What About Raspberries?

AN: cuttin’ it close, but still on time! Enjoyed this one more than I thought I would, but I also made it a lil shorter lol. Hope y’all enjoy day 17!

It was a fairly quiet day at the circus, as they were given a rare break from the ceaseless adventures and were allowed the full day to relax. Jax seemed annoyed by this, but everyone else was relieved. For once, a peaceful, calm atmosphere settled over the tent as the circus members milled about.

Jax was taking a moment to get to know their newest addition, asking about her favorite color and food. Not that he shared the same information.

“Favorite vegetable?” he asked, continuing this little game of theirs. Pomni thought for a moment before answering.

“Hm, probably… I dunno, cucumbers?” she shrugged, having never given it much thought before.

“Really? Water with skin, that’s what you’re goin’ with?” Jax taunted.

“Hey, they’re good! What’s your favorite vegetable? Carrots?” she shot back playfully. She could’ve swore she saw the hint of a blush beneath his fur.

“And what the #%$*’s wrong with carrots?” he snapped defensively. She giggled behind her hand as she looked him up and down.

“Oh my God, it is your favorite!” she laughed, and he rolled his eyes with a huff.

“Whatever, real rabbits don’t even eat carrots,” he corrected. “So, favorite fruit?”

“Something juicy like watermelon or a strawberry,” she replied faster than before, having a more solid answer lined up for this question. His ears perked up and he leaned closer, smile stretching across his face.

“Okay, so you like sweet and juicy. Like raspberries.”

“Eh? What about raspberries?”

Jax shifted to a more relaxed, nonchalant position. “Do you like them?”

“Uh, I guess. They’re pretty good,” she nodded in agreement with herself. Jax sat up a little straighter.

“You think so?” If only Pomni had noticed the mischievous glint in his eye, the evil lurking behind his smile.

“Yeah, don’t you?” she asked innocently, looking at him from over her shoulder. She immediately wished she hadn’t. “Uh, Jax?”

“No, I agree! I think raspberries are great! They’re sweet, they make good cheesecake, you can stick ‘em on your fingers- they’re a diverse lil berry, I’ll give them that. But there’s an even sweeter kind of raspberry I think you’re gonna love,” he voice took on a teasing tone. Pomni took a nervous step back.

“N-no thanks, I’m good,” she stuttered, backing up against a large set piece.

“Come on, how do ya know you don’t like it if ya don’t try it?” he goaded. Against her better judgment, Pomni caved.

“Okay… what is it?”

“It’s easier if I just show you.” When she didn’t immediately grab his hand, he made an impatient grabbing motion. “C’mon, you can trust me!”

“I don’t know, can I?” she quipped, not bothering to hide a shy smirk. She felt like she was finally starting to adjust to things. Her sass seemed to throw him off guard, even if just a little. He blinked and shook his head before answering.

“Oh please, I’m like the most trustworthy guy here!” That actually made her laugh.

“Sure, okay,” she said, totally believable.

“That’s it, c’mere!” he growled and lunged for her, managing to scoop her up as she yelled in shock. He carried her squirming body to the nearby couch, sitting down with her stretched across his lap.

“Jax, what the $@%# are you doing?” she cried out, struggling in his arms.

“Hold still, will ya? This is the kinda raspberry I’m talkin’ about!” he exclaimed before taking a deep breath. He pushed up Pomni’s shirt and buried his face into her soft tummy, blowing as hard as he could. She arched her back with a scream of laughter, tugging on his ears to push him away. That didn’t seem to stop him, as he merely brushed her off and took another breath, gearing up for round two.

“Jahahax, dohon’t you dahahahare!” she tried to threaten through her giggles, but it only served to challenge him.

Jax stared down at her like the villain from every fairytale she’s ever read. “Oh, I dare.” And then he was blowing another raspberry, and she was shrieking once again.

“Wow, you sure are ticklish! I think I just found a new form of entertainment,” he taunted before diving back in.

“Nohoho! I-I’ll kihihill you!”

“Not if you did laughing first!” He punctuated his sentence with another raspberry. Pomni was lost to a fit of laughter as she thrashed and giggled in his lap. Every time she tried to answer, he attacked her tummy with raspberries, making coherent speech impossible.

At this rate, she just might.

Drawtectives ice cream headcanons :)))

Rosé tends to like flavors that combine fruit qith chocolate. Cherry chocolate, strawberry chocolate, ect. Whenever she gets Neapolitan ice cream she always does that thing where she only scoops out the chocolate and strawberry flavors so there’s just a strip of vanilla in the middle. Grenda ends up having to eat it. If she wants to treat herself (which is most of the time) she’ll get strawberry cheesecake flavor.

Grandma generally prefers more simple flavors that use vanilla as a base, like chocolate chip, cookie dough, and cookies and cream. They just really like vanilla. His favorite flavor though is pancake or maple ice cream.

York doesn’t actually like ice cream that much. He doesn’t dislike them per-se, he’ll just pick something else if he has the option. He prefers sorbets and popsicles for frozen desserts. He’d like more sour fruit flavors like lime or raspberry.

Eugene likes blue moon ice cream for obvious reasons. It’s a decently rare flavor though so if he can’t get it he’ll just get chocolate.

Jancy doesn’t tend to get ice cream for herself that often. Neither does Eugene for that matter, but the difference between them is that Eugene actually has a favorite flavor and preferences, but Jancy literally always orders vanilla at ice cream places just for simplicities sake. She doesn’t even like vanilla that much, she just doesn’t want to get decision paralysis.

Rosé found this to be completely unacceptable, describing vanilla as “a sad flavor”. She insisted upon Jancy branching out her ice cream flavor profile, which was mostly unsuccessful. She did, however, reluctantly admit to enjoying coffee and matcha flavors, as I think she’d like bitter flavors.

if Shuu was a human what would his top 5 favourite foods be?

ooh good one. This is tricky bc shuu is such a picky eater, but still has this ‘eat the world’ attitude, i think one thing abt human shuu aus rly neglect to compensate for is how closely tied Shuu is to the idea of being an apex predator, but I think you can still achieve it, and I will try my best! i do know a bit abt gourmet food! (There are actually a lot of books abt food critics and gourmet chefs who get 𝕗𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕜𝕪 with cooking)

i feel like is also hard bc shuu would probably like everyone to think his favourite food is something rare and exotic so maybe he would twist the truth a little. Narrowing down specific foods is difficult but I will try my best!

