I like your thoughts! That's a very fun idea. Honestly, most people do pick up on the things their partner(s) find interesting. It's so cute when one person rambles about something their partner does or works with. I absolutely agree that Kalim would be so proud and would brag about Idia any chance he gets!

I think Idia would do the same, but online, since he's more shy in front of people. He would absolutely brag about his charming and handsome boyfriend, though he *might* leave out the fact Kalim is a "normie" lol.

Actually, I do have a small multichapter fic I want to work on, where Kalim becomes interested in video games through his club member, Lilia, and ends up becoming connected to Idia in that way. I thought it would be fun and cute and I hope to get to it sometime this autumn!

Saw AU ask! I was wondering if you’ve ever considered writing a prologue/epilogue of sorts where John decides to meet Yuu, who his new apprentices collectively agree is The Best Person In The World. I think that would be super cool!! If not, what does John think of Yuu from second hand sources?

Hello! Thank you so much for the ask! These are some delightful thoughts! I cannot remember when you sent this so apologies if I forgot and am only now answering. Thank you for your patience!

We (as in me and @m34gs) have discussed together the possibilities and scenes that would be involved if John met Yuu. I even answered an ask M34GS sent me on the topic, though it was more along the lines of "What kind of story would the housewardens give Yuu?" and "Does Yuu believe them?"

That being said, if a story was to be written with John deciding to meet Yuu, then that story would fall to M34GS. I am 100% unable to write a single element of Saw beyond superficial elements like traps. Unlike my friend, I haven't seen a single Saw movie nor will I ever watch one. That's why my stories only have hints of the Saw elements VS M34GS who writes the elements exclusively.

As for your question about what John thinks about Yuu from second hand sources, I can only give a bare minimum answer based on conversations with M34GS. John thinks rather fondly of Yuu and sees their kindness, compassion, and love for their friends as the pinnacle of what probably feels he needs to protect in the world. He also knows that if a single threat or hint of danger was ever hinted towards Yuu he'd have all seven dorms turning on him in a heartbeat. He needs to tread carefully.
