Sirius turned to see Remus staring at his computer in shock. A nervous intrigue came over Sirius and he walked forward.

“Who died?”

“Wha-no one! Jeez, Sirius, just… oh my god,” Remus spluttered, not taking his eyes off the screen. Sirius pouted.

“Well, what’s got you all bent out of shape?”

“Peter…Peter told me, but I didn’t believe him and oh my fucking god!”

Now thoroughly annoyed, Sirius made a grab for the computer, but Remus was quicker, slamming the screen down and pushing the device away.

“Remusss. You’re stressing me out, what is it?”

“F-f-fanfiction,” Remus wailed, pushing his hands through his hair. “They’ve written bloody fanfiction about our band. I didn’t believe it when Peter told me but..” he trailed off, gesturing with disgust at the shunted computer. Sirius’s jaw dropped. There was a very important, vital piece of information missing.

“AO3 or Wattpad?”

“That’s your question?” Remus said, looking mortified. “How do you even know what those are?”

Sirius shrugged and gave Remus a significant look. Remus cracked.

“Wattpad,” he said. “But I don’t see how any of that-”

“Fuck,” Sirius swore, throwing himself into a chair and banging his head on the table. “This is a horrible development.”