Kaneki’s bussy

Orlotan - this fucked me up when i heard about it. But the practice of eating orlotan is utter decadence - to a ridiculous extent. It’s a bit like Foie Gras - the orlotan are wild caught and force fed to double their mass, then drowned and marinated in Armagnac and then cooked. It’s meant to be consumed whole, the bones spat out, and typically, the consumer is traditionally supposed to wear a napkin or towel over their face whilst they eat the bird. I can’t remember why - but I’ve seen it said that is either to maintain dignity when spitting out the bones, or to shield such a disgraceful act from God’s eyes. The latter sounds cool as fuck so i believe it. I love Jesus!!! I think Shuu would lap something like that up. I’ve yet to find something so dreadfully French in the matter of food, and I think he’d probably say this is his favourite food - if only for the amount of ceremony involved.

Cheesecake - Shuu always mentioning cheesecake in early TG and I would like to give him this one as a little treat. I don’t know a lot abt cheesecake bc i fucking hate the stuff but maybe he’d like something like Basque? Which is just burned custard(?) cheesecake - i was reminded of tiramisu but apparently it’s more of a soufflé. I think he’d probably go for something floral too - rose cheesecake’s probably a thing, lavender, peony. I don’t know if I see him as a sweet/dessert person. He’s more likely to enjoy richer desserts like cheesecake and chocolates.

Dark Chocolate - maybe a sneak! I am a Dark Chocolate Enjoyer so total bias but hear me out (yes i do also like black liquorice!). If it is less than 80% cocoa it’s too sweet! He’d be a 100% kind of guy, because bragging rights. I think he might enjoy it with some fruits, maybe with orange biscuits or raspberries. I think he’d like raspberries, they taste like little rubies to me. Dark chocolate goes good with almond butter, he might make it fancy - foamed raspberry with shredded chocolate over almond biscuits with coffee cream. we might call that a rather bizarre mocha, but shuu would say it’s a deconstructed tiramisu. the reason i think he’d choose dark chocolate is because i don’t think he’d eat sweets. Dark chocolate has a deeper taste profile, in my experience dark chocolate is always unique. This might appeal to Shuu. It goes well with far more flavours than typical chocolate - spices, florals, etc - i recently had dark chocolate almonds dusted in matcha! They were utterly divine. Dark chocolate is highly overrhated in my opinion.

Exotic Meat - this is a generalisation sorry 😢 But I believe it canonical - very premium cuts of meat from animals you might not typically farm - zebra, bear, crocodile, rattlesnake, that sort of thing. It’s really controversial for some reason and as a vegan I should be opposed, but I think wild hunting is leagues better than farming, provided it’s not an endangered species, but Shuu would definitely eat an endangered species. Maybe he likes to brag and his favourite meat is snow leopard, or something. Dodo. Dinosaur, even (he was There).

Fugu (pufferfish) - this is shorthand for ‘dangerous food’ lol! Without the danger of being a ghoul, we have to consider how a human shuu might chase this danger. He might hunt his exotic meats, but I think he might try and achieve this by also eating dangerous food - food that’s poisonous or toxic. a bit of a Russian roulette. I wouldn’t even put it beneath a human or a ghoul Shuu to eat something with worms! (Same tbh. Would.)

i think most of the above are what Shuu might want people to believe are his favourite foods, so I’d like to take some time to throw my other ideas in the ring.

I think he’d take comfort in Monte Cristo - if only because in a human universe, I would take it to be his father’s favourite food. He’d probably be given it as a child or something, so good associations. There’s not much rly to say else there, but the idea of Shuu eating a toastie fascinates me. If he eats it when he’s sad, i think he’d look like that little mouse video, but otherwise I think he’d eat a toastie with a knife & fork.

I mentioned dark chocolate earlier, but of course he might also like some luxury chocolates - i think of these wonderful chocolates i saw once, that had been dyed and marbled to look like planets and marbled, filled with pistachio or coffee foams. Wonderful. Straight from switzerland or italy. Maybe he would enjoy ruby chocolate too? I’ve never had it! I said no sweets but white chocolate has a time and place, but it works wonderfully with wasabi or miso - i made wasabi and white chocolate cupcakes once. Good lord. He would like that. White chocolate and nuts is also very good. When I was vegetarian, my guilty pleasure used to be salted liquorice dipped in white chocolate - but I don’t know if he’d like that!

Coffee: specifically coffee with blue seaweed or Kopi Iuwak. He’s definitely tried it, but does he like it? Who knows? I’ve always wanted to try seaweed coffee. Kopi Iuwak is coffee beans that’s already passed through the digestive system of a civet. It sounds like a bit of a farce to me, but i don’t think it’s as repulsive as people make out.

moon milk - i’ve never had this bc broke but it sounds so good. I think he’d like the pink/rose milk the most! maybe the blue spirulina?

Nut milks - vegan bias but seriously who can honestly argue cow juice tastes better than a refreshing glass of cashew milk??? Shuu would probably have something like pistachio milk, tigernut, brazil nut, macadamia -that sort of thing! Stuff you can’t get from the shops!

People will probably kill me if I don’t mention escargot or frogs legs so. Obligatory mention. Personally I find that to be rather typical and cliched - ooh, mandatory french food! So bizarre! Whatever. Partly why this ask took me a long time to get to, is because I wanted to go through my books and notes. It would have been easy for me to sit here and type that human Shuu would eat lobster and ragyu and live baby shrimp in miso soup, but i think it’s too obvious. In my experience, there is so much more to get out of Shuu when you delve deeper and don’t say the first thing!

i also want to say, sometimes i see how we (westerners) talk about food from different cultures. lots of high-class gourmet stuff seems silly, but i dont care to mock it. i can’t enjoy food anymore, but it makes me happy that some people enjoy food enough to make it a silly and pompous hobby. But i think sometimes we look at frogs legs or zebra steaks, orlotan or fugu, fermented egg, people eating guinea pigs, chihuahua or cat, sometimes we have a tendency to say it’s gross and twisted, but i don’t think that’s necessary. if something tastes good, if an animal has good meat, then why not? eating the world is sometimes a good thing. not always, but sometimes.

This question made me think a lot, so thank you! I was thinking about a human shuu - all the stories you could make up! There’s a lot to sink your teeth into!

If Fawful could get gifts for his friends, what would they be?

Great question @parmsnik ! I think Fawful would try to personalize his gifts for his friends (canon or ocs). They’ll usually be robots, special badges, or food. Expect lots of food from him. If he hears that you starve or restrict your food intake, be prepared to have your apartment or house completely stocked to last at least a year. If he knows you have a weakness for a certain sweet, he will exploit it.

Canon characters:

Midbus: Giant thing of Turkey or ham. A robot that punches back so Midbus can train. Maybe Midbus has a soft spot for a sweet snack like raspberry bars.

Cackletta: Cookies, witches supplies like a new couldren, wine, and a personal cleaner robot. Her weakness is cheesecake dipped in blood. She also likes a bitter bone coffee.

