I mean mundok is RIGHT THERE! he is very clearly concerned! he called out to hak first! hell even lily is right there! but it is soowon he first looks at and it's in soowon's eyes that he finds his panic and desperation mirrored!

and soowon is stunned. look at him!! he's struck stupid by this but he's also right there with him. he shares this first silent look with hak and now it's them again. hak and soowon and yona. the tragic trio and the story that's always always been about them
