Please tell me what sort of Saw trap each house warden in Twisted Wonderland would design if they were the mastermind in a Saw movie.

Hello friend! Well, this is a fun ask! I am actually very excited to get into this, ahahaha. You have no idea how eager I got when I read this ask. I literally went "AHA" and started grinning. I'm going to write each scenario out as if the Housewarden is a Jigsaw Apprentice, and I might even take it a little further and describe what kind of apprentice they would be.

I'm putting a cut, both for length and because these will get a bit graphic. Please see the tags for trigger/content warnings.

Riddle - Riddle is the Rule Boy, By the Book, Stick to the Pattern. The one who adamantly protests every time to the other Saw masterminds "It's not a trap, it's a TEST".

Because of this, Riddle's tests are not overly imaginative, but they get the job done. I think, due to the nature of his signature spell, Riddle would lean toward decapitation being the end result in his traps. It's easy, effective, and doesn't prolong suffering. I like to think he's not one to wish others to suffer. Indeed, if he was a Jigsaw Apprentice, he'd be the one to parrot John Kramer the most about learning to love and cherish the life you have and atoning for past mistakes.

The rules for Riddle's test would be simple. "Find the key to unlock your chains in a certain amount of time, or a saw will cut your head off". Of course, the tricky part is getting the key. No one escapes a Saw trap without some kind of mark, be it visible or invisible. The placement of the key I will leave up to the imagination, as it will have to be specific to the individual in the trap or it will mean nothing. (Keep in mind, canon placements have been: at the other end of the room needing a mad dash that puts co-victims in danger to get to it, in the stomach of a heavily sedated companion in the trap, surgically implanted inside the victim's own eye...etc.). If the victim survives, they are off the hook. Riddle wouldn't dare mess up that part of the game. If they die, he follows John's example and dutifully cuts a puzzle piece out of their flesh, the symbol of that person's "missing piece" that prevented them from winning the game(this is also how Jigsaw got his name).

Leona - Leona can do the job, he understands the assignment. He thinks John's a bit nuts, though. He's another one where there's not a whole lot of imagination involved; he designs the trap to get the job done, makes sure it meets the requirements (because he will not be given a bad grade on Jigsaw Traps, something apparently possible to achieve and normal to worry about?...), but it won't be overly complex, and he makes Ruggie and Jack do the muscle-work for him. Don't worry, he pays them well.

Leona's traps will probably involve some test of strength (keeping in mind the different physical capabilities of individuals, of course). I'm thinking something like a low tunnel filled with various-sized shards of broken glass the person has to crawl through to get to the exit, or climbing through a vent connected to an oven that is on max. heat to get out. Something like that, of course tweaked for the individual.

He makes Ruggie cut the puzzle piece. Ruggie doesn't mess around when it comes to his finances. He cuts every piece perfectly.

Azul - Let's be real, Azul doesn't mind suffering...as long as it's not his own. His traps are always complex, and he sees each new victim as a chance to one-up himself. And it's no problem getting his victims; Jade and Floyd help with that.

I think most of Azul's traps will involve the victim inflicting pain on themselves on purpose. Not just doing things that result in pain (such as crawl over glass) but actively cause themselves harm; probably ripping their own molars out or cutting off a limb, or something, and dropping it in a bin/chute to trigger the exit to open.

Jade and Floyd help with set-up...but Floyd is Not allowed to cut the puzzle pieces afterward. For obvious reasons.

Kalim - In order for Kalim to be an apprentice, he would need to have something awful and drastic happen to someone close to him that pushes him over the edge. When it comes to it, he sees the traps as a job, a duty. It's not something he enjoys and he always observes with a tired distaste but, because of whatever trauma pushed him into this life, he believes it's necessary.

He can't stand the sight of blood and brutality. Nor does he want to know they're dying a slow death. His victim is hooked up to a syringe pump, hands restrained, and they need to figure out the code to turn off the pump before time runs out (probably voice password or something; definitely based on important memories related to the reason they are in the trap, which is hinted at in the tape) or the syringe will rapidly infuse a lethal dose of potassium into their veins and they will go into cardiac arrest.

Jamil has to cut the puzzle piece because Kalim cannot stomach it.

Vil - Vil, like Kalim, needs to be of the mind that what he's doing is necessary, even if he doesn't like it. He has to believe that people need him to teach them in this way, or he won't be able to stomach it.

He also doesn't want a bloodbath; that's not his style. Vil would rather use poison. Poison for his victims, already injected/ingested, with an antidote they have to get...probably behind a locked door needing a combination password. But, in order to get the code, they will have to face what they've done and figure out what the code is, very similar to Kalim's style. However, unlike Kalim's, if the victim gives the wrong code the door will seal shut forever and the victim will be doomed. They need to get it right and they need to be certain.

