And on this page, you drew our friend group at that bakery. I'm there, so is Xaden, Garrick and Imogen, Violets squad, Sloane, Aaric, Lynx, Trager, Maren, and even Cat, but not you. Why?"

I brush him off with another shrug, "I just don't really like drawing myself"

"You said you draw what you find beautiful, you don't think you're beautiful?"

"Not particularly"

As soon as the words leave my mouth, he snaps the book shut, and looks at me, utterly appalled.

"What?" I laugh, "Have you seen the woman in this quadrant?" I try to joke. He just gets increasingly more incredulous.

"Umm, have you seen your REFLECTION?!"

"It's not a big deal, Bo"

"The hell it isn't! My girlfriend doesn't know she is the most gorgeous woman in the continent"

I roll my eyes, trying to settle back down, "You're my boyfriend. You're required to say that. It's in the relationship Terms and Conditions"

He pulls me up so he can wrap his arms around me while muttering under his breath. After a few seconds, Bodhi breaks the quiet again.

"Maybe if you did draw yourself, it would force you to see how beguiling you are"

"Beguiling? Where are you hiding the thesaurus?"

How do we feel about a minimal smut Kinktober. It's probably a bad time to realise this, but I have discovered that I absolutely suck at writing smut.

I mean, I technically knew this going in, the whole point in participating was to improve that particular aspect of my writing, but man is it a pain.

You guys, the hardest thing about writing, is that you are your own worst enemy. I started writing Day 12 (Nudes w Bodhi), wrote about 200 words, and didn't really like it. I decided to try power through and hope it gets better, got to just over 500 words, hated it even more, and scrapped the whole thing. Now I'm restarting.

Alexius: I try to ignore it, cause, you know, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and preferences. I just sometimes wish they weren't so negative to things they don't understand, and it does sometimes get to me.
