic human rights guaranteed by all laws and conventions. The prisoners are subjected to torture, denial of visits, deprivation of food, water, and sleep, deliberate medical neglect, isolation, and suppression—leading to the martyrdom of several prisoners. This clearly indicates that the occupation government is pursuing a policy of deliberate killing against them, a policy that cannot be tolerated, and the occupation must bear the consequences of its crimes. We call upon international organizations and human rights groups to fulfill their responsibilities regarding the suffering of our prisoners in the occupation's prisons, especially in light of the provisions of the Geneva Convention regarding prisoners of war. We urge our Palestinian people to escalate the movement in support of the prisoners. We have no option but confrontation to force the occupation to stop its ongoing crimes and violations against our heroic prisoners. Islamic Resistance Movement - Hamas Wednesday: 01 Rabi' al-Awwal 1446 AH Corresponding to: September 4, 2024 CE

Horrors in a hospital
The situation at Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, is horrifying. I work as a doctor here and have never seen anything like it. None of us has. When patients arrive at the emergency room, we have to treat them on the floor. These include people injured in Israeli attacks, as well as those requiring urgent attention for other reasons. It is unimaginable that we have to treat people on the floor. But there simply isn’t the space to do otherwise. Before the war, we had 12 beds available in the intensive care unit (ICU). After the war was declared, we increased that number to 40. Even so, they have quickly been filled with surgical cases. There is no space for medical patients with more regular conditions. Many people are now dying of treatable medical concerns – sepsis, cardiac arrests and strokes – because we simply don’t have sufficient capacity. Basic hygiene is a real concern and its absence is contributing to infection and the spread of disease. ICU surgical patients are also dying. The intensity of what we are seeing means we have to discharge ICU patients before they get the full treatment they need. If you survive, you are among the lucky ones. Other medical conditions – like acute gastroenteritis, upper respiratory tract infections and scabies – are exploding around us. Children and older patients with severe diseases are at risk of severe discomfort, pain and even death due to the lack of medication and the frequent delays in medical intervention. Older patients with conditions such as cancer, diabetes and hypertension are unable to take daily medication due to a shortage of basic drugs. They can arrive in the hospital with severe complications. Many have died, even though their cases were under control before 7 October.
[...]
Israel is shooting fish in an increasingly small barrel as much of the world wrings its hands and looks away. Or – in the case of the US – prepares to send Israel more weapons.
