In a town in Mallorca (Balearic Islands), when the festivities of Sant Roc (Saint Roch) end, they make them a bit longer with what they call Sant Roquet (Little Saint Roch).

Since 28 years ago, the Sant Roquet tradition includes parading a giant ensaïmada (a delicious Mallorcan sweet pastry) on their shoulders like you would usually carry a saint's statue during a religious holiday's procession. The ensaïmada weights about 50 kg and can feed about 1,000 people. When they've taken the ensaïmada to the centre of the town, they all eat it.