Dark Star: Souls of the innocent. Since Fawful can’t get that. He can at least get some skulls from the black market (wrapped in ribbons). Definitely dark chocolate. He’s not sure what the Dark Star wants but anything with dark in that title seems to do well.

Best Fitness Friends: Robots to help them train and workout. But his requirement is that they eat something, anything. No dieting during Christmas (sideeyes Dieter) and no using supplements as meals (he sideeyes Kaley).

Naspi: Supplies like horse hairs to make bracelets with. Fawful would also get beads made from rare stones like morganite or sapphire. Naspi also likes brown fabric. Lots of tiny healthy meals too like quinoa or salads.

Minty: Peppermint is the way to go. She loves anything with mint and anything teal. Being a glasses wearer, Fawful understands the pain. He buys rich red glasses, glasses cleaners, replacement lens, and spare glasses in case anything happens. She would love minty chocolate and cookies. Colorful clothes and anything comfy like soft chairs and blankets are amazing.

Veenie: They love mushrooms. Fawful would make mushroom tacos for Veenie to go wild on. They would also appreciate English books (Mushroomish in my headcanon). Since Veenie doesn’t fully have hobbies (with all the stress they’re under), Fawful would have to guess but definitely lots of comforting items that don’t involve salt.

"Here's your order," the employee walked up to [Y/n]'s table, one by one placing down glasses and plates. Soon, the round table was filled with their drinks and snacks, emptying the employee's tray she was holding. She then dipped her head before leaving. "Please enjoy."

"Uwah~ All of these look delicious!"

A pair of [e/c] eyes sparkled as they landed on the food and drinks before her. Today, [Y/n] and three of her colleagues tried out the cafe near the hotel. The place was called 'Sundrop Coffee', a quaint coffee shop that serves many hot and cold beverages and even confectioneries. It has a dark hardwood floor, brown brick-styled walls, and white columns. Notably, there is also a magazine rack and a couple of potted plants in the area. The place was pretty roomy, with only a few tables scattered inside, a four-person booth by the far corner of the establishment, and a few outdoor booths. Last, but not least, there is also a second story that leads to the balcony.

Ever since discovering this place during one of her excursions around the island, the young actress didn't have the chance to visit this place. It is because she only visited the street near the beach and there are also plenty of food shops lining the area. Furthermore, before leaving, she would always eat at the hotel restaurant, thus, she would be full from engorging her stomach with food.

Nevertheless, she decided to give this place a try and even invited three of her friends with her this morning.

"This is yours, right? [F/d]?" Helena slid a plate of [f/d] in front of the [h/c]-haired girl, successfully snapping her out of her reverie.

She took the plate and her drink, before picking up the fork to begin eating her food. "Oh, yeah, thanks."

As soon as she took a bite of her favorite dessert, the girl's face lit up like stars in a clear night sky. Literal sparkles appeared in her [e/c] orbs, her cheeks rosy and puffed out as she slowly chewed and savored the delicacy. Soon, Helena, Cesaire, and Oswald dug in their morning meal as well.

Helena decided to get a berry tart, a slice of raspberry cheesecake, and a blueberry cheese tart with blackberry coconut milk as her drink. For Cesaire, she just got a hot espresso and a couple of scones. While the long-haired man ordered one key lime tart and a couple of macarons alongside a mocha frappuccino.

[Y/n] knew full well how delicious the food in the hotel restaurant was, and she concluded that nothing else tasted better than the meals served at the place. But, the confectioneries and beverages served in Sundrop Coffee are pretty delicious as well. Though, everything that the girl likes will always taste great in her book.

"Man... I also want to try their desserts as well..."

With a fork in her mouth and her gaze fixated on the delicious treats on the plate of her friends, the girl can't help but let her desire slowly bubble up inside of her. It's only been a few days of holding herself back from eating excessively and emptying her wallet but the teen seems to be nearing her limit. Her cravings seem to build up the longer she stays in the resort and is exposed to the food shops around the area or just delicious food in general. It's like an addiction, and she doesn't know how to stop it. She's already addicted. And it seems that her companions already took notice of that.

"Why are you staring at my macarons?" Oswald rose a suspicious brow, his eyes narrowing at her.

The [h/c]ette smiled sheepishly, not hiding away the fact that she practically wanted to devour his pastries. "Your macarons looked tasty that I can't help but stare~"

Cesaire chuckled before taking a sip of her espresso. It's rare for her to spend time with the young actress, but whenever she did bond with her, it seemed that her antics would always bring a smile to the woman's face. And she loved how innocent and straightforward this girl was with her intentions — she had no filter whatsoever on certain occasions.

The man frowned at [Y/n]'s words, feeling unsettled by her words and her behavior. Although he knew that she wasn't rude enough to steal his food, he couldn't help but worry about the remainder of the time they would be here. Her hungry gaze alone targeted his pastry as if getting ready to devour its prey, [e/c] pools sharp and focused.

What's even more frightening was her silence — she didn't openly say that she wanted to take a piece of his macarons to try, just saying that it was tasty. Nonetheless, that simple gesture alone was enough for the blonde man to give in and try to appease this gluttonous gremlin.

"Here, stop staring and eat this," he let out a defeated huff, taking a piece with his fingers and feeding it to the girl beside him.

"Aah~umph!" as the said treat slotted itself into her awaiting mouth, the young [h/c]ette giggled in satisfaction.

Oswald sweat-dropped, seeing how this particular girl could switch demeanor that easily like a flip of the switch. It was as if she wasn't like a hungry predator eyeing its prey a moment earlier. Nonetheless, he sported a small smile, brushing off the earlier incident, and instead enjoyed this time with the females.

"So delicious~" [Y/n] squealed out, her pink-tinted cheeks puffed out as she chewed on the macarons. She had both eyes closed, an elated aura emitting from her.

Helena, seeing her friend's expression, smiled. She can't help but want to spoil this girl. As such, she took her fork and grabbed a big slice of her tart, before showing it to the [h/c]-haired teen in front of her. [Y/n] noticed the said treat, and after swallowing the last treat, she wordlessly opened her mouth to let the dessert enter.

"Aah~umph!"

"You haven't finished your portion yet you're already trying out ours?" Oswald mentioned, still dumbfounded by her gluttony.

"Come on, let her have her way," Helena nudged the man. Nonetheless, the blue-haired young adult then took a slice of her other tart and fed it to the youngest. "Here, [Y/n]~"

Once more, she opened her mouth to capture the delectable treat after swallowing and savoring the previous one. As soon as it entered her mouth, she smiled. "Thanks, Helena."

"Heh. No worries," pink dusted the young adult's cheeks, her grin widening at how cute [Y/n] looked with her chubby cheeks bouncing.

"Gosh... I kinda feel guilty..."

