I'm happy you're enjoying my comic, especially since now I'm gonna pick it up again to continue. :'3

While the comic covers are in order of the dorms and who appears first in V3 cast, I do think that dorm-wise, there will be very big changes if they were to be sorted. :'3

So imma tackle this under the cut :v

Rantaro

He would be a poemfiore or heartslabyul guy. Both fit really well with his personality and attitude, but if I were to choose, he's an OG ramshackle. Closest match we'll ever have to in-game Yuu from this cast. (For those who know *wink wonk*)

Kaede

Heartslabyul, no questions asked. Her idea of unity and teamwork meshes well with Heartslabyul having its dorm students mostly working in organised groups. She is in a sense kinda like a more cheerful version of Trey if you think about it. :v

Ryoma

For him, I'd say diasomnia. He's feared and he is regarded as a powerful individual alone. He would really fit in the 'too far to touch' category of people at first glance, which would be more than suitable for the likes of the dorm.

Kirumi

Now here I had some heavy debating in between scarabia and heartslabyul. Ultimately I'd say Scarabia, since the dorm is supposed to be based of the ability of planning and being prepared for numerous outcomes. Kirumi had that keen eye when it comes to making preparations that very few things can actually take her by surprise. She's dedicated to her cause and always handles situations with a critical eyes and elegance.

Angie

Poemfiore. I ain't even discussing it.(/j) Poemfiore is the dorm that appreciates beauty and tenacity. Angie's ultimate talent as an artist means that she can appreciate various forms of art and find beauty and meaning in said things. But another criteria that she could fit is through her ability to reach her goals by various motives. (Looking at Chapter 3). She's very stubborn towards her goals and that is both her strength and her weakness.

Tenko

Savanaclaw. Come on, you saw it from a mile away this one. Can't even elaborate on it much because it's that good of a fit. A good note would be that the dorm ideology itself could help Tenko grow as a person and expand her view over people and their labels. (I love Tenko. She's silly :3) U-U

Korekyo

Poemfiore. He has that Rook energy, minus the actual athletic part. He's dedicated towards studying humanity and the cultures that exist in this world. (Low-key I think he would give some solid make-up tips) Poemfiore is also well known for being the oldest dorm and thus the most history rich dorm, which would be a delight for him.

Miu

Our first ignihyde! :D It's very obvious that she's a great fit for the dorm itself. Maybe there would be some drama and unsavoury incidents amongst the dorm if you let her run rampant too much, but it would be perfect for her anyway. Inventing is her passion and she wants to do this without a break, which is in tune with the dorm values too.

Gonta

Sue me, but I think he would make for a great Octavinelle student. He's kind and he wants to help people and while Octavinelle prides itself over the benevolence of the sea witch, Gonta could also learn to put limits there. It's a fit not just because he embodies the value that the sea witch is known for, but because he can learn more about what it means to be a gentleman and to what extent he should give his kindness to people.

Kokichi

I know y'all will come after me for this one. Most people would throw this guy to Octavinelle or even Scarabia no questions asked, but hear me out: Ignihyde. Not because of the tech, but because of the dorm values of diligently holding your job. That takes passion and determination, which Kokichi serves well. He takes a duty upon himself and pulls it through the end no matter what. Whether it's a successful affair or not, he does reach the end and does what his duty entails, despite being something self-appointed and could opt out of it anytime. Sure, I'd see why he'd fit well into Scarabia or Octavinelle, but this is my take on which dorm he would most likely be in.

Kaito

The luminary of the stars shall go to heartslabyul! Again, an odd choice, but, mostly just like Kaede, this guy is all about teamwork and him trying to be a hero everyone can look up to. He wants to uphold justice and fairness in between people and tries to be the bigger person and judge adequately, even if he sometimes fails, because that's what heroes do. Heroes are fair and give people hope. And Heartslabyul is the dorm based on rules and justice.

Himiko

I'd personally yeet her in Octavinelle. She's doing her best, like Gonta, but she's more or so relying on tricks and whatnot to actually entertain or give reassurance to others, which the latter part of Octavinelle is known for. She would be an actually good entertainer at the lounge with her magic shows. Just imagine dining there while Himiko casually cuts sum random student in half on stage.

Maki

Savanaclaw is a fit, but mostly because of her backstory (iykyk) and the values of the king of beasts that everyone, even those poor and unfortunate, deserve an equal chance. She isn't fully dedicated to her ultimate, but she's trying to blend in and be on equal footing with everyone.