Vil may request Rook's assistance with making sure people are brought in and the trap set up properly, but he cuts the puzzle piece himself. He believes it's his role, and he refuses to put that onto anyone else. It disgusts him, but he treats it like his cross to bear for the acts he is committing, because a part of him still feels uneasy about all of this and he hates looking at himself in the mirror some days.

Idia - Idia is so removed from the front lines of the traps, he's actually quite desensitized to the violence. He treats it a bit like his video games and he does try out a variety of different traps, each one extremely individualized. He's got all the info on his victims; every single trace of them online, their social security number, their bank statements, anything and everything that can be accessed via computer is his. He knows them inside and out. Every trap is an attempt to be more unique and "entertaining" than the last. It's questionable if he's even in it for the "righteousness" that John preaches, or if he got bored and decided this was an interesting way to pass the time.

All his traps are set up to run completely independently, and all are under video surveillance. I think Idia would get to the point that there's not enough moving parts for him if there's only one victim in the trap, so he starts doing bigger traps, with groups of people, where it's a challenge to try and predict how they all will react, how they would push each other's boundaries and if they would try to see the hints laid out for them or if they would misinterpret it (for anyone who's seen Jigsaw, think about the gun scene with the keys at the end. That kind of a hint. Idia would like to see who gets it). So, yeah, Idia probably builds a maze-trap with multiple little traps within it that the victims have to go through to get out.

While he hasn't yet created something that can cut the puzzle piece and deliver it to him, he has developed a little punch that he can bring to punch out the piece of the victim's flesh should they fail. It's the only time he's on-site after the trap has been set. (Ortho refused to do that part because the dead bodies made him sad.)

Malleus - Malleus believes he is helping people, and he's curious to see how far a person would go to save their own life. He thinks it's his job to bring out the worst and the best in the person in his trap to help them be better than they are now. He's not beyond pushing buttons and upping antes; he sees it as doing what he can to help someone value their life and overcome their own shortcomings.

A trap from Malleus is probably going to involve some form of self-mutilation, giving enough flesh or giving enough blood, but also some emotional pressure. He will bring their families into the traps; likely remotely so as not to harm the innocent, but to use as leverage to make someone push themselves more. He wants them to succeed. But he will not go easy on them. In order to succeed, they need to pull on their own inner strength.

He cuts the puzzle piece himself, but he's always sad when he has to. He feels less that the person has failed and more that he has failed to help them bring out their better self.

She also seems to be the ONLY one to know about the CoO being... Well, the Children of Omnicron. She out right says: "Why... Omnicron's children are such curious beings! I've never seen them so excited about a silly fight"

It's a weird case, because nobody else knows this. The Nexoguard doesn't, it's dubious weather Remus knows, but like, Jack obviously didn't, among others

So like, for her to know, it's very interesting. And it's not like they were SLY, for sure, but for the most part they kept it secret for obvious reasons.

MINAH — her flexibility, literal and metaphorical. she's adaptable in more ways than one BRAN — her charm! my darling silver-tongued captain, talking her way in and out of all sorts of trouble

37. What stereotypical role would your character play in a high school AU/if they attended a normal high school? (Nerd, jock, bully, goth, etc.)

MINAH — if you put the wardens in a high school au she'd be a theater kid. probably one of those theater kids who can escape the Theater Kid box (she does band in the off season and like, debate maybe? model UN?) but definitely first and foremost and theater kid BRAN — jock! she's a jock!!! she plays multiple sports (soccer captain bran) and she's on the varsity team(s) and has a letter jacket that she's always lending to sabine. she's one of those kids who refuses to be boxed into any one social group and makes a point to get to know everyone she can

49. What colors are associated with your character?

MINAH — her palette is pretty earthy and warm. golds, reds, burnt orange, brown, umber. white as an accent. also the warden blue & silver look, now. BRAN — blue, tan, brown, silver, gold. y'know, good sandy pirate colors

77. If your character had to multiclass into a class they currently aren’t the next time they level up, what would it be and what reason would they have for doing so?

