Okay well you’ve just made me realize why part of me likes Ridoc. Cuz it reminds me of Stiles fucking Stilinski.

Like imagine a story where readers signet is being able to communicate with past souls or some shit, like all they need is an object which is difficult since their belongings get burned. But we have his letters to Sloan, and the dragons he carved so we can still communicate and “summon” him.

I absolutely love the development between Fourth Wing and Iron Flame where Violet goes from trying to hide her fragile joints by doing the wraps in secret to her bond with her squad being so tight that during the course of Iron Flame each one of them asks to make sure she's got her wraps on. And without any derision either, just because they care so much. They're a family!

All of them meet up for a small catch-up and bring along their children? One of the kids gets in trouble and someone screams “Liam, be careful!” Almost all the kids turn around, thinking they’re talking to them.

Liam becomes the most used name in Tyrrendor. There’s an entire generation of kids called Liam after the rebellion. Liam becomes The Name™. Everyone is Liam.