[Y/n] knew that her earlier action was the catalyst of what was happening. Although she was genuinely enticed by the various pastries on her friends' plates, she knew that it would be rude of her to just ask for a bite. That's why she just opted to stare at the sweets. She also wanted to tease Oswald — that's the reason why she targeted his macarons. Though, she didn't expect him to concede and even offer her one.

His actions surprised her, however, she just accepted the food and his kind gesture, not wanting to argue with him or even dismiss his generosity. After all, he would surely feel flustered if he decided to offer her his treat, and she adamantly refused to accept it despite the telltale signs of her demeanor saying otherwise. It's just impolite for her to do. And hey, she also had free food without even asking for it, so it's already a win.

"Do you also want to try out a scone?" Cesaire asked, turning her attention to the girl beside her. She gently pushed her plate of scones toward the girl.

"Are you sure?"

The brunette woman smiled. "Of course."

"Uwah~ Thank you, Cesaire!" taking up her offer, [Y/n] took a piece and plopped the scone into her mouth.

"Whoah! The island looks cool from up here!" Charlotte exclaimed, leaning forward, trying to see more of what lay below them.

After having breakfast with the others, [Y/n] was invited by Astrid to visit the small islands and at least try out the jetskis there. Of course, since the girl was only able to go there during her treasure hunt, she wasn't able to roam around the area and even try out the available activities there. However, she is unsure whether she can drive a jetski or even ride on one. Either way, she won't let this chance pass by to bond more with her magenta-haired friend.

After the young actress told her about it, Astrid insisted on taking the gondola lift, as she had never ridden one before. And on the way there, Charlotte, Helga, and Olivia joined in.

Compared to last time, it seems that a lot of people were waiting for a lift too. When all of them got aboard, the lift lifted off and descended slowly towards the smaller island. Despite riding a second time, [Y/n] is still mesmerized by the scenery of the resort. The skies are clear and the sun shines warmly, casting long rays of light upon the beautiful island, giving it a bright glow. Gazing down towards the beach, her [e/c] hues caught sight of children running along the sand as their families set up picnic blankets and beach umbrellas on the side. A smile emerged on her lips, as she watched them enjoying themselves.

"The resort looks big from above, huh..." Olivia mentioned, her gaze fixated on the island below.

"It sure is," the senior of the group seconded, crossing her arms as she leaned comfortably on the cushioned seat. "It's a hassle for an old woman like me to walk around for so long."

"Is that why I haven't seen you much around, Grandma Helga?" [Y/n] asked while raising a brow at the elder.

Helga chuckled. "Yeah. Well, I mostly spend my time at the beach house or by the beachside. I do walk from time to time, kiddo. Who do you take me for?"

At that, the [h/c]ette chuckled. "Of course, of course~"

A peaceful silence fell over the little company, all of their attention focused on watching the island beneath them. The ride was slow enough so that everyone had plenty of time to admire the breathtaking scenery. Soon, the lift stopped at the small island, where the gondola door opened automatically and they all got out and looked around them.

As [Y/n] took in the scenery, she couldn't help the grin forming on her face. The island's atmosphere was calming; the breeze felt nice blowing through her [h/l] [h/c] lock, the sun reflected beautifully off of the water, and the birds chirped softly in the background. There were a couple of tourists on the small island, some were walking around to admire the area while others were by the dock talking to the employees.

"Should we go and ask for the jetskis?" the silver-haired woman suggested, pointing towards the dock where the crowd gathered.

"Sure! Let's go rent one!" Astrid said excitedly before heading off with Charlotte following right after her to check out the nearby jet ski rental stand.

"I wonder if Luke's still working at this hour..."

[Y/n] followed after the two, Helga and Olivia just right behind her. A lot of people were lining up on one side of the dock, a male employee debriefing them about renting a jet ski. Meanwhile, at the very end of the dock, the teen immediately noticed a familiar man conversing with her magenta-haired colleague.

Her visage lit up as she sauntered over them. "Hey, Luke!"

Upon hearing his name being called, the brunette man glanced in her direction. Realizing the familiar face, he then gave a smile and nodded toward the female.

"Are they your friends?" he asked, noticing the group.

"Yup! Me and my friends wanted to try out riding a jetski," she chirped, finally catching up to the other two.

"Right, we were just discussing that," he replied. Right after, he turned towards the other girls. "Ladies, is everyone here going to ride a jet ski?"

The five of them exchanged looks. They knew what Luke meant — only legal adults could drive a jetski while the minors either be accompanied by staff or an accompanying adult. After a silent minute, they nodded at each other before facing the man once more.

"If possible, I'd like all of us to experience jetskiing," Astrid stated straightforwardly, earning nods of agreement from her fellow companions. "And I'm sure these two youngsters would like being accompanied by one of us."

"Alright, please come with me."

With that, Luke walked away from the dock, leading the girls toward the nearby rental. Olivia, Astrid, and Helga were right behind the man, chatting amongst themselves. As for the two teens, they lagged behind them. Charlotte took this chance to lean towards her friend, and [Y/n] instinctively tilted her head towards the blonde.

"How come you know that employee?" she asked, her curious emerald orbs peeking at the brunette.

"I met him during my treasure hunt quests the other day," the [h/c]ette revealed, smiling a bit. "He's one of the people I had to find to complete the treasure hunt."

"Oh~ I see."

The wait and consultation didn't last that long, much to [Y/n]'s surprise. The young actress doesn't fully know how these kinds of things operate, all she knows is that it must involve paperwork and legal IDs and such. And concerning those things, it would surely take about 15 minutes to finalize everything before they are allowed to rent a jet ski. May it be because they are VIPs that they have some kind of advantage just like those in rides where people can skip through the lines... or maybe that's just her imagination and renting a jet ski is this brief. Either way, she is glad that they allowed all of them to experience it.

"Alright, which one of you girls wants to ride with me?" Astrid grinned as she stood in front of the two minors, arms folded across her chest. Her magenta-colored hues glanced back and forth between the [h/c]ette and the blonde.

"Me, me! Me! Me! Me!" Charlotte cheered happily when she stepped forward.

At that, the other teen chuckled. "Well, I guess I'll be with Olivia."

"Don't worry, I'll be careful," the woman smiled, sending her a thumbs-up.

With that, everything was set. The five females proceeded to harness themselves with the safety life vests and other necessary accessories to ensure that their endeavor would be as safe as possible. After, Luke guided them toward the docks, where three jet skis were parked. Astrid went on one, careful with her footing as she adjusted her position on the wheel. Next, the man assisted Charlotte as she sat behind the mauve-haired woman, her arms wrapped around her waist.