MINAH — bard 100%. it would align really nicely with her entertainer/actor background, and I think Jack of All Trades, Song of Rest, and Inspiration would all be pretty cool and helpful things that fit with what she's already got going on. (I'd drop three levels into College of Satire for the bonus proficiency/expertise and the Tumbling Fool BA to dash and disengage and halve falling damage.) However! If we assume she can't multiclass into a caster because she's not a mage... Probably fighter. I'd say training with Leo gives her the opportunity to try it on for size. She'd probably go Champion for the 19 crit (double the chance to get sneak attack damage) and either take the Archery fighting style or take Close Quarters Shooter and switch her starting feat. BRAN — rogue is the obvious choice—she's halfway swashbuckler rogue already, and the sneak attack and expertise would be rad (she could be training with middy). alternately, I was seriously considering multiclassing her as a tempest cleric—all that love of the ocean and desire for freedom manifesting itself in literal divine power. sexy. plus I think it's something that would legit unsettle her, which would have been fun to play

89. What is your character’s relationship with magic? Are they scared of it, wish to know more about it, indifferent to it?

MINAH — minah's more chill about magic than your average Thedosian I'd say. she doesn't really understand it, but she's traveled with a couple apostates—it's not unusual for one to hitch a ride with the troupe now and then; for a while they had a fireworks show that was 60% firecrackers and 40% mage—and she's never had an issue with a mage (til now rip). she's also distrustful of Chantry doctrine as a rule, so if they say Magic Is Bad she's like, doubt.jpg. this has, as a rule, really broadened her horizons and acceptance. she's curious about it as a tool—like with cian's weird frozen heart, it's fine so long as it's an item they can use and not like, affecting his brain or whatever (rip, again). honestly she's got enough magic items on her person it would be weird if she weren't cool with magic. she could do without the zombies tho BRAN — it's simply not something bran has ever thought that much about. like yeah it's cool and useful and pretty damn impressive, but she can't do it and she doesn't need to, so it's fine. she feels about it the same way she feels about the gods: like, yeah, sure they're real and out there and whatever, but what does it have to do with her? (she does enjoy using a fun magic item, tho)

100. What, currently, is your character the most curious about?

MINAH — what the fuck is up with this tevinter cult and why is starkhaven so involved in whatever's going on???? BRAN — she was curious about meeting the person who invented guns and finding out about all that! the party was just about to head off on that trip when the campaign got dropped, so I guess she'll live on forever in unsated curiosity (also, more broadly, how she'll be remembered. that's always on her mind)

Top 10 Holiday Themed Horror Movies

(In no particular order)

Any holiday goes! With the exception of one, I will be avoiding more than one film from a franchise. Because otherwise, I could just fill this list with Friday The 13th films and call it a day. But the one I am making an expectation for is self explanatory, as it's COMPLETELY different from the rest of the series.

Friday The 13th

Yes, it is holiday themed in name only, but hey, any excuse for me to watch slasher films every F13, i’m in! There’s nothing I can say about this film that I haven’t said a thousand times before. It is my favorite movie of all-time

 My Bloody Valentine (OG)

Hearts ripped out & sent in heart shaped Valentines with fun poems…A killer who emerges on February 14th to kill those who have parties that day? Sign me up! This one required just a little bit of internal debate, because I thoroughly enjoy the remake as well. But I ultimately decided on the original. I am an 80s Slasher movie junkie! That being said, I love the look and feel of this film more. The spx are so fantastic that even the director threw up at the sight of one of them. That’s pretty awesome to me!  I also love the authentic look of the mine (coal mining means a great deal to me). The laundromat scene is probably one of my top favorite horror movie scenes. And shoutout to “The Ballad of Harry Warden” that plays at the end, too! It’s a bop! (Gosh, am I old for using that term? lol)

 Halloween III: Season Of The Witch

To me, this is the ultimate Halloween movie! It captures both the spooky, horror atmosphere as well as the commercialism of the holiday. And a bonus, the masks are modeled after classic Halloween figures.

Halloween 

It’s Halloween, everyone’s entitled to one good scare! Halloween is the better movie, I just have a soft spot in my heart for III. Again, there’s nothing I could say about 1978’s Halloween that hasn’t been said before. It is probably THE holiday movie of all holiday movies.

Gremlins

As much as I love Christmas, most films I wait until December to watch. But Gremlins is one that I can watch at any time of the year, and I'm always down for it. I adore it! It captures the feel of Christmas so perfectly. Snowy landscapes, the decor, caroling Mogwai/Gremlins, kills using Christmas items, Gismo is even given as a Christmas present! 

Black Christmas

This is one of the earliest Slasher movies, starring the great Margot Kidder. It takes the classic killer calling from inside the house trope and makes the most magical time of the year scary. There’s nothing I can say about this one that hasn’t been said before. It’s well worth the watch! 

Silent Night, Deadly Night

Another Christmas one, because how could I not? This time, Santa is our killer. Sort of. It’s very festive and has some gory-good kills! Here’s looking at you, antler scene! 

