These are things that work for me and I hope they can help you🫶

1. I know everyone knows this, but drink lots of water, especially when you're hungry.
2.Watching mukbang videos and imagining that you are the one eating, to me it takes away my hunger and makes me feel satiated. If this kind of videos make you want to eat it is better not to watch them.
3. Eating/chewing ice, you get distracted and even feel full.
4. When you feel hungry instead of eating do exercise, you can also look at yourself in the mirror or pinch some area where you think you have a lot of fat (such as thighs, arms, abdomen or double chin).
5. To keep me motivated I look at pictures of thinspo and bonespo (I think that's how it's spelled), I also touch some areas where my bones stick out.

hey bitches im back
i couldnt track myself very wel the past few days because of a family trip
i probably gained like 6 tons there but im ready to lose it all back lmao i am not letting it ruin my mood or progress or anything and i am def not allowing myself to step on the scale until like the next three days. im starting a fast or at least i will stay under 100cals/day so i hope th1np tumblr wont disappoint me😼😼😼 updates later <3

I haven't really had much luck with coaches but listennn... its summer and I gotta lose this weight NOW I can’t keep procrastinating it anymore. -make a weekly schedule
-wash your socks
-wash all laundry
-tone your hair if your blonde
-put on some teeth whitening strips
-clean your car
-walk your dog 🐶
-bathe your dog 🐶
-do your homework /study📚
-journal
-wipe down any glass or mirrors in the room
-take out your trash
-walk on a treadmill
-read a book that interests you
-go to the beach and reflect on your progress

Low cal banana muffins/ small cakes(?)
Hello everyone! I made these banana muffins/ small cakes today and they were delicious, sweet and pretty low cal! The only thing is that they have a bit of a gooey texture on the inside because of the banana, but if you are okay with that this recipe should work for you!
Ingredients:
2 bananas 200 cal
2 tbsp almond milk ( unsweetened) 10 cal
2 tbsp flour 57 cal
1/2 tsp baking powder
20 g butter( completely optional) 143 cal
Sweetener of choice, I used 2 small tablets 0 cal
A bit of cocoa powder( 1 tsp) 4 cal
A sprinkle of cinnamon
A sprinkle of grounded vanilla
Muffin forms
Steps:
Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
Fill the muffin forms about half way.
Put them into the oven at 200 C°, check with a stick. They should be done in about 20 minutes, the top will get golden brown. They will seem raw on the inside, which is because of the banana.
Let them cool and they will feel less gooey!
Calories:
Total with butter: 414 cal.
I got 7 muffins, so 60 cal each.
Total without butter: 271 cal.
39 cal each, for 7 muffins.