Then, Olivia went and sat on her rented jet-ski. And after she was comfortable in her seat, she extended a hand out for [Y/n] to take. The young actress gratefully took the hand and took a step into the side of the vehicle, careful not to fall into the water. The jet ski wobbled a bit at her weight as the waters below were rather rough and slippery, causing her grip on Olivia's hands to tighten a bit, but after getting used to it again, [Y/n] gradually loosened her grip. With a gentle tugging motion on her arm, Olivia pulled her onto the jet ski. Once the [h/c]ette had successfully boarded the vehicle, she released a shaky sigh.

"Oh man, this will be my first time riding on a jet ski as a passenger. I'm excited but also kinda scared... What if I accidentally let go of Olivia and fall into the water? Crap! There won't be any sharks, right?"

The girl felt a shiver run down her spine at the thought alone, her legs starting to shake lightly as she continued taking deep breaths.

"You're okay," Olivia assured her, placing a firm hand on [Y/n]'s arm which was wrapped around her waist, giving the [h/c]ette a soothing massage to ease her nerves. "Just hang on me tight and we'll be fine."

"Mhm!" adhering to the woman's words, the younger girl strapped her arms around Olivia's waist tightly, but still ensuring that the silverette could breathe.

Just a few moments later, Luke allowed them to start. Astrid, Olivia, and Helga turned on the motor, the jet ski revving its engines to pick up speed, ready for a quick takeoff. Within seconds, they were on the move, speeding away from the pier and slowly approaching the water. They were traveling along the shore at a pretty steady pace; not too fast nor too slow. It was as if no one, in particular, had the intention to speed up. Once they were far away from the island, Astrid decided to pick up speed, making Charlotte gasp and scream in surprise before her laughter echoed.

"Whoo!" the magenta-haired woman screamed, her entire system filling up with excitement due to the rush of wind hitting her face.

She looked back, seeing the others slowly becoming smaller as she continued to pick up speed. Noticing how far away the pair was, Helga picked up her speed, trying to catch up to them, leaving Olivia and [Y/n] behind. The silver-haired woman stilled the pace, as she carefully glanced behind her to see her passenger's expression.

"The others are already far ahead. Do you want to catch up with them?" asked the woman softly.

[Y/n] blinked twice before breaking into a grin, nodding fervidly. "Mhm!"

Smiling at that, Olivia returned her attention to the front and began picking up speed. "Alright. Hold tight!"

The jet ski's speed increased, almost making the [h/c]ette gasp as the wind rushed past her cheeks, the air whipping her hair around wildly. This sensation was something new, she noted. The sound of water rushing past her ears, made her giggle lightly. She then looked ahead of her once more, enjoying the view before her.

Her [e/c] eyes widened in awe, mouth agape as she witnessed the majestic sight of the calm ocean surrounding the island. Just below her, the blue water reflected the bright sunlight, the waves gently crashing against the sand in small puddles. Even though her body couldn't feel the wind that blew through her clothes, she still loved the feel of it, especially since she had never experienced the sensation before.

It was truly breathtaking.

"I never thought that we would be taking this long just to shop for swimwear..."

[Y/n] sweatdropped, her lips pursed into a thin line as she glanced around the store. She stood by the dressing area, a couple of swimsuits bundled in her arms that she had tried earlier. In the corner, she spotted a certain platinum-blonde woman, her pink orbs scrutinizing the apparel on the rack. On the opposite aisle was a woman with long, olive-green tresses perusing the selection and often exchanging words with the other. Turning her head to the other side of the store, she saw a tall, tan ravenette conversing with a shorter gray-haired teen. They both held swim trunks in one hand and a short-sleeved beach shirt in the other.

"How did I end up in this situation...?"

After returning from her jet ski excursion with the others, [Y/n] met with Aurea and Lairei on their way to the clothing store. She decided to join along, seeing that she had nothing else to do, and wanted to spend time more with these women. The three of them entered another store called 'Summer Fantasy'. Unlike Crowned Casuals, this boutique only sells designer swimwear. The young girl was in awe after seeing the wonderful designs of each swimsuit and the fabrics used to make it. Though, of course, the price tags made the [h/c]ette wince in horror, it didn't even come close to what she imagined. She would have her jaw hanging on the floor... but not in a good way. If this price tag was what was sold here, she bet money that this would be considered very expensive.

"Considering that these are designer outfits, of course, the price of each is expensive... I can't even imagine spending so much money on swimsuits that I rarely use..."

[Y/n] thought that she would just window shop while accompanying her friends here. After all, she wasn't the try-on type of girl. Sure, she would try out a couple of clothes here and there, but only the ones that she liked. So when the two outright made her their model to try on all of that swimwear, the [h/c]ette felt like her knees were going to give out. Still, she couldn't say no after seeing their hopeful expressions. And in the end, she caved in...

The teen sighed, returning her blank gaze towards her friends who were busy talking amongst themselves and choosing what outfit to try out. While for her, she has to stay put as the two women pick out swimwear for her to try out. Lairei, who was busy choosing a black and white striped bikini, caught the younger actress staring at the garments. The female smirked, looking at [Y/n] who seemed to stare at the outfits as if she were drooling.

"Did you tell [Y/n] that this shop features your work?" the woman whispered to Aurea.

Aurea gave her friend a sideways glance, tittering. "Not yet. I wanted to surprise her by gifting her some swimwear to use."

A smile emerged on Lairei's red lips, focusing back on choosing what would suit the young [h/c]-haired actress. "She would surely be flustered receiving such an expensive gift from you."

"That's why I have you with me," the blonde simpered, taking a [f/c]-colored bikini off of the rack. "Then at least she would assume that we split to pay the bills."

Lairei could only chuckle. "Right."

After a final browse, the two women had their choices in hand — another set of swimwear for the young girl to try on. The girl could only gawk at the selection in the women's hands. With a light blush on her cheeks, she gulped, mentally and emotionally preparing to try out the swimwear.

"Here, try this first," Lairei offered the piece of attire to [Y/n].

The [h/c]ette took the swimwear in her hands and examined the material, her heart rate picking up speed. "Um... is this alright? Isn't this just a bit, uh... overkill...?"

Lairei shook her head in response, her red eyes gleaming with mirth. "Oh, nonsense! You deserve every single piece of the finest swimwear ever created by humankind! Try it on!"

"Lairei's right," Aurea seconded, offering the younger girl an encouraging smile. "You're a beautiful young lady. Such a swimsuit would accentuate your beauty. Please try it on for us."

Still hesitant, the [h/c]-haired female pursed her lips. She handed the other garments to the olive-green-haired woman's awaiting arms as she sauntered over to the changing room. For the majority of the time, [Y/n] had no qualms about her friends offering up outfits for her to try out. She is delighted to have her friends' support and suggestions for her style. However, that only applies to clothes that can cover up her body.