Leprechaun

The great Warrick Davis is a cunning and witty leprechaun in this one, who kills for his gold. It’s a fun St. Patrick’s Day watch each year that's full of laughs (any of the films really, but especially this one). And hey, we have to thank this movie for jumpstarting Jennifer Aniston’s career! 

Trick 'r Treat

This one tells five separate but interconnected stories on Halloween night. Each spooky, and fun in their own way. But little “Sam”, a supernatural trick or treater, is the real star of the film. He‘s there to enforce the “rules of Halloween” with his candy themed weapons! He’s oddly adorable. 

Happy Death Day

Groundhogs Day…but on your Birthday? What a wonderful idea! Add in being killed over and over again on your special day. What a wild concept. 

Honorable Mention: My Bloody Valentine (Remake), Thankskilling, Valentine, Jack Frost, Krampus, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Jaws - those two totally count in my mind lol

Ooooh, brand new AU. And it’s mixed with Ben 10, Awesome! So uhhh, was there ever a time where a few certain students who already know about who the four are uhhh get kinda stressed out by them like how terrified was Jamil of Kalim’s aliens, especially the bug themed ones, plus did Vil first of all scream when he first saw Wildmutt chewing up his carpets, Ortho uhh I’m not entirely sure. Maybe somehow just seeing his brother get punt into walls after getting too cocky about the secret identity thing. Or maybe Idia testing one of his alien powers and uhh accidentally broke something in their room. I’m not sure who could be Riddle’s uhh ally in this, except Riddle already dealing with the stress of it(Maybe Trey somehow finding out after walking on one of Riddle stress sessions of his watch and uhh alien powers maybe)? Who knows? Ps how do you think the other house wardens feel about them(this also applies to the counterparts of Riddle and Idia plus Kalim that never got the watch), plus you think the overblots boys also at some point did get a beat down from the watch users(I know Kalim did this with Jamil) like for example Riddle giving his version of Idia this maybe or Riddle giving Leona the good smack with swampfire plus Azul maybe getting face to face with rip jaws(any of the watch holders? Just don’t let Floyd find about Riddle having the watch, plus rip jaws)

Definitely a lot of freak outs for various motives. :'3

In all dimensions, the Dormheads are very much skeptical over the alien situation. And for pretty reasonable motives. And while they are against them, they would cooperate with them if the situation calls for it. In here it's NRC, which means few people wouldn't admit you saved their butt and would hate you if you brought it up. Yay! :'D

Jamil just needs an ibuprofen, because sometimes he just freaks out for significantly small motives so Kalim has a harder and harder time figuring out if Jamil is freaking out for an actual good reason or just because he saw a bug. Really it was getting to him. :'3

For Riddle, I already assigned to him Adeuce and Jack as allies who know the secret. These 3 only have freak out instances when Riddle is in situations where he cannot transform and the situation just BEGS for the omnitrix to be used. Otherwise they think it's absolutely cool the omnitrix and all that. Now this is a personal preference, not really relevant, but for me, Floyd is the romantic interest and only in that instance he finds out about it, when he gets saved by Riddle, otherwise there's no chance in hell anyone would find out unless it's like a big epic fight for the whole planet's sake or smth. Even then it's questionable. :'3

Vil can and will beat up Wildmutt with his BARE HANDS. Man doesn't hesitate. And while Epel surely 'doesn't' think it's cool and awesome, he would absolutely want to know how to throw someone off like Vil. Please teach him that and not extensive lessons about how to apply foundation. :'3

Ortho is just getting used to this. He has the least freak outs, mostly because Idia is sometimes too cocky. He knows his brother has it coming the second he puffs up his chest and has that shit eating grin on his face. He still sometimes gets worried over Idia recieveing big hits, but Ortho also has some deadly laser beams and mass extermination level weapons on him, so it is likely that sometimes, when Idia is at gunpoint, for Ortho to go full Jotaro Kujo and just... Punt the bad guys into the sun. This is why the robot child should not have such powerful weapons, but alas, the narative(moi) just gives him even more weapons. Go... Do a crime my Boi! >:D

And damn... The overBlots ure get a piece of that alien fuckery right in za face. :)

But in all 4 cases, there are some overBlot similarities.

For Leona's overBlot, it was pretty easy to hide and use the omnitrix. The sandstorm was basically aiding that. Still, Leona gets a good smack down because in each case, his sabotages do hit close to our boys and as such there is that personal resentment in there too.

Ripjaws is a CRUCIAL part in Azul's overBlot, since it's underwater. Either half or full, we all know Azul will get a few tentacles bitten.

