#i'm not saying that people are not allowed to like them. i'm just saying that they're a big part of why s2 failed so tremendously #and that the easiest way to fix it is to remove them completely #in fact i don't even think rewrites are needed here like. they're just straight-up unnecessary characters #jinx's trauma and arc of self-discovery can be perfectly explored with characters she'd already met or the rest of the main cast #and silco and vander's conflict could've been easily expanded without felicia. she's just there to fill the air basically. and poison it #ughhhh i hate them i hate them i hate them i LOATHE them #*silco leg gif*#arcane critical #arcane season 2 #arcane #won't tag isha and felicia so ppl don't get upset. so you guys don't do it too

Does anyone know what the timeline of the TWST main story is??? iirc Heartslabyul takes place in September before Ace’s birthday. Actually I think Prologue & Heartslabyul spans at least a week at max 😭😭

Savanaclaw is probably Late October… purely bcs I don’t think they’d do a school festival so early into the year

Octavinelle is like November-> Early December to me bcs it’s the midterm exam period, & idt they’d do exams right after a festival, but who knows…

Scarabia’s over winter break so December ->January

Pomefiore is probably??? somewhere around January as well?? Because I remember it was still snowing from the cutscene that Prefect has with Kalim abt his disappointment on not being a main singer. I’m betting on Late January at earliest. And Ignihyde takes place literally the night after Pomefiore 😭😭😭 This is also just guesswork based on how far up north the Sage’s Isle is, I assume the winters last longer there.

As for Diasomnia I got no clue at all 💔💔 all ik is that it should be getting warmer bcs of the reactions the characters have towards Malleus causing snow & winds to pick up… I used to think it was March but it probably isn’t 😭

Slightly controversial hxh opinion n°2 but I hate that a significant part of the fandom treats Leorio like he is "the normal one" of the main 4 in terms of potential power levels, imo it's just canonically not true.

Ging (a top 5 nen user who directly received an attack from him) describes him as having "huge potential". Hisoka not only spares him but remarks multiple time on the fact that he is an "unripe fruit" and carries him directly to the next exam site to insure that he will pass.

Like come on, he is not just "some guy" with a big heart who lucked out during the hunter exam, a lot of signs point out that he will become a powerful nen user with a big heart!

something about Interior Chinatown that scratches the itch to me is how perfectly meta the casting is. Willis first gets the precinct’s spotlight as Tech guy; Jimmy O. Yang was Tech guy for six seasons on Silicon Valley. Fatty goes viral because his frustration is ‘funny’ to white people, meanwhile Ronny Chieng does stand-up. Lana is treated as the precinct’s connection to Chinatown in Black & White and secures her spot when she busts out her fighting know-how, and she’s portrayed by Chloe Bennet who was team muscle and a token (fictional) minority member for seven seasons on Agents of SHIELD. They got the perfect people to deliver these characters on-screen because they’ve been there. Casting directors, i love you.

#i’m sure the rest of the cast have this aspect too #like i knew chloe and ronny from their previous work #and seeing their characters in a show do stuff they’ve done before is so #plus the metafiction of it all #MY GOODNESS #need to rewatch this show immediately when i get the time #interior chinatown #*fictional because Quake ends up being the main contact for Inhumans #Inhumans are essentially a secret society that eventually becomes a significant minority