When it came to things like bathing suits, which were the exact opposite, [Y/n] always hesitated. It was almost like she was afraid of exposing herself without proper protection. The teen only had swimwear that would at least cover her whole stomach or have longer shorts or sleeves such as wetsuits or one piece. Sure, she would often wear a two-piece, but not to the extent of what her adult female colleagues offered...

She stared at herself in the mirror that adorned one of the walls, her eyes moving over her form. A faint shade of pink dusted across her cheekbones, as her cheeks grew warm with embarrassment. She hadn't worn anything too revealing... But maybe... maybe this should change.

Taking deep breaths, [Y/n] steeled herself, pulling the [f/c], lace, swimwear over her head and slipping into the soft fabric before adjusting it down to where it comfortably covered her lower abdomen. The swimsuit fits well in general, considering the length and thickness of the fabric, so it wouldn't hinder her movements. Although the swimwear was simple in design, the color matched her skin tone perfectly and complimented her complexion nicely. With a smile gracing her face, she turned towards the mirrors. She tilted her head to the side, admiring the swimsuit's effect as she observed how the swimwear hugged her body closely and flowed beautifully.

"This might not be so bad..."

Pulling the curtains open, she hopped out of the booth wearing the bikini Lairei gave her. As soon as she approached her friends, all eyes fell on her, her heart skipping several beats upon having all their attention on her. Even the two boys were taken aback upon seeing the [h/c]ette clad in the swimwear. The duo's jaws dropped to their respective places, their eyes wide in amazement.

"Whoah! You look amazing, [Y/n]!" Schneider beamed, his cheeks flushed pink but his expression radiating innocent admiration at her figure. 

"I think this looks great on you, [Y/n]," Aurea commented, her expression glistening. "You look just like a supermodel."

"I'm surprised [Y/n] can pull off such an erotic swimsuit," Rashad stated with a nod of approval, a hand under his chin as he scrutinized the girl.

"Don't say erotic, you're embarrassing her," Lairei chided him playfully, causing his ears to redden in response.

"Ah, I apologize."

"I don't know if [Y/n] will feel comfortable since this swimsuit isn't something she usually wears," she added, pursing her lips in thought while examining the younger's body language.

The blonde nodded her head. "Yeah, this is not her usual style..."

"It looks good on her, though," the ash-gray-haired boy commented.

"I agree."

The [h/c]ette blushed, unable to reply to the compliments given by her friends. The younger woman smiled sweetly towards the four. She was thankful they supported her in wearing a swimsuit that suited her. Maybe... she would try out more revealing swimwear in the future...

"I can't believe they even told me to wear this while swimming..." a certain girl huffed to herself, a crease in between her brows as she puffed out her flushed cheeks into a pout.

The earlier shopping session went relatively smoothly. After an hour or so of the two women letting [Y/n] try out different styles of designer swimwear, they then boiled down their selections to three bikinis — all of them more revealing than the girl's usual style of swimwear. Nonetheless, she couldn't decline them when they were that insistent on gifting her such a precious package. And so, she expressed her gratitude to them by fulfilling their teeny, tiny wish... That is — to wear one of the bikinis for the remainder of the day.

Of course, the girl — not wanting to disappoint them and dismiss their generosity — sucked it up and wore the bikini, despite her mind still feeling troubled. Despite already a little after noon, the girl felt breezy now that more of her skin was exposed to the elements. Aurea had bought a matching shawl for her outfit, however, when she had changed, she forgot about using it and left it inside the shopping bag that Aurea was carrying earlier. And now that the blonde fashion designer left to go elsewhere, [Y/n] had no choice but to walk around the shore in her new swimsuit.

"Oh, god... Save me from the stares..."

Feeling self-conscious, [Y/n] wrapped her arms around her waist in an attempt to hide her torso. However, a sudden gush of wind made the [h/c]ette flinch, her [e/c] orbs widening in surprise. The breeze had swept the young girl's fringe and strands of hair, blowing them in front of her face as her [h/c]-colored hair danced wildly around her. Quickly, she pushed the stray hairs behind her ear, biting her lower lip nervously while scanning her surroundings for any kind of unwanted eyes. She noticed how everyone — especially the guys — seemed to be staring at her. Their faces were contorted in awe and adoration at her figure. Some even whistled appreciatively, making her cheeks flush slightly.

"[Y/n]! Over here!"

[Y/n] didn't even realize how long she stood there until the familiar voice pulled her back to reality. Upon realizing that it was her friends calling for her, the young actress finally found enough courage to turn in their direction. Not far into the waters, she saw two redhead females along with a silver-haired female resting on a lounge floatie and a brunette male nearby. Both the girls waved towards the [h/c]-haired girl, beckoning for her to come closer, and so, she did. 

Once close enough, she beamed at them. "Aran! Alev! Glad to see you guys here!"

"Mhm. I haven't seen you in such swimwear, did you buy it?" Alev wondered curiously, her ruby eyes taking in the appearance of the younger girl halfway submerged in the water.

"Not really. I got this as a gift from Aurea and Lairei," [Y/n] grinned brightly, a slight chuckle escaping from her lips. She tugged at the swimsuit fabric covering her delicates in an attempt to cover up a portion of herself, a small hint of nervousness seeping through her features. "They urged me to wear this for the whole day."

"It looks good on you," Aran mused, her brows furrowing at the sight of the swimsuit's shape. "And it fits well in your curves."

The [h/c] glanced towards the ground shyly. "Thanks, but... I don't know how I'll be able to handle the stares I've been receiving today due to this bathing suit..."

"Don't worry, you've got us to protect you," Aran assured her.

The other redhead nodded in agreement, placing her hands over the [h/c]-haired female's shoulders as a gesture of comfort. "We'll make sure no perverts take advantage of you."

"Thanks," mustering up a small smile, the [h/c]-haired actress looked at each one of them, finding solace in their reassuring words.

"Come on, let's swim!"

"Mhm!"

Finally joining the others in the water, [Y/n] immediately slipped underneath the water, submerging herself beneath the waves to cool herself off. For some reason, the sun's rays hitting her body made her feel extremely hot... maybe it was due to her exposed skin or the heat that she was feeling when flustered. Whatever the reason, it all washed away in the ocean in an instant. Surfacing back up, she saw Aran and Alev swimming nearby. She decided to catch up to them, trying her hardest to propel herself forward with her mediocre swimming skills and then tread the water when she couldn't do much more than that.

Since the young girl can't swim, she opts to stay near the shore, making sure that the water won't go past her head and that she's still walking on the sand. If one of the two redheads swam further from the shore, [Y/n] decided not to follow them, lest she would risk her life drowning in the open sea. Nonetheless, it didn't decrease her enjoyment as she watched as the two played with each other from afar. Besides, she could hang out with the other two as well.

