No cause it's actually so funny that because Curly doesn't like sweets.

His friends (including Jimmy) were like "damn he wont like a normal cake what do we do?" and remembered he likes to work out so they went to like the Walmart health section and just threw protein powered in with the least sweet cake mix and were like "Dude... we fucking did it!!!"

Happy Birthday!!!

Like it makes the firing party scene a little bit sadder cause he chose his birthday of all days in that week to break the news. His friend berates him and tries to get everyone against him. He has to make his own cake due to protocols and even then he's just picking at the slice because it's not something he cares for. Not that he'd have an appetite for it anyway. Everyone is mostly silent and all he's can do and stare at this cake and think of what else could go wrong...

How do I get more protein in my diet? My only current sources of it are cheese, bologna, chicken, and beans

there are a lot of ways to casually get a bit more protein (peanut butter is my personal preference) but honestly it depends on a lot of stuff. Allergies, obviously, but also how many meals you have, how much effort you are willing to put into them, how much you're snacking, and a bunch of other things. sorry I couldn't be too much help, but this one really does gotta be specific, and I can't do much for you if I don't know ya :(

oh man it's rough when people are doing PSAs on the issues of eating disorders and I'm like. damn and I'm eating such few calories because I'm poor and live in california

EDIT: it gets worse! $142 aka one half of max benefits decrease in my snap benefits next month! Jesus Christ

#personal #no word of a lie #one third of my money goes to rent #and then 3/4ths of what's left goes to groceries #for 1 (one) person it's $700 a month #and that's 1/2 the calories I really SHOULD be getting by the *bare minimum gov standard* (and it's not accurate for my weight)#so like. $1400 a month for the bare minimum #more than what I actually get in income including what I pay for rent #food #this is partly because of MCAS and my extremely limited extremely expensive dietary requirements but holy shit #thankfully I've sort of figured out protien shakes and oatmeal for my basic nutrience #but caloric intake is bad #the hardest part is washing the dishes so I can eat more food #because I'm tired (because no food)#man some days I'm now even sure how I'm even alive