Jamil is straight up punted out through the window no matter what. This is cannon to me and I'll keep it that way. :3

Vil needs more ✨finesse✨ so no matter the case, ghostfreak is an important factor in this, mainly because ghostfreak doesn't assimilate the poison air and as such can keep a better fight against Vil.

For Malleus, again, ghostfreak is an important factor. Weather to escape and get outside help *cough* Rollo *cough* or just trying to possess Malleus with that ✨ghost rizz✨ and have an epic physic fight. The variety is there. :3

I love the additional outcome that could come from Danny's choice ❤️

This is very true. Danny isn't completely out of the clear as there are ghosts that don't visit him enough to develop an obsession over him.

Walker would continue to try to imprison Danny as his obsession is for order(a corrupt view of order, but order nonetheless), but Danny's new ghostly entourage would definitely protect him from the Warden’s harassment. I love the idea of the trial going on while Danny has no idea what is even going on. When they do bring him in, he just offered to remove his ghost powers so he wouldn't be considered a citizen anymore. The panic wails of his entourage just made Danny more confused.

Ghost law could hold that it is unghostly to rip a haunt's(term for multiple ghosts)obsession away from them, hence what makes this case even more messy. Clockwork is amused by this timeline. The Observants are pissed, hence making Clockwork more willing to keep it stable.

There would also be ghosts who would develop a new type of obsession over Danny: Curiousity.

An example that comes to mind is Spectra. She would try to feed off his misery about being abandoned by his friends and sister, but would be shocked that she would get absolutely nothing out of Danny. Danny would just state that their goals don't line up to his anymore and that it's just a part of life before he politely excused himself away. Spectra is stunned. How the hell is he so well adjusted now? He's a teenager!

Desiree would touch Danny's chest to feel what desires he holds within his core, only to find there was nothing there. Danny was completely satisfied. He has everything he ever wanted. Desiree would pull her hand back and stare at him in awe. How was this possible?

Proper sleep and a well-balanced diet can do wonders for any age. Also, being around a healthy friend group and doing what you love helps.

How did the Phantom accomplish this? Did he merge with another ghost? Does he possess a powerful artificial? If so, did he merge it with his core? They needed to observe and figure out what had caused this power-boost so they could benefit from it as well!

Danny chose to just accept that there would be ghosts occasionally watching him while taking rapid notes about his every move. There would be feral ghost fights to earn the right to get a viewing spot outside the astronomy club window. Danny just made sure to ghost proof the room and have Vlad on speed dial, and the other members were already desensitized to ghost appearances to even care.

Vlad would be trying to get Danny to warm up to him, offering to personally fund the astronomy club a personal tour of NASA Headquarters if the boy had lunch with him every Saturday.

Vlad was estatic when Danny quickly agreed.

Vlad internally screams when Jack and Maddie tag along every single time.

Danny Phantom Writing Prompt: The Lack of a Hero Complex

Once Danny publicly shames Vlad into returning the status quo of Amity Park, Danny also stops ghost fighting.

The Human Trio and Vlad confront Danny about his lack of action. The Human Trio finally gets a taste of the sleep deprivation Danny experienced when he didn't want to burden them from their schedules while the property damage continued to tarnish Vlad's public reputation. Danny just laughs.

Sam, completely livid at the lack of reaction: Who’s going to protect the town, Danny?

Danny gets up from the couch and looks directly into Vlad's eyes: Yeah, Vlad, how do you plan on protecting your town?

Danny lightly chuckles while he goes down to the lab where the Fenton Parents were working. He was just gonna play on the family computer while his Dad would boast about their latest idea.

When the ghosts who come to directly harass Danny, he decides he just needs to be completely honest with each of them.

Danny: Listen, I'll admit I kinda had fun with the bantering, but I want to focus on better things now. I was never really interested in any of you.

The results?

Vlad has to set up legit ghost detectors all over the city and properly hire the Fentons for protection. Vlad hoped that the hiring would gain him favor from Maddie, but he finally got to see how she really was compared to his idealized version. Their constant public damages made Vlad's reputation even more tarnished, and their lack of change despite him personally talking to them about it makes him grow equal resentment towards both of them. It gets to the point where Vlad just sets up the same ecto repellent he uses to keep ghosts from escaping his portal back in Winsconsin. The extra paperwork he has to do now governing is not worth the mess he caused. Political power wasn't as worth it as he thought it would be.

The Human Trio gave Danny the cold shoulder for a while, but that just gave him some well needed alone time to raise his grades. He even finally got to join the astronomy club like he planned before the portal accident. They were a very chill group and welcomed him to sit with them at lunch, so he was never alone. Dash tried to start their usual routine, but that was immediately hauled by the club leader.