"Hewwo~" veering towards the silver-haired woman laying on a lounge floatie, [Y/n] plopped her folded arms on top of it, her body reclining against it.

Lucilicca smiled gently, moving her sunglasses up to peer down at the child appearing next to her. "Oh, hi, [Y/n]."

"Did you rent this?"

"Yes. I wanted to buy a floatie for Charlotte when I was shopping at Lagoon Outlet, the seaside convenience store. But seeing the many kinds and the price, I decided against it. After all, I couldn't possibly bring this back with me when we return," the woman explained to her.

"Ahh... That makes sense."

"I see that you got yourself a new bikini," Lucilicca mentioned, the corner of her lips curving up to a smile. [Y/n] didn't fail to notice the glimmer in the woman's purple hues. "It looks like one of Aurea's designer outfits... Where did you get it?"

"Lairei and Aurea gifted it to me when were shopping at Summer Fantasy," the girl hummed, letting her cheeks rest on the plastic material.

"I see."

[Y/n] chatted with Lucilicca for a while, hanging out at her floatie. Often, the teen would splash a bit of water on the woman who seemed to be glued to the floatie. Lucilicca always laughed heartily every time and would respond with a small splash of water to the [h/c]-haired girl's forehead. If it wasn't for the fact that the silver-haired woman was not wearing a bikini, the younger actress would no doubt pull her into the water or try to overturn the floatie. Nonetheless, she still enjoyed her chat time with the older woman.

Bidding her a brief goodbye, [Y/n] waded through the water to reach a certain person. Not far from her, sitting on the sandy beach was a brunette man. He was by the edge of the shore, where the waves would occasionally crash against his legs. His elbows rested on his bent knees and his chin was resting upon them while he gazed at the distant horizon with unblinking eyes. He seemed so deep in thought; his expression was almost unreadable. So [Y/n] approached him cautiously, unsure whether he'd welcome her company.

"Hey, Miriande," she received no answer. Frowning, she stood in front of the man, blocking his view, which successfully earned his attention.

"Oh, [Y/n]," was his response.

Smiling, the girl then sat beside him. "How's your day so far?"

"Fine. It was pretty boring though," Miriande murmured.

"Huh... Is that so?" tilting her head, [Y/n] thought of ways to have Miriande engage with her and the others more.

Just then, a light bulb appeared in her head, prompting a grin on her lips. She glanced at Miriande's side profile, seeing his narrowed green hues staring at the horizon. She stood up once more, walking deeper into the water. The man's gaze absentmindedly followed her form. It wasn't until she took his hands and pulled him up that he snapped out of his trance.

"Come on! Let's swim around!" the girl exclaimed excitedly, grabbing his wrists and pulling him along. "Come on, don't waste precious time standing here! Don't you wanna swim?"

[Y/n] dragged Miriande across the waters until it reached below his chest. She removed her hands and began swimming to the side. She swam effortlessly, enjoying the cool sensation the water provided. Although Miriande had no intention of staying in the water for longer, just seeing this girl's effort to make him enjoy the ocean brought a smile to his face. He walked along the shore, the waves slightly pushing his body in various directions. Once reunited with the others, the [h/c]-haired actress swam leisurely with her friends, enjoying their company. 

"Dude..."

"What?"

"Isn't that person, like, in your game?" a young boy nudged his companion, pointing at a particular group strolling not afar.

"What game?" the other boy grunted, not bothering to look up as he was busy playing on his phone.

His companion groaned, placing both hands on his cheeks, and turned his head to the side. "The game you're currently playing. The ones about heroes and such."

As soon as his gaze landed on a particular group of four people, the boy's eyes widened in surprise. He felt his soul leave his body. His heart was racing and a thousand thoughts ran through his head. After all, he didn't expect that the actors for his favorite game, Lord of Heroes, would be here... in the flesh... at the Diamond Resort.

The boy almost dropped his phone on the stone pavement just from his body shaking. Even his companion was confused when the boy was frozen in his spot. Nevertheless, either his eyes were playing tricks on him or the gods making fun of him, he had to make sure that all of this was real.

"David, let's go approach them," he told his companion.

"Huh? Oh, sure."

The boy and David jogged toward [Y/n]'s group. The girl was accompanied by her older sister, Ondal, and Ricardo. They just bought some ice pops and were conversing with each other while strolling along the street. In a moment, the two boys neared them, alerting the [h/c]ette of the new presence.

Whipping her head towards them, she was met with a dark brown-haired boy and his ginger-haired companion. She paused in her tracks, making the other stop as well. Curious, they all turned their attention towards the two boys, their heavy gaze landing on them.

"Huh... This is the first some kids walk up to us."

"Hey, aren't you gonna say something?" David whispered to his friend, feeling burdened by the gazes of the actors on them.

Gulping down his nervousness, the boy fidgeted in his place before finding the courage to speak up. "Uh...uhm...A-are you guys from L-lord of H-heroes?"

The four of them exchanged knowing looks before a small smile broke on their faces. As for [Y/n], she can't help but feel her heart skip a beat at that. She was surely surprised and nervous that a fan came up to talk to her, especially when this was the first during her summer vacation at an overseas resort. Nonetheless, it warmed her heart at this moment.

She offered the boys a gentle smile, her [e/c] hues softening. "Yes. Hello, I'm [Y/n]. I'm sure you know me as Avillon's princess."

"Mhm!" the boy beamed, his visage brightening. "And you have female monarch, Ondal, and Ricardo with you!"

"Female...monarch..." Zelda mumbled, sweat-dropping.

[Y/n] hid a giggle behind her hand while Ondal nodded in the boy's direction as an acknowledgment and Ricardo widened his grin. Meanwhile, David could only stare in awe as the people he saw in his friend's mobile game were real people. And they were talking to them right now!

"Uhm... If it's not of a bother, can we have an autograph?" the boy requested, his fair cheeks blooming red.

"Sure," [Y/n] agreed. "What's your name?"

"Ah! Sorry for not introducing myself. I'm Kevin. And this is my friend, David."

"Hello, Kevin, David," Zelda greeted, sending a smile and a wave. "Do any of you have any pen and paper for us to write?"

"A-ah! I do!" David frantically searched his short back pocket for the said item, trying not to make a fool out of himself in front of these celebrities.

"There's no need to rush, kiddo," Ricardo chuckled.

"R-right..." David's face bloomed at the older man's words.

Nonetheless, he finally got the materials out and politely handed them to [Y/n]. She gave them a smile and a thank you, taking the notepad and pen. Seeing that two people wanted an autograph, she signed her signature in the middle of two separate pages. Afterward, she handed them to her older sister, who also signed two on different pages before passing them to Ondal and then Ricardo.