Kiibo

Again, many would say ignihyde and call it a day. I would personally put him in heartslabyul. He's trying to be helpful and integrate in between humans, but he also upholds his moral compass and tries to bring peace in-between people. He would fit well in the dorm that has everyone in need of working together in an orderly fashion. Heck, he might be a good vice while at that.

Shuichi

Get Diasomnia-ed boy! He would be that case of 'why am I in the cool kids dorm when I'm a loser', but it's very evident that he's meant for it. He's a very studious guy and most times he has an elegance to him when he's not a shy mumbling mess. If you'd actually leave him alone to do a task, he'd do it wonderfully, with no hesitation, but in public it's a whole other story. In a sense he's kinda like a reflection of Malleus. I think these 2 will get along by just sitting in each other's company.

Tsumugi

She's another Poemfiore. U-U Not only because it's the oldest dorm and that's important to her character (iykyk), but also because of her attention to cosplays and dedication to embodying the perfect version of said fiction media and whatever.

Guess who's back, back again

Well... To be honest I don't really know from where am I supposed to pick up things... I've left for quite a while. :'3

So without much ado, I put under the cut everything that happened while I was gone and my plans for this blog :v

For an update on me: I finished my final exams and I did get into the college I wanted so that's that. :D

I didn't really keep up with the twst fandom and with the game events as it is... Only with the main story, so there's something to catch up I guess. :v

Also, I was right about begging for the overblot cards. Never doubt this mf's predictions/j

I'm really looking forward to the anime coming up too, since it seems it will follow the manga to a degree. I heard that they will be using the same VAs from the game so it won't be that jarring of a change. (As someone who's wholly used to hearing their game voices despite playing mostly on mute)

It wasn't really in my wish to leave my comic hanging, so you should expect that I'll be picking it up again and continue. I'm way too invested in that plot to just leave it like that.

So the Danganrompa X Twst comic is still going on stronk! :D

But for my one-shots, I will stop writing for them. I just moved on ig and I hope it's alright with everyone. I did say at one point, if my memory serves me right, that I'm doing these things for my entertainment and that it makes me happy when other people seem to find them fun as well. And I'll stick by that even now.

Honestly it will take a while to clean it up since a lot of bots kinda came through and it's either unholy ads or Sus links. But I will get to my askbox one way or another.

I still want to keep in touch with twst, since I do love that game a lot. It's fun and it has a great story. I don't know how much the fandom shifted since I left, so that's mostly for me to find out. So feel free to interact with my askbox about anything you find interesting on this blog. Naturally, there will be a small hierarchy of things that I'll give priority to:

Everything else for now it's up in the air. I'll try my best to re-edit the master list as up and running. Maybe one day I'll return full time to twst, but that's something I really don't know myself.

Smol af spoilers for the Nightmare before Christmas Halloween event.

I will have to admit: I've been slacking lately in the twst fandom. I only know bits and pieces. :v

Dunno... Fell a bit out of love with the fandom in of itself ig... And with the fact that this year I'm having the bacalaureat (important af exam) only adds to the fact that I didn't do shit on my works for this fandom lately. Feels almost like I'm cheating :'3

The event in of itself looks fun. And the new character is entertaining. I apologetically found the gojo jokes funny low-key In theory I believe it could be either: A. Our interaction with a ghost from the past or B. Straight up time-traveling via magic book.

Probably I will catch up with it one day. :'3

is it alright if you can confirm at least one of the students in ultimate aka one of the dangaronpa students going to be a fae, or if Kokichi really going to be a mer?

Sure :3

Mostly there would be humans, but I can confirm that there's at least 1 ultimate from each species. The exact numbers for now are for me to know only. So far we have a beast person and a mer, so those boxes are checked but not over. ;3

As for Kokichi, surprisingly, he's featured in my other special design sheet(I have 2, but I plan to make 4). It took SO MUCH to even make Angie work(her sheet actually turned out cute tbh), but Kokichi takes the cake for multiple reasons.

I wish Kokichi would be a mer, because it would've been hilarious, but alas... U-Ub

But, since we are getting our ultimates in order and I confirmed before that Kaito would definitely be featured in Poemfiore, we'll be getting the gremlin in due time U-Ub

So far, the one I'm looking forward the most is Gonta. :3