Dash wasn't clever enough to figure out how to respond to being called 'Pussy Lips' by a girl, so he just kinda sulked away.

Dash will say the occasional snarky comment, but he never bring himself to get too close to Danny after a club member told Danny to tell Dash and the other football players they could take turns sucking him off after their club meeting. Dash just wasn't clever enough to get things back to normal.

Though the club members weren't A-listers, they weren't at the bottom, so Danny social life became better.

The Human Trio tried to continue on like before, but they were soon caught ghost hunting by the Fentons. There was no punishment, just overactive excitement, seeing they were finally interested in Ghost Hunting. Now, having to join the Fentons whenever there was a ghost detected, the fun of it is zapped away for them, making the tiredness not worth it anymore. The three eventually apologized to Danny, which he accepts, and the group finally accepts the new changes.

There are many things that can upset a ghost, but the universal act that can anger any core is being ignored. Even with the ecto repellent, the stronger ghosts manage to get through and try to get Danny's attention. The boy always just texts Vlad about how he sucks at his job and to take care of the disruption. The ghost eventually pick up that their violent outburst aren't working, so it gets to the point that they try to get his attention another way.

They tried to coax him with things they believed he liked. It is comparable to how Hyper Cat-lovers try to get a shy cat to love them.

Lunch Lady offers him a freshly made meal when he's low on money one day. He thanks her but says he had a big breakfast.

Ember tries to act like their best friends in front of the A-listers, so Danny will become more popular at school. He greets her but continues on his stroll like she was a typical citizen.

Technus offers to give Danny the answer key to all the tests for his classes, but he denies this offer instantly. He'll never cheat on a test ever again.

It got to the point that Skulker said he would drop the promise of getting Danny's pelt if he just let him see his ghostly form. Creeped out, Danny just backed away. He was thankful Valerie was close by.

Box Ghost actually got somewhere when he offered a three-dimensional solar system model. It was in a box he had, so Box Ghost offered it to Danny. He accepted it as the one in the club was showing its age.

This seemed to make these random ghost visits even more frequent. Danny guessed Box Ghost bragged about his 'accomplishment'.

Basically, the ghosts' obsession to defeat Danny changes to them wanting his attention. Vlad’s obsession becomes solely focused on Danny as he just finds Maddie and Jack so annoying now. Like, Vlad just wants to get custody of Danny and get the hell out of Amity Park. He doesn't even want to kill the Fentons now out of fear that they will become ghosts.

After the Ember incident, the A-listers kept trying to buddy up to him. However, Danny learned how they really were, so he just treated them the way he treated ghosts. Now, it seemed they were just as desperate.

Danny will turn into Phantom only when it's necessary, that or he's in the mood to fly. The downside to this change is that whenever he does change, he always has an entourage of attention-starved ghosts following behind him. He can't even imagine how things would be if he went to the Ghost Zone.

Give him an inch, and he’ll take a mile, or two, or twenty. You might not even mean to do something affectionate or endearing, and while Lilia will acknowledge that, he’ll also tease you relentlessly for your slip-up. He’s constantly anticipating the perfect moment to do so. Ask when he’ll be returning from a visit to a neighboring country, and you’ll be thwarted by phone calls and letters crooning on and on about how terribly you must miss him. You only meant to see if you’d have a little longer to yourself, but Lilia’s taken the unintentional bait and pulled you in the water, too. He doesn’t mean to deprive you of his affection, you poor thing— to heal your aching heart, why don’t you accompany him for the remaining week of his visit~? You’ll be reunited a lot sooner than he anticipated, and you might be a bit of a nuisance, but what is Lilia if not self-sacrificing?

Bluntly, he’s very annoying. Whereas he regularly supplies you with the incessant throb of irritation, you provide Lilia with an endless fountain of fresh entertainment. He never tires of you, no matter how frequently you slap his seeking hands away, squirm out of his embrace, shy away from his kisses. He’ll allow your reticence, on occasion, but a kiss where you’re struggling is just as enjoyable as one you melt into. It doesn’t take much effort to get you to the latter state, anyway.

It’ll a bit easier for you in the event that you deliberately lavish Lilia in affection, rather than actively refrain from doing so. But it all depends on how genuine you are about it. I don’t think there will be any point in your relationship where Lilia won’t get a rise out of your anger, where he won’t intentionally piss you off, but he’s not so insensitive that he’ll brush away a tender moment with you. It’s not necessarily intentional affection on your part, but if you were in a state of immense distress, and sought him out as comfort, Lilia will be more than happy to scoop you up in his arms. He is your tormentor and warden, but ultimately, Lilia aims to be your lover. He’ll cocoon you in the comfort of your shared bedroom, rock you back and forth as you ride out an onslaught of hiccuping sobs, yearning for the life he ripped from you. In these moments when you break, Lilia has the most fun.