After earning eight signatures from the LOH crew, Kevin felt like he was on cloud nine when receiving the notebook and pen back from [Y/n]. Not only did he get the chance to meet his favorite characters in his favorite game, but he also had the chance to talk to them and even get their signatures. If he were to die the next day, the only regret that he had was not meeting the other heroes. But, this has to do for now.

"Is it also okay to ask for a photo? We promise it will be quick and we won't bother you guys anymore!" Kevin was surprised that David was the one to ask such a thing that he wouldn't dare ask. But, he was glad that the other boy spoke up, as he, too, secretly wished for it.

At their request, [Y/n] can't help but comply. She tittered at the cute boys, her cheeks dusted with pink. "Sure!"

With that, the six of them positioned themselves for a photo. [Y/n] was given Kevin's phone to take the picture with. The two boys were positioned in front, as the three adults stood behind them. Zelda, being in the middle, placed both of her hands on each boy's shoulder, unintentionally making them tense. As for Ondal, he placed a hand on Kevin's other shoulder, and Ricardo placed his on David's. [Y/n] was farther forward, trying to capture everyone — including herself — into the frame for a selfie.

I know what I said earlier, and I’m considering taking a break, but I was already drawing him when I posted that, and I do still have a few others I had done some half sketches for that I want to finish first, so I finished him anyways. I was going to finish the Dark Choco/Raspberry kid first, but I couldn’t figure out a design for the sword hilt, so I did him first instead

So as for this guy’s name, so I know I was originally having some trouble with it. I don’t believe Knight is a berry, even if he grew up in the Hollyberry Kingdom, since I doubt every Cookie living in a kingdom of a particular flavor is of that flavor. If that makes sense. But I wasn’t sure what he was, so I was guessing around. I eventually came to Raspberry Tart, but it was still a bit before I’d get to this one. But recently I learned his dough contains at least some white chocolate, given White Choco’s Jelly description, so I worked with that for coming up with a better name. Also I wasn’t sure how to incorporate the distinct look of a raspberry tart. An idea was to name him after white chocolate filled raspberries, but also I feel like that’d be a better thing for a potential White Choco/Raspberry Mousse kid. But in that search, I found white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, so I ultimately decided to name him after that

With his design, I’ll be honest, I was kind of making things up as I went. I know I wanted his hair to be long-ish and to have pink and yellow, and I wanted him to have a rapier, but everything else just sort of happened. I think when I originally drew this, I had planned him to have a completely different outfit, likely one closer to Raspberry, but I got what I got. I like the asymmetrical cape, which I again did by accident. I realize it should probably be on the arm opposite of the one he uses, and I fixed that in the little sketch, but I thought it looked cool on that side instead. Also with the boots, I had originally intended them to be a normal length, but doing the lineart, I decided “screw it, make them higher” and yeah. Could I have made them higher? I feel like he doesn’t look much like Knight. I had intended more blue, but I just thought the reds/pinks with the yellows worked better. Actually maybe the yellow covers it. As for the feather, in my head it’d be like, behind the ear, but since Cookies don’t have ears, it’s just like, a hair clip or something, I dunno. Also I I don’t like the color of the mouth. I don’t like the red, it doesn’t look right. But that’s what Knight and Raspberry Mousse have. But overall, I generally like how his design turned out

So as for him, I’ll admit I don’t have much. Something I should admit first, but I always think Raspberry Mousse is Spanish, despite him almost certainly being French. I think it’s because around the time I discovered him, we recently saw the Puss in Boots sequel, as well as the first movie, and I think RM and Puss look kind of similar, as well as Raspberry Mousse’s skill theme having similar instruments to him. Actually I don’t know why I mentioned this, I think I just wanted to say it

Anyways, so I guess Raspberry Cheesecake is something like what I understand Zorro or Puss in Boots to be, basically a guy who travels around the land helping those in need, but without the massive ego. He probably also has a horse

Also, in reference to the little sketch, so while Raspberry Cheesecake may appear a suave and confident fighter, he’s internally a bit of an anxious mess, constantly worrying about if he’s doing things right. He’s internally always shouting. One thing I’m thinking of is that he got made into a knight of the Hollyberry Kingdom, or at least made a proper warrior, but he got too nervous about all the pressure and just decided to instead travel Earthbread. The dude needs to get a better grasp on his confidence

Also I mentioned a Dark Choco/Raspberry kid before; while I don’t think most of the kids exist in the same timeline as each other (Panela and Turtle Fudge especially), these two do, and while they’re second cousins, they’re pretty close. I haven’t gotten much around to Black Forest Cookie (I’ll give you a spoiler and tell you their name), but I do know this. I’ll probably elaborate more there

Hi!! Nilgiri tea is not too strong and not too fragrant but it has a really subtle flavor that makes it go perfectly with any combinations!! Top It Yogurt Shoppe, 801 1st St, Unit 203, Snohomish, WA 98290

Fro-yo girl here. It’s rare, but once in a blue moon, I’ll encounter a froyo shop with an owner who really cares about providing the best froyo and the best froyo shop experience. And I found that in the small town of Snohomish, about 30 miles north of Seattle.

The owner, Ken, took over Top It about 1.5 years ago and transformed it into a shop that reflects his commitment to serving the best froyo and toppings in a unique, friendly environment. He wanted to serve products that he felt good about and when he looked at the ingredients in some common froyo toppings, he decided to make his own toppings. Over half the toppings and sauces, including the sprinkles, cookies, crumble, cookie dough, cheesecake, brownies, brownie batter, mochi, granola, etc. are made in-house. Almost everything is vegan. The only dairy product used is milk. Other toppings include fresh fruit, nuts, candies, chocolate covered nuts, chocolate chips, pb chips, cereal, honey, etc. I haven’t seen so many homemade toppings at a froyo shop in many years.

As for the froyo, he only uses liquid mix served from the best soft serve machines (Electro Freeze & Carpigiani). The texture is superior, so the froyo tastes better too. Choose from 12 self-serve flavors a day, including non-dairy, gluten-free, and no sugar added options.

Each flavor label lists whether the flavor is gluten-free, sugar-free, lowfat, contains nuts, contains egg, etc. And each label also had a Titanic fact.

He cares about the environment, so the shop is carbon neutral, composting and recycling most of the waste, and offering reusable bowls and spoons. Organic ingredients are used when available.

And he wants to make the shop a true experience, so he’s decorated it with various themes. The current theme is Titanic and the shop is currently a mini-Titanic museum (you have to see it to appreciate it). There are replicas of the stained glass windows of the Titanic and the side of the Titanic, photos of the Titanic, artifacts from the Titanic, books on the Titanic, and more. He even posted elaborate daily summaries of the final voyage of the Titanic. And he made toppings inspired by what was served on the Titanic.

Ken greeted everyone who entered the shop, and he was the one who dispensed the samples.
