I’m not American but I’m glad some people are doing something about the terrors that are the lords in black! I’m sorry to say general but it isn’t just Wiggly, Wiggly has four brothers who are just as chaotic.

What I've Done So Far

Change Bedding

Put chili in slow cooker

Prep potatoes and broccoli

Set up bedroom for optimal sleep

I bought the Dr. Teals Sleep Spray. I put it directly onto my pillows and under the fitted sheet. I'm going to make some Sleepy Time Tea, take my ibuprofen and Tylenol (because I'm an achy old lady), and do some guided meditations for sleep. I wonder if the Roku has an app/channel for sleepy time. I'm sure they do.

Tomorrow I have to cook up some chicken boobies and open a bunch of cans of veggies, but that's tomorrow's problem. I also want to sweep, mop, and vacuum. Clean the toilets. But I might wind up doing those today since it's only 4PM.

But right now I'm going to chill on the couch for 15 min before the oven tells me to check the veggies.

I Don't believe in Discipline

These days I don't believe in discipline. I'm not actually saying it like it doesn't exist. Rather, I don't want to rely on it.

I belive that the reason "Disciplined people" are the way that they are is because the environment and genetics make it easy to be disiplined.

If I had fat parents, and they ate junk all the time, what are the chances that I'll weigh the same as them.

If I grew up with parents born in the military, how easy would it be for me to be disipline. Right?

So change your environment that suits your needs best.