Jasmine - How would this yandere use their status/money in their favor? 

Building on the headcanon that Lilia is a royal consultant, of sorts, a jack of all diplomatic trades, he is by no means lacking in power. While he harbors a great deal of affection for Malleus, as well as respect, Lilia made a great investment in raising him as dutifully as he did. If it wasn’t so in the past, Lilia certainly now has irrefutable influence over Briar Valley, his position at the king’s side solidified. Malleus’ support alone is enough to provide him with freedoms and privileges few others can boast of— not that Lilia can’t get what he wants without the aide of his ward.

He’s older, cryptic and wise, and few fae dare to question the legitimacy of his knowledge (he’s in history books dating back a millennia, after all), though Lilia is picky with whom he divulges his prowess and experience. Some things are meant for Malleus’ ears only. Lilia does not falter or dim in his quick wit and memory— one must wonder if his mind will ever deteriorate, if it’s possible for his eternity to end.

Essentially, you have little to no influence in the castle Lilia keeps you captive. You aren’t treated without respect, of course, but you are a human. Lilia once mentioned how strictly forbidden relationships such as yours once were, in the not-so distant past. (You asked why kidnappings weren’t frowned upon now, and received a quick flick to the forehead.) You’re treated with respect, yes, but there is a thinly-veiled disscontempt in the eyes of some elder fae that only Lilia catches onto. Nothing enrages him so as another individual treating you cruelly, subtly or otherwise. You ought to be thankful not to know of it, but there was an instance wherein the castle’s treasurer indirectly insulted you in Lilia’s presence.

We oughtn’t allow the convoys to take residence in the castle. They’ve always understood our reasoning for putting them up in an inn. What’s more, I doubt any of us can stomach the stench of these children of man for such an extended period of time.

The table in that meeting room had to be replaced. Malleus, in an indirect attempt to punish Lilia (that the latter was rather proud of), saddled him with the task of finding new candidates for treasurer. He’s tempted to show you the offensive creature as a way to earn your thanks, to be praised, but humans don’t take too kindly to the grittiness of pain and gore. You’re a sensitive little thing, and he doubts you could stomach the image of guts strewn about the dungeon walls.

Lilia could truly care less for the consequences that come from spoiling you. The payoff is too great to resist. Dear me, it seems that the antique necklaces prepared for a visiting princess have gone missing! How utterly terrible! …But it’s not as if she’s exactly lacking in luxury, is she? And you look positively adorable adorned with such jewels— why don’t you let him admire you up close? And he does exhaust the poor maids who manage your wardrobe, acting as if you’re a favorite doll with whom he can lavish new clothing every day. You never see the same piece twice.

He spares no expense when it comes to you, but don’t assume this is an opportunity to take advantage of him. He’s quite perceptive of your likes and dislikes, finely tuned to your distaste in particular. You believe he forces you into these clothes for your benefit? That’s laughable. Lilia doesn’t think anything could be more entertaining, how furiously you bristle as he demands you change for a stroll in the castle garden, how you wholly exhaust yourself by trying to remain composed despite your anger. It’s cute.

It’s not rare for Lilia to spoil you, but it is unexpected when he does something for your genuine enjoyment. If in passing you mention missing a dish from your hometown, you’ll find it on your plate during an upcoming mealtime. If there’s a hobby you ever wanted to take up, even without bringing the desire to words, Lilia will find you an instructor unprompted. Or perhaps you see a piece of art in some foreign museum he’s dragged you along to, (Malleus often questions the necessity of your presence at these congregations) staring at it for a long time; it’ll be hanging somewhere for you to extensively appreciate when you return home. It’s not often he does these things, and he doesn’t necessarily act like this as a reward for your good behavior. Lilia will lovingly accept anything you can give him, and while your fury is truly something to behold, your mumbled words of thanks is equally as gratifying.

- revolution dream [malice]: l'manberg was built in empty forest and fully intended on avoiding conflict with the wider smp, believing in words over violence and insisting that they treat dream like a neighbor. if anything wilbur was naive. declaring war and then killing 4 people (with 5 deaths total) wasn't fueled by any emotional loss on dream's part.

- pogtopia wilbur [grief]: wilbur's downspiral was an emotional one, fueled by feelings of abandonment, paranoia, and self hatred that extended towards things that he'd created and that were important to him. he suffered for his naivety and never got his footing afterwards. l'manberg died under the weight of his grief.

- pogtopia schlatt [malice]: mans is a disney villain that can say fuck and I love him for it.

- pogtopia techno [mal-ief]: he went into the situation knowing that he was going to destroy l'manberg for the sole reason of that aligning with his politics. two quotes: "History will forget that a country ever existed here." "A dog eat dog world where only the strong can survive and the weak live huddled in fear." you can agree or disagree with his philosophy but you can't argue that his desire to destroy l'manberg originated from personal emotional stakes.

However, regardless of the context techno felt emotionally betrayed the night of the 16th, which while not affecting his desire to see l'manberg turned to ash Did affect his actions in his ultimate heel turn away from the pogtopians.

- exiled tommy [grief]: abandoned and hopeless, he lashed out to claw for a sense of control that anger couldn't give him. lead to believe that no one he'd cared for cared about him, he pushed people away in the same breath that he desperately reached out for them. he ultimately pulled himself away from his anger when he recognized the grief in hurting those important to him.

- doomsday techno [grief]: his goals are the same, but the fire behind them were re-lit by conflict outside of his control. he never lost what was his but he was afraid for it for maybe the first time. if he was willing to crush a nation for nothing then he's willing to crush a nation for that. both the innocent and the guilty burned with the fire of his grief.

- doomsday phil [grief]: grief for a child lost too soon and too sudden, something too horrible for a parent to process. his son's legacy burned under an accusation of guilt, the truth ash under his feet.

- doomsday fundy [grief]: grief in the face of total oblivion, grief in the face of losing everything you've ever tried to hold onto. he tried to become a villain so he could be anything at all, but the end of the world around him drowned his despair.

- team rocket niki [grief]: what do you do when everything that's hurt you is gone? she couldn't believe in l'manberg, she couldn't believe in her community, she couldn't believe that people who loved her could hurt her the way the she felt. but l'manberg was gone, wilbur was gone, and their ghosts were untouchable. what was left was a boy who sewed them into his heart and bled in their absence, and her grief burned

- team rocket jack [grief]: anger is so much easier to live with than the certainty that you're alone. everyone moved on and you were alone, everyone moved on and you burned for reaching out. you died in the crowed and everyone moved on. you hate the hand that used to hold yours, side by side as brothers, because it's left you cold in its absence. your grief is cold, your anger burns hot.

Lesson 34: Nothing is permanent.

There’s something to say about how Tubbo cowers away from him, holding Michael back and how Tommy tightens his grip on his best friend’s arm just slightly.

Tubbo whispers. “He had to go, Ranboo, please.”

“Not that way.” EnderWalk says. “Not like that.”

(There’s a brief flash of panic, a flash of what’s going on? Before it falls again.)

“The world isn’t kind.” EnderWalk tells Tubbo. “And neither am I.”

Tommy doesn’t move. “He deserved it.” Comes the quiet voice, and EnderWalk swallows. Tommy has been through hell and walked out with scrapes and depression and PTSD.

But no one deserved this.

Lesson 23: never let them see what they’ve done to you

He patches himself up, rips the gauze with his teeth, and chugs regeneration potions like there’s no tomorrow. He flies through the SMP, parrying strikes with Puffy’s sword and twisting around to just barely pass Niki’s sword.

He teleports more often now. That’s how he managed to get Jack’s guard down. That’s how Sam’s first canon life was taken; and how Quackity’s last was as well.

Lesson 65: when you’re low, or when they’re coming for you, act brave. They won’t know what hit them.

The prison crumbles and Tubbo holds Michael. “She’ll come soon.” EnderWalk says, flippidly. “I suggest you run West. XD should be gone by now.”

He sees how Michael’s mouth opens and mouths words that his throat can’t say just yet. And EnderWalk puts on the brave face and stares coldly at his family.

“You should run now,” he says coldly.

The prison’s obsidian walls fall, and crumbles and they all run, and EnderWalk is left with a fire fueled with anger still burning deep inside him. He haven’t slept in a few days now, to be quite honest. EnderWalk knows that he’s going to be bone tired tomorrow, probably won’t be able to move for a couple of days.

But it’s worth it. There’s a very distant rumbling, and EnderWalk messages Techno: run. Now.

And then messages Phil, to make sure they both leave.

No one is guarding the End Portal, and She is coming to collect the two she Lost.

(EnderWalk sits down at the prison’s edge. He leans his cheek against his hand, and sighs deeply. By the time he wakes tomorrow, he’ll be Home.)
